The staff/artist was very good about instructing us on what to do but encouraged us to change what we wanted to really make our paintings our own. All the supplies were included in the initial price and all we had to do was show up. Which is fabulous coming straight from the office and not having to worry about picking anything up. If you want to have a sweet date night or just a fun experience by yourself or with friends I recommend Painting with a Twist!

The lesson for painting that day was 2 champagne glasses 🥂 cheered under a moon 🌙!

I was excited to do painting. We headed out a little sooner than schedule 📅 since their website does indicate that parking does get full since other businesses are around this location. As well as having a "get to know your table interaction" and prepare your surrounding to enjoy paint 🎨 and a drink 🍸 (you bring, they provide small cups 🥤 for you to fill your beverage and enjoy the experiences.

When we got checked in the list. A lovely lady named Ashley (if I misspell name, I do apologize since there are different ways of spelling name) helped out to made us feel welcomed. Instructions were provided and where everything we needed was located.

Then we waited for a while until more participants that signed for the course that day came inside. During waiting period, we started (for those that come in late) it's okay but just be mindful of people's time ⏲️.

What I enjoyed and saw in this session, is that we all were motivated and eager to help each no matter your speed of painting 😀! Some freestyle their colors and patterns of the lesson. We all had a good time for it being late evening. Our instructor, Nick has really been informative of how to do painting 🖼 and even showed us some tips/tricks to fix mistakes. I made some oopsies but the staff helped out throughout any trouble. Instructor gets out of her way to make sure the whole group is doing okay or have questions before moving forward. There is a camera that records instructor of what they do on a flat screen and microphone headset for those who may not have the best hearing or visual since things may be hard to understand from a distance or if you cannot visual see what action was done to the next step.

After, finishing our paintings. We had shared our finished product and even took some pictures 📸. This was awesome to share with my partner on my birthday 🥳 and got to enjoy awesome pictures and memories from this event.

Thank you to Paint with a Twist for a great experience, staff, the group and my partner; we had a blast that day to enjoy the evening. The music that was playing ▶️ were my favorite songs 🎵 (staff has great taste in music)

I especially love Nick’s classes! He is a great instructor, and so good at giving you the perfect tip to get unstuck or to fix mistakes, and the gentle encouragement you need to produce a piece of art you can be proud of!! I couldn’t believe how amazing all of the artwork was in the Paint Your Pet class!! I will be back and bringing friends!

I will say the company contracts out different teams, so I am not sure about all of them; however, I was very pleased with ours!! They give you suits, gloves, goggles, and foot covers to wear to protect your clothes/skin. They even have practice canvasses to try something out before you do it to your masterpiece. Paint squirt guns and splatter fights are encouraged.😊 Preston was really nice and helpful and took lots of pictures for us. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something fun to do with just a couple people or with a big group.

I felt like the outcome would have been a lot better if they actually took their time putting pieces back on my car. When I got it back the trunk hadnt been put back together also theirs a piece inside my car where they painted the door jams that is broken and have yet to hear anything back about it being fixed. Also took a little longer than I was told to get the car back. But they did fix something on my car that was broke for me. And replaced a part I didn’t like as well. So overall wasn’t too bad. Just waiting to hear about the inside piece now. And I’ve called servals times no call backs. I would take you car else where cause they will rush and not care about your parts nor call you back to fix something that wasn’t broke before you gave them your car.

Waited to hear, finally called them and they said they been waiting on me to come get it, they close in hour. Paid before I took a good look. Mistake. New deeper scratches. Looks like they buffed, maybe did some fill, and sprayed over it. Still can see other issues, have 2 new ones and a nice run. Oh and it smells like 20 ashtrays been dumped in it. I don’t smoke. They acted like no big deal and said I could leave it they were closing. I needed my only vehicle. Told them I will be back Monday. If they fix it or give me a refund I will think about updating this post. I suggest you go elsewhere. Right now I am just out $1400

However, the customer service this time around was terrible. I took my car to get an estimate and it was a very smooth process. They told it would take a couple days to get it over to insurance.

I called 3 weeks later because insurance still had not received the estimate. I was told they had been busy and would send it that week.

I called again 3 weeks later and they still hadn’t sent it to insurance.

I tried to be patient because I knew they were very busy but after several more calls/3 months going by I decided to take my car somewhere else. I don’t plan on using this place again.

Stopped by highly recommended by another auto service claiming how great they are. Walked in, three person sitting down seeming stressed, one person took my info for a 2 weeks scheduled ahead for an estimate. Fine. I can work on my schedule.

Called the morning of, at 730am telling me I have to reschedule due to estimator issues. Fine. Another few days, I can manage to work around my schedule.

Called again 10 minutes before my second scheduled appointment knowing I'm on my way telling me to reschedule again due to estimator issue.

How is this bussiness ran wasting people's time like this? Unprofessional, unorganized and poor customer service. What kind of work they do? Not sure, lucky to be serviced I guess…
STEPHEN G rated it 1/5: Can no longer recommend. I have used and referred my friends to Paint & Body Perfectors for nearly 20 years. I noticed in the last two years that when I would pick up a vehicle the body work was not being completely done, requiring me to take the vehicle back at considerable inconvenience. The last vehicle I took there needed a door replaced. When I picked up the van and drove it down the road I soon realized there was a quarter inch gap between the door and the roof. I of course took it back and the owner, John, said they should have put on new weather stripping. That was ordered and it was about two months before I could make it back to their shop. I made an appointment and arrived, only to be told it was going to cost me an additional $350 to correctly repair the door. Feeling there must be a mistake, I asked to speak with the owner. When John came out he was visibly upset, and asked me if I had expected him to repair the door for free? (I had already spent over $1,000 on this door). I told him my expectation was that the door would have been fixed the first time, but I agreed to go ahead and pay for the part and labor just to get it done. John told me he would not fix the door after all. I consider myself a loyal customer and I am willing to give small businesses like John's shop the benefit of the doubt when things don't go perfectly. But I cannot use or recommend a shop that blames the customer for their own errors.

He walked me through the process with my vehicle. He explained that it would take several months to get the parts. Everything was already set up with my insurance. In July, John said that it would be in mid-November. As I left this conversation, I said is there anything else that I need to do. John said, No, we will take it from her. Well…. It is December and I called to follow up. The company said that the parts were never ordered. We can order them now, but it will take several more months. John obviously dropped the ball, and Paint and Body Perfectors were not even trying to make this right after it has now been several months of me waiting. Avoid this company at all cost, or you will regret it.

Cirillo and his team were very skillful, not only with the paining but also the handling of large equipment like the boom lift which was required for my house. Maggie was a pleasure to work with as well, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure that I was always informed of the process every step of the way.
Thanks to Matt, Maggie, Reece, Cirillo and the excellent team I’m enjoying a beautifully refreshed home!

We had new shelving and a mudroom installed and Harpeth was recommended to us by The Closet Company, who installed both projects. Harpeth's painting crew was well-prepared and they are true artists. Their attention to detail and quality work exceeded our expectations so much so that we asked them to also paint our kitchen island. All three projects were completed within 4 days and we couldn't be happier with the results.

I could write the details, but really not important. Bottom line is that they are nice people, but we were not a priority job, and that was evident the whole time.
