That’s very weird and unprofessional. A quote should be locked in not all over the place! So I don’t recommend wasting your time with this place!

Attached is a picture of the second cleaning. These were the floors the morning after they cleaned. We were able to get out of our contract but it took a lot of back and forth and we ended up having to pay for all previous cleaning jobs that weren't done correctly.

There will still crumbs in the pantry and the wire racks in the pantry were still covered in syrup and gunk. I provided my initial feedback with pictures of the pantry not being cleaned at all and crumbs still found in the cabinets. We paid extra for the cabinet cleaning service and don't feel that we received what we paid for. After my initial email there was an offer to come back and clean it but we have already moved into the home and had already cleaned it ourselves. I was offered a $50 credit on future cleaning but can't justify using it after seeing the effort that was put in the first time. I understand policies for no refunds exist for a reason on services, but when it's very clear that the ad-on service was not fulfilled there should be some sort of partial refund for that portion. I dont like to post reviews until I give the company a chance to remedy a situation. In this case the remedy was unsatisfactory.

Kimberly Potter rated it 5/5: I had a real problem with the carpet in one of my bedrooms. My puppy had been peeing in there for quite a while before we realized it. I cleaned the carpet as best I could myself and then applied some orange stuff that was highly recommended on Amazon but the smell was so awful and so strong it really only made the problem worse. My daughter was coming for the weekend and I felt really bad that she was going to have to sleep in that room but I had procrastinated thinking the smell might dissipate but it did not so now there was an urgency. He came out with less than 24 hours notice and did an excellent job at a fair price. I would highly recommend him!
