This past week, I called Streak Patrol for an ASAP service request to clean and remove paint overspray on interior and exterior windows of a 3-story condo unit in Midtown Phoenix. Parra was able to fit my request into his schedule, clearly and effectively communicated about setting up the job. Michael, one of the techs, and Parra did a great job cleaning the windows. Although one window was missed, it was very hard to get to and see from the street. Upon letting Parra know, he took responsibility and set a time to finish it the next day. We are all human and make mistakes, but it’s how you show up that makes the difference. I am 100% satisfied and will use Streak Patrol in the future. I think their prices are very fair, the cleaning technician showed up when the said that she would and was very kind. They did an amazing job on the apartment especially in my main concern areas which were the floors and the large glass shower. I am really looking forward to these monthly cleans.

Once I followed through with Ashley, Marti was still trying to coordinate so there seemed to be a little lack of communication on their end but I didn’t mind as Ashley was very responsive. They provided a window time frame and came right at the start of that window. They texted me when they were 20 min away which I appreciated for the heads up. They did a deep clean of our home. Any spots they missed during the walk through they took care of. I wouldn’t have expected so many missed spots getting a “deep clean” done but wasn’t a problem overall as they cleaned up any spots that needed extra love. The glass shower doors were the most impressive and the bath tub really shined. I loved the products they used as they were eco friendly so didn’t have any harsh chemical smells afterwards. Overall I’ll use them again!

Marilena Grittani rated it 5/5: I called in a very uncomfortable situation, my 10 year old lab had a bad case of (sorry for the graphic comment) liquid diarrhea, and during the night she walked around the living room area out of desperation for her inability to control her bowels, I ended up with a HUGE STINKY MESS!
I explained what happen, the nice lady than answer the phone made me feel much better since she told me that they have seen it all, and that my awful experience was easy for them to fix. She gave me options for 2 different times during the SAME DAY!!!
I picked the time after my scheduled vet visit. Farshad called earlier than the time she scheduled, and I agreed to the earlier time. He came and explained the process and the price (super fair, based on the circumstances) and he started to work.
When he finished, I came in and the only word I could say was WOW!!! no stains, and NO SMELL!!!! It was a little less than magic.
The carpet got dry in less than 4 hours and now (the morning after) there is no residue, no stickiness, no stains and NO SMELL!!!!
If you have a bad situation like mine, and you are going crazy with the worries about your pet health and the big mess to clean. Call F&F and let them handle it… It will be a relief, as it was for me.

Everyone was super friendly and I believe genuinely wanted to get the job done, but results just weren’t there……Sales Rep didn’t set expectations, cleaners missed scheduled appointments, had to have cleaners come back out multiple times due to missed equipment and areas. Customer care specialist seemed to be detached. Look elsewhere.
