My car looks great but I really appreciate that they followed 'insurance company protocol' by trying to get a used part first…however…were diligent enough to inspect it, notice defects, sent it back and reordered a new part. You don't get that type of Customer Service anymore. The service were people actually go above and beyond for the consumer. Nice to know this company still understand the value of doing that. They called twice a week with updates…never really gave an actual completion date which I kind of understand because dealing with ordering parts and insurance approvals some things are out of their control. Took about 2 weeks to get my car fixed but I'm sure it would have been done quicker if they didn't reordered a bad part for me. Hopefully, I don't have to come back anytime soon…lol…but I'll definitely recommend if I know anyone in need of body work.

Right away, the service here was amazing. My car took about 2 weeks to be repaired, and they arranged a rental car for me to use with enterprise, and the process went very smoothly. I just picked up my car today, and on my way home, realized i left my garage opener in the rental car, so i went back, and as i was driving back, the warning light in my car came on saying that one of my lightbulbs were out! So once i got to fix auto, i told them, and they put in a new lightbulb for FREE! amazing service. It was also perfect timing that my warning light came on as i was driving to pick up my garage opener. Great service. I will bring my car here again for sure 🙂

I had tried places in Clovis and Fresno that would not help or give me references to get the trunk painted. These were custom paint businesses that painted motorcycles. Thanks for nothing. Maaco did a wonderful job. The quality is better then i could have hoped for. Beautiful job and in a timely manner. The price was less then I would have expected. I would post pictures if I knew how. I got the cheapest single stage enamel paint job with the universal sealer and it came out looking like just like the factory paint job. I wasn’t chasing perfection, just wanted my car to look better than it did (exterior was in pretty bad shape). I honestly didn’t except it to come out looking this good considering how cheap the paint job was. So if you are trying to stay on a tight budget but also want a nice paint job this is the maaco you should go to.
F C rated it 4/5: My first visit with this Maaco location was not a pleasant one. The first paint job that I received was very poor quality and was not indicative of that $1,100 price tag. There were many little spots and divots in the paint, not to mention a giant paint run on the car. It was extremely frustrating because I gave them the car ready to paint. In this case, I removed the headlights and shark fin antenna, debadged the car, and sanded it down to 600 grit. I spent a lot of time prepping the car for them to make it as easy as possible for their painter, but still received a poor quality paint job.
HOWEVER, general manager Cynthia made things right and had my vehicle repainted for free. The second paint job is nearly perfect and made my 14 year old car look brand new. I really appreciate them re-doing their work because previously, it was terrible.

I am not sure if they would do this for every customer and my original poor experience is not indicative of every customer's experience. Personally, I would probably not go the Macco route in the future. I spent a lot of time doing the body work on my car only for it to be painted twice, which was very time consuming for me. I am very particular about my car and I would rather mess up the paint myself than pay and gamble that it has imperfections. It would have been worse had Maaco not repainted my vehicle. I decided to take a chance with Maaco, but this experience has left me feeling unsure.

Please note that their color selection is limited because of their paint supplier Sherwin Williams. The color I was given is not the original color and I am okay with that. Just be aware if you have a water based painted car, it probably won't be matched well. (Again, not Macco's fault, just something worth mentioning).

I paid for the Urethane + Gloss Enhancer. Considering all the trouble I went through, I would recommend a cheaper option if you don't have high expectations and need something quick.

I waited to post this review until after my visit with Maaco was complete. It has been a month since my second paint job and the paint is holding up very well.

At first it was $2k + job insurance agent said when she went to appraise the damage on the car they had dismantled the wrong car. They got to work on it 3 week after drop-off. (They did tell me they were behind, therefore didn't mind. I work from home and have other vehicles) will try to make long 3month story short as possible:
The first time they told me it would be done was around 2 week of Feb. My brother made the drive down to the shop. The car was not to be found. When they found it, it was at another place getting aligned but they had found more damages. Went back for repairs and once again got the call that it was going to be done by the end of the month. Now, the car was done but they forgot to fix the paint and damage from the back. How can you forget? It was written in the report. They gave me an option to to cash out or get the back paint fixed. I chose get it fixed. The story repeated itself the body shop technician called me saying the battery was now not holding charge. The car turned on to get on flat bed after accident and turned on to get on another flat bed to the auto shop. After three months it could have negligence in their part. The hood on my car also doesn't hold anymore. Will be taking my car to another shop to check OEM parts and damages not fixed by the shop.

0 Stars for Time : 3 months – I had a shop in LA fix Injectors and new suspension in two weeks.
0 Start for Details : Not letting me know about battery issue till the end and realizing the hood doesn't work along with metal grinding when shifting accelerating.
The only thing that will get 3 stars is the paint. Lets be realistic paint cant be me match. Overall this shop dropped the ball so many times. Will be taking further action after I get a full diagnostic in another shop.

We had to go through insurance (Progressive is absolutely terrible and I advise everyone not to use them 😅), and most body shops I called wouldn't be able to get me in for about 3 months using my insurance. When I called Renew Auto Body and Paint, Abraham was kind and polite and extremely helpful and told me they could get me in within 3 weeks. Unfortunately, we kept having issues with our insurance which pushed the date back a bit, BUT Abraham kept in communication with me and helped as much as he possibly could until we finally got the insurance to cooperate. Once we got the approval from the insurance, Abraham got us in immediately. I know nothing about cars, so when I was told the bumper would arrive in black and would be painted to match our current paint color and they would fade the new color into the older faded color, I thought I would be seeing 2 noticeably different colors when I went to pick up my car. I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw my car; it looked brand new and I couldn't even tell the difference between the new color and the old. They also took the time to clean our headlight for us!
I absolutely will recommend Renew Auto Body and Paint to anyone needing work done on their car. Wonderful business!

Abraham took my vehicle on, and he repaired it in only 13 days. My car is now drivable and able to be handed down to a child who can drive this car safely, knowing I’ve taken great care of it.

The right side front fender, passenger door and rear passenger door were replaced. All that was painted, including the front and rear bumpers. The paint matched exactly and it looked fabulous when completed.

We found out that our paint color was discontinued and thankfully the staff was very accommodating to make sure we were able to purchase the last available merchandise.

They took apart light fixtures, exterior fans, and other items like speakers instead of just painting around them. They were the only bid that included sealing our stucco prior to painting and were still the most competitive price. They use top quality paints and do not scrimp on material they put down. Very detailed clean-up and touch-up. Highly recommended A+ service

Nobody informed me that the color I picked wasn't made to be outside. It's already faded less than a year.

They dont offer any reimbursement on the cost of the job or want to make it right by anymeans.

I am out thousands of dollars haveing to tear down my machine and have it repainted by real professionals

Should have walked away when they bid it by 2 guys standing there like yup here is the price.

They repaired my vehicle within two weeks, the job required some paint touch ups as well and they did excellent matching the paint. Vanessa was such an AMAZING HELP! She was the one to deal with my insurance appraiser and made sure everything ran smooth. Communication skills were great as well as I received multiple updates on my vehicles and parts being ordered. They were even sent the wrong headlight which the finish date but Vanessa reached out to let me know about it. Vanessa even picked me up & dropped me off as well when my vehicle was ready which was extremely kind and I was very appreciative. Sal's Auto Body Shop goes above and beyond for their customers, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They offer affordable pricing for repairs and can work with insurance companies as well.

Will definitely be a repeat customer.Caliber collisiin did the original repair which didn't hold up at all. He will repair the repair they did poorly. His daughter is so knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service .

He showed up on time which is rare, returned every phone call and text and does an exceptional job on top of that. He painted the exterior if one house and repaired major water damage (Sheetrock, tape,texture,paint to perfection) plus interior with high ceilings. just sayin' Hire Them..you wont be disappointed.
