Today the team of 3 only cleaned 2b2b (they don't have a staff of 2 anymore). Many times they were doing some light dusting when other places had a lot of dirt to clean up. Had to ask them to redo cleaning after seeing hair and dust in almost all areas (kitchen, living room and bedroom). They used to accept zelle but now only accept credit cards, cash, check. The credit card data is not read by a card or chip reader but by manually entering the details which was uncomfortable to share.

M. Bazzi rated it 1/5: Just bought a house. Prior to move in, the kitchen and family room were undergoing renovation, and so those two rooms were closed off to the rest of the house. I called QC and asked for a very deep deep clean of our empty house. Because I am a germaphobe, I asked that every inch of every surface be cleaned, and was assured they would do so. Again, because a big part of the house was completely closed off, they only had to clean 3 empty bedrooms, 2 empty bathrooms, an empty dining room, and an empty living room. House was professionally cleaned when put up for sale, so it just needed a once over to clean after the open houses.
Maria was very nice, and even scheduled the cleaning to start at 6am to accommodate our move in later that day. Two cleaners arrived on time. I let them in and left to get ready for our move. I returned at about 5pm for the move in. Unfortunately, most of the house they were to clean was untouched. In no way shape or form was this a "deep clean", let alone a standard cleaning. Worst part, I was told the cleaners were here 3.25 hours. Considering how dirty the place still was and the small area of the house that they were responsible for cleaning, there is no way they were here actually cleaning for 3 hours. At best, maybe an hour, considering the number of dirty/untouched areas depicted in the attached pictures. Standard simple things, such as wiping down shelves and a bathroom door were not done. Baseboards left untouched. Mold remaining in the shower grout. Dust on top of trim. I called Maria to let her know, and she did offer to send them back again or to reduce our invoice. Not only did I lose confidence that they would rectify the situation, but considering the cleaners were dishonest in the amount of time they cleaned, I could not allow them back into my home and feel comfortable about it. Additionally, because we had already moved in and our stuff was everywhere, I just couldn't agree to bring them back. Accordingly, I chose the price reduction. At the end of the day, I ended up paying $250 for a no good job and my house was still unclean. While I appreciate Maria's kindness on the phone, I cannot and will not be doing business w QC again. Despite their claims, the crew sent did a horrible job, assuming they did anything at all.

once contacted told you dont qualify and then offered a lower position with less pay) for a position, however the women said she would try to transfer me to the person who catfished me. I hung up and called back. Again I tried to explain to her that I need to talk to someone else and she ignored me and said she would transfer me to the person again. They wont listen to complaints and instead ignore you.

The crew of 2 did not even have a vacuum cleaner with them. They brought in a dirty broom, dirty wash cloths and cheap awful smelling supplies. They did not do any "deep" cleaning – just simply took advantage of a generally presentable home and wiped off their way. I trusted them and left them to the place for 3 hours as we were busy moving in and absolutely nothing was cleaned. See the picture of the oven – they simply lied to my face that they cleaned it. Windows were dirty, bathrooms untouched. I had to pay them off to leave the place. Please do not hire this company. They are a sham.

The estimate they gave me felt like a fair estimate compared to other companies. The crew they sent was very fast and punctual. Would hire again.

They always arrived in time, left our apartment sparkling clean and sometimes surprised us with lovely messages. We usually coordinated our schedule with Sara and I have to say, we absolutely love her! She is extremely nice and flexible and always made sure she left us with a smile. We have been looking for a green cleaner that brings their own equipment and products and cleans homes with pets. We asked Anita’s stellar team (Gloria and Erma) to do a deep clean with the add on cost of baseboards. They were punctual and ready to go. They efficiently moved room to room and made sure to return everything in the original position (that’s important to us as we have cleaners before that quickly place things in random places making it hard to find again). They were great at working around me because I work from home taking calls at a desk. After they cleaned our 2bed and 2 bath condo (about 3 hours for the deep clean), a wave of ease came over us. A clean and sorted house quickly gives you peace of mind. We decided to hire them for regular standard cleaning based on their thorough service. Thank you Anita’s Home Cleaning!
