I dropped it off August 1 and picked it up middle/end-ish of September. There was substantially more damage than anticipated. Almost $10,000 more. They did great work and matched the color of my Enclave perfectly. They were able to waive my entire deductible for me. Kevin was in charge of taking care of my car. He was patient with me when I'd call to check up and he always called back when he promised too. Thanks for the great work guys!

Clips pulled through the plastic, black smudges on the headliner from the parts being stored in vehicle while apart being adjusted, headlight not secured completely so it bounces when going over bumps, led headlight ballast was not put back in replaced with conventional bulb.

BUT,,,, be prepared for long waits to have paint mixed. Otherwise, thanks for posting the American Constitution on the front window.

They seemed to be slightly understaffed the day we stopped by and there were quite few customers waiting. That's more of an observation than criticism as they seemed to all be helping customers and answering their questions. I'm currently in the process of painting my own car and I'll be using this store to accomplish that goal. Definitely worth a stop in as they seem to encourage diy types.

The next day when we took more time to look at detsils, my spare tire under the vehicle got a good spray of paint, there was a drip on the rear hatch and on gas tank flap, paint overspray where tape was not put on very well around black rubber seals, when car doors are opened you can see where new paint ended, a big scratch where the Hyundai lettering was put back on and a couple places not sanded very well – but it looks so much better than the flaking off paint before. It should look nice for a few more years. Not sure I would recommend unless details are not important.

Vince L rated it 5/5: Very pleased with the work they did on my 2009 Ford Escape. I had messed up my front-end doing something stupid in a snowstorm. They were professional and ordered OEM parts from the local Ford dealer, although they were happy to let me save some money by installing some fenders from a local scrapyard.
I didn't feel pressured to get extra work done that wasn't necessary, and in fact they explicitly told me what services probably wouldn't be worth it.

In the end, for a reasonable price I think it got a car that looks better than when I bought it used.

I knew that my 2004 Toyota Avalon was mechanically sound because I had taken good care of it but the body showed the wear and tear of 18 years on the road. So, instead of buying a new car, I had Maaco make my old car good as new. For around 20% of what I would have spent, I got rid of all scrapes, dents and dings along with a new paint job. I even added window tinting and an upgraded paint job along with a refurbished and sparkling clean interior. All for an excellent price – YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY MORE. And the staff was friendly, patient, and accommodating. Sometimes, inexpensive is not cheap.

I won’t blame this store for the disrespectful overnight security they have hired on the intercom however I do advise them to look into his actions and maybe have everything he says recorded so if another situation like mine occurs to me or anybody else they can be reprimanded as anybody should for harassment of the innocent. This country IS still innocent until proven guilty as hard as that is to believe, remember that before you over step your rights, night guard.

Here’s my experience: Phenomenal customer service, quick to respond and show up. Mobile service is awesome! Quality work! I called them bc I had some paint transfer/scuffs on my car from my garage.
Chad came out and took the paint transfer off in a few minutes and didn’t even charge me. How many companies would ever do that??!! They gave me a quote if I want to get the small dent fixed later on I can. So happy I could cry. My car looks so much better. The first 5 pics are with the scuffs and the last three are with the scuffs removed.

Only one didn’t make us feel like a number. Lynn at Gerber Collision was the difference maker. She seemed to really care and want to go the extra mile to help us . . . and they did. Every body shop, including Gerber, mentioned the backlog on parts and how repairs could take 3+ months. Less than a week after getting my car to Gerber, they tell me that they had located the parts I needed and so the repairs would be done in about one month. Wow. They regularly gave me updates on progress and the estimated completion date. They even finished the work 3 days ahead of schedule! Early on they said the work wouldn’t be factory perfect, but if you don’t scrutinize the work, you can’t even tell that it was in an accident. I waited a couple of weeks before I posted a review to give me time to find any issues. Then we noticed that a roof trim piece was missing. Gerber showed me the photos of my car with the trim piece in place the day the repairs were completed. They weren’t at fault. However, Mallory (the manager) went ahead and, at no cost, ordered the trim piece and Gerber installed it! While I was waiting for the trim piece to be put in, the gal behind the counter (I didn’t get her name) even wiped down and disinfected a desk area for me to work at. All around, Gerber’s customer service is top notch. I hope I never have to have repairs done again, but if I do, I’ll definitely go to Gerber! Can’t recommend them enough.

I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and had substantial damage done to the rear driver side of my 2021 Subaru Outback. There were many problems in the repair process which ended up taking longer than the 30 days Geico allotted for a rental car. This meant towards the end of the repair period I had to pay for the rental myself and ended up picking up the car before all of the parts were in. I tried to contact Geico five times about the situation and not one call was returned. In steps Mallory, Gerber Collision Manager, who immediately resolved the situation and provided me with a free rental car (and outstanding customer service) once the on-order parts arrived. It actually took only one day. She even fixed a broken visor clip and figured out how to work the auto open on my rear lift gate. She’s amazing and 100% professional. Needless to say, I’m shopping for a new insurance company. Geico sucks.

Jeff was the first painter I had quote the exterior of my home and from the start I could really sense he took pride in his work and had a vision unlike other painters who quoted the job like just another quick paint job to make some cash. I am an artist myself and I feel like he looked at my home like a blank canvas and had great ideas to improve the look. He not only painted my home but restored my side gate, installed new porch lights, installed new front door hardware and restored my old faded sun screens. In the end Jeff saved me time and money by customizing my home the way I wanted it. Jeffs a great guy and easy to work with. I highly recommend him for your sun faded homes. He takes pride and has a vision unlike other over priced options. Go with Jeff and never look back.

He put in new product on 5 of my rolled roofs and replaced broken roof tiles. He also painted around my pool and deck. Finally, he put in a product to seal my outdoor flooring area and restored all outdoor lighting fixtures.
He was my one stop shop for all exterior needs and it helped a lot to have it this way. The end result is just mind blowing and I would highly recommend him. He is very friendly, reachable, definitely enjoys his work and has amazing work ethic. I infact changed my mind about garage door color after it was put in and he gladly accommodated my request.

Jeff answered the first time I called and he just so happened to have a cancelation and was able to start the job the next day! He also finished a day early and was super responsive and explained everything. Not only did he have to paint but he had to do many repairs to damaged wood and he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

They replaced shingles on the roof, cut down a tree, and hauled away the rubbish. Initially, we wanted him to paint the door green and order green shutters. Jeff suggested a red door and black shutters. He was right. They look great! I will attach pictures. Most of these are "after"; I don't have many "before."

We tried to call another place (right next to Rob’s) 10 times and no answer. Left a message, no call back. Called Rob and was able to get an estimate same day. He ordered the part and was able to get it in less than a week. We took in our car, he said he would stay late to get it done if we wanted… we told him next day would be great. He had it ready for us after we got off work. Great guy, impeccable customer service. We will be using Rob for all future auto body work! Look no further, just call Rob! 🙂

The pricing has always been reasonable and affordable. If I ever move away from the valley area, I would travel back for any body work I needed on my vehicle just to be done by A Better Repair! I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a pretty good dent and small paint chip that I did not want to rust and did not want to pay for a full body shop repair. Jerod came to the house and meticulously worked on the dent and touched up the paint. Turned out better than I expected and saved me a ton of money.
