Set a date for 2nd visit and no showed us, after I had taken off of work. Had to reschedule for another date. They came and check traps and block entry spots. Now for 3rd part to the process, had to call to see when they were going to come and we were not even on the schedule. They set us up to be seen on the 9th… today is the 1st! We started this process 3 weeks ago! Do NOT give them your $$ until work is completed. Or just avoid entirely.

He spent entirely more time than most would, educating me about everything I would need to know regards to signs and possible issues. It honestly felt incredibly relieving knowing that somebody came into my home and provided an accurate inspection and extremely educated advice rather than just trying to sell me a product. In my opinion, Bill is an asset to this company And because of him I would use this company again for services regarding any sort of pest control needed.

Particularly the last 6 months, a new technician name Joel. Recently, for my quarterly treatment he sent a message saying he wouldn’t be able to make it to my home and would put me back on schedule asap. Which he never did I had to call because several days went by without them contacting me. Then he didn’t show up for a service call. I called the company (customer service is great) he documented that he came by to treat the exterior of my home. You have to come through a gate with a ring camera to treat the exterior of my home. Coincidence that it has been common practice for him to notify me when he is on his way, but I didn’t get that this day, and he usually, he presses the ring camera doorbell before he enters. Went back and viewed my camera history and there was no sign of him. Its still a mystery how he treated my home while I was there and he was never seen by me or the camera.

Judy Wong rated it 5/5: Eli did a detailed and thorough inspection of my home and provided me with an estimate of rodent proofing my home, sealing all exterior potential entries from squirrel and rodents, including garage door seal, covering all vent pipes and turban vents, weep holes that are large, etc. Also set traps in attic and disinfect. Not cheap, but it has to be done, and done correctly, I trust this company. The work was done several months ago and I have not heard any activity in my attic. Best of all, they guarantee this work for 3 years. Thank you Vinx. And thank you Eli and his coworker (don’t remember his name) who did the work. He was very good, he didn’t goof off and just get it done. No nonsense. Thank you!

He wore protective coverings over his shoes, asked where we’d prefer he start, and explained what he was doing and what we can expect going forward. Otherwise, they would terminate my service. They took my payment before the deadline and cancelled my service anyway. I am only just now realizing that after a few months later. I also didn’t like that they charged a premium for mosquito treatment when I was already paying $150 for them to come out once every three months. Otherwise, I guess they are ok. Never had any other trouble.
Amanda McNeill rated it 2/5: I have used Vinx for many years. It started off great but the quality of treatments & customer service has gone down hill over the past year or so. There were a couple of times they canceled our treatment due to the weather forecast or lack of technicians, but then they never called me to reschedule. One time a “manager” came out to set a bait trap but then left without treating the yard. That was apparently my quarterly service. It became my problem to try & remember if I had seen the Vinx guys quarterly, and if not, I had to call them. Nine times out of 10 I had to leave a message because nobody answered the phone. I also prefer to use a company that charges fee-per-service and not a monthly contracted fee. Now that I finally spoke to someone today to actually request a cancellation of my contract (8/01) they are still billing me again for this month (8/10). I left two messages at the beginning of the summer in an attempt to cancel but they state they have no record of my calls. Mind you I haven’t received any treatments at my house since 5/10 (per my quarterly treatment schedule), yet I’ve paid my fee every month & will be charged again before they will officially cancel my contract. It’s all in the contract & my hands are tied…lesson learned. I’ll never do business with this company again. I know they will take the time to try & refute this review in a detailed response. Too bad they aren’t spending the same amount of time trying to actually improve the service they are providing to longtime clients.
***update! As expected, they take all the time to refute poor google reviews, but don’t actually take the time to treat their customers well. Did anyone take the time to call me to discuss??? No.
BTW, the service technician/manager did drop the bait station at the back of our property & then left. I literally watched him leave after a few minutes without treating my yard. I should have called them immediately but chose to let it go. That’s my fault for not saying anything sooner. I did mention it on a call later that I’m sure they heard when “thoroughly investigating my claims.” And, I used them at two different properties, we were in a rental while undergoing a large remodeling project. The service techs that came out to the rental were top notch. Unfortunately, once we moved into our house in late 2020 the quality of service was just not the same. To be fair, I did go back & change to two stars vs one. They provided excellent service in the beginning.

The bottom of the letter says they want to transfer the warranty and they need information in order to transfer to their name but there's no existing warranty to transfer. This leads buyers into thinking that home had potential termite damage that was not disclosed in the home sale. I can only imagine what they're willing to do once they have your credit card info.

I'm having problems with squirrels getting into attic and needed it fixed. He notified the entry and told me he would get a quote back within a couple hours. The following morning I followed up because I didn't receive any quote. Didn't receive any response. The following morning on the 10th I called and left a voicemail and received a text from Josh minutes later. He said he'll make sure the quote is sent by the afternoon. Never received the quote. I wouldn't have been mad if he said he couldn't do it but to lie and leave me hanging is messed up. After reviewing the reviews I see this is typical.

They performed exclusion work AND re-did our attic insulation. They were professional and prompt and answered all of my phone calls and came to check when I was sure I could hear animals. In terms of price, this varies with the services requested but I had several companies quote me a higher price for some sort of paper insulation while Omega used insulation that qualified as "energy efficient" and our 2 story house has definitely felt the difference. Great service combined with the option of a lifetime warranty is the reason I recommend Omega!

I called Omega and Josh came out, inspected my attic, and then identified a remediation plan which included adding a one way door at the top of my chimney. After a couple of days I noticed a few squirrels hanging around the door looking perplexed as to how to get back in. So far it appears the remediation has worked and will update upon completion.

They have great yearly plan that covers their lifetime warranty. They would come out each year before the winter to make sure their are no new holes found on my the house or if any of their work has been comprise by an animal. They do their diligence by checking and inspecting to make sure their quality of work remains at excellence. Omega people are friendly and they love to educate. The group that work on my house did a great job, you can't tell if there were holes in the siding or between the bricks. They are worth it because they are the experts. Thank you Omega Animals.

They did a full house inspection and found multiple squirrels in our attic. They changed the insulation put up traps and filled in every hole in our house-so it will never happen again. They put nets and small wires around the exterior of our house. We didn’t have any animal issues for a long time. Then recently, I heard some animals at the side wall of our house. They came out the second time and saw that some of the wires were missing so they replaced it for free. No more animals again . December 2022 I heard animals again at the side wall. They came out again and did an inspection and found some missing wires . They are going to fix it again as a courtesy. I just really appreciate this company! They work really hard and honor their contract. We paid a little bit more money at the beginning and got a life time warranty. I was very hesitant about it because they were a new company and I thought they were never coming back to fix our future problems. I did it anyway because they were very polite and friendly and they knew what they were doing. For sure they did an amazing job and other people thought the same because after 9 years they are still coming back and fixing our animal problems and honoring their contract. They are still doing a great job ! I think that’s what happens to great companies with honest hard working people.

I promised I would come back with a follow up at the end so here it goes. The new service manager Kyle Tester and Lonnie the GM came out for my last run through. All the rats on previous visits had been caught and we had 3 successful visits with no rat action. So on the last visit Kyle and Lonnie sealed a crack in my kitchen on the floor by the dish washer and in the cabinet next to the dishwasher. Lonnie went back into my attic to make sure the holes he had sealed earlier was still sealed. Everything worked out well. This was my first time meeting Kyle and he was nice and friendly.

I asked for his number just in case I needed to call at a later date and he happily gave this to me. Before making this update I had to call him. He answered the phone everyone. I don't make many reviews and when I do it's just 1 and not updates. So when I tried to make an update a week ago the old review came up and I was lost so I called Kyle even for that. Old Review:
Shawn and Lonnie are the best. I've been getting my house sprayed for insects and bugs quarterly for a while now. However, I believe I have a nasty neighbor and rats and mice entered my home. Long story short Lonnie and Shaen came to to scene and have been a BIG help. They laid traps and sealed holes and continue to come back for follow up.

I will give another update once everything is complete. So far so good and I am happy to have those 2 on my side.

Jennifer Brown has always been excellent from day 1. She is communicative, personable, professional, and straight to the point; no fluff.

Goevani Benavides, field manager has been excellent each time he's visited my home. Very knowledgeable, informative, and is also straight to the point. I've always been impressed with the level of communication between him and the office.

My general services have been A+ as well. I am currently enrolled in General Pest preventative maintenance, Ant treatments, and have purchased the Sentricon Termite system and utilized the mosquito and rodent treatments in the past. My technician, Miguel has been with us from Day 1 and is very helpful with our general maintenance.

My experience with nature's Own Pest Control Company was a superb experience; this is due to their technical know-how and their prompt service delivery which is rare to find from service companies. They took their time to explain what insects are particularly troublesome at the period and they proactively dealt with the particular problems. They were always responsive to my questions in a comprehensive manner. I judge this company based on their personality and service; I am very impressed and will always use them again and again!
