Trey Hicks was our service provider and was as knowledgeable as he was on time. He thoroughly went throughout the entire house and made sure to see if there was anything specific we’d seen and wanted to treat. He then went outside covering the entire perimeter as well as the garage informing us of what to expect next.
He was very professional and careful to ensure he protected our privacy by asking if any rooms were off limits.

We are excited to see how well the service will be in the coming months. We do not have any major bug concerns but enjoy the comfort in knowing we have a great company providing great service
Yvette Rocha rated it 1/5: This company is very unprofessional from the beginning we’ve had problems. They come to your house to sell their services and they didn’t do anything they said they would. They came out to reservice and still didn’t do what they said they would. Owner said to give them another chance after we found a company that would do what we asked. They set up an appointment for July 2 I got a text they would be out between 8:15 and 10:15 and no one ever showed. I called office said they were closed. I texted owner no answer. I texted and called owners sister she responded but after I told her no one was at my house yet as of noon no response! I’ll attach the photos of what my house looked like after they came out and serviced and it’s worse than what the pictures show!
Update:As of 07/23 I have made several calls and messages to cancel my service and no one has reached out as of today. The owners sister has called to apologize but no one from the office has answered the phone or reached out. I was told they have new people working that don’t know what they are doing then she told me they all got Covid so I don’t know. They don’t know how to run a business.

Management still hasn’t contacted me. Tech very thorough, but damage was done to my home while removing a wasp nest. Even if the company won’t reimburse me , at least acknowledge my complaint, and try to accommodate me in some way. Very disappointed.

They continued to ignore me and kept talking. After the 4th time of saying I am good they still talked. I finally had to slam the door on them because they would not leave. This is not a good thing to do especially with the way people have been acting lately. Behavior like this is not OK and needs to be stopped. Would never recommend this company just based on this. Honestly unnerving the way the sales person acted.

I was formerly the Director of customer service at a large oil and gas company and I can tell you Jules and Kyle have overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations! I wish there were people like this in all of our relationships. They are simply amazing. To speak of Jules a moment, this lady is a 10 across the board! EVERYTHING I taught and more she does! She has a warm and friendly greeting each and every time we speak. She always reassures us and is very patient even with someone who likes to talk like me. She is also an expert and gives information while reassuring us. She is EXTREMELY prompt with her service and even made a quick call for me without having to call me back. It took less than 1 minute and she returned with the response. She made ALL follow up actions very clear by letting me know what to expect and reassured me we were in good hands. Skyler Design Build rated it 1/5: My wife and I had our home treated in December 2021 for termites based what we thought were termites and on Berrett’s professional technician’s inspection on December 11, 2021. I paid the technician, as well as purchasing a 1-year warranty. To quote the 1-year warranty, “Retreatment warranty of Termites if the Termites should reappear, Berrett will provide treatment to eliminate Termite infestation, and will continue to provide retreatments until said infestation has been completely destroyed.”
On December 13, 2021, Berrett’s technician arrived and treated my home.

On May 22, 2022, I noticed termites coming out of my outdoor kitchen and notified Berrett.

On May 25, 2022, Berrett technician came out and stated I didn't have termites because he couldn't see them and said the damage and markings was not termites (even though it was the same soil markings/damage as they originally sold us in December). Moreover, I showed the technician the photos (shown below) my wife took on May 22, 2022, of the termites, he said they were nothing to be worried about and looked like flying ants. After him trying to sell me another total treatment and much discussion. The technician stated the best he could do is treat the area in the picture but anything else would be extra, of course he would have to ask his boss and the office to approval. Neither he nor anyone from Berrett contacted me.

Here is the first technician seeing there was a problem but sticking with his story about there not being any termites.

On June 1, my wife noticed one of the structural columns on the patio split open between the Hardie plank with termites coming out of the column, so we notified Berrett again. This is the same column the technician was telling me there is no signs of them a few days later.

On June 6, Berrett second technician came out and stated they treated for the wrong termites in December and would have to retreat for the correct ones, but we would have to pay for the service.

These folks do not reply, do not honor their warranty or work, try to get additional payment for work they may or may not have done properly the first time. For the safety of my family, I had a different pest control company come out and treat the columns today and they agreed that this wasn’t an over night issue. I know there are many people that cannot afford termite treatment initially, but no one can afford the damage of their home not begin treated properly the first time (as per Berrett technician – the company that did the initial treatment). My family’s safety depends on the structural columns as that is my son’s pay area. Moreover, Berrett has not stood on their warranty we paid extra for…

Since they failed to notify us about that, and we signed, we could not do anything but let them do what they are supposed to and wait till the contract is almost over.. BUT.. it has been already 4 months no show! And still charging us monthly! Now my grass is almost non existent.. pretty much dead looking.. and there is an infestation of ants in my whole front yard! Our house was fine before they showed up on our door and pretty much persuaded us to get "a treatment". Not to mention, whenever they were "doing treatment for mosquitos", we still had infestation of mosquitos. They would usually come and knock on the door, let me know they were starting the treatment, went ahead and it took them no more than 5 minutes and they were gone. Thats it. Very bad service over all. Im taking care of their job instead because its just getting bad!!

We have had several pest control salesman at our front door and none have been as personable as Tristan. He was great at being informative but not pushy. He was polite and the experience was great. He knew the answers to every question I asked and was extremely thorough. The guy was there to service my home for the first time in just a few hours. I would highly recommend this company!

Adrian Allen rated it 5/5: Do your research, but this is the company to choose for your pest and rodent control. A new townhouse community is being developed in an adjacent wooded field, so all these woodland creatures started relocating to our established neighborhood. I get it, this land was theirs before it was ours, but after 20 years, they had no right to move into my house rent free. The cute hares/ rabbits were ok at first. They would flop around, and the worst they would do is leave small chocolate eggs in the yard. But when we heard scurrying in the attic, our anxiety levels started to rise.
We were already overwhelmed by a pipe bursting in the garage in February due to a flash freeze. Then we noticed droppings as the restoration company came and cleared out the garage. But we really didn't connect all the dots because simultaneously we were caring for my 85 year old grandmother who was on hospice care from terminal breast cancer. So our hands were a little full at the time.
But when we saw evidence that there was probably a mouse or something, we had to make it a priority. I called 3 or 4 local companies for quotes. 2 came to the house and 2 acted like they could care less about actually securing my business but were willing to quote hundreds of dollars for the service.
One thing that stood out was the other companies said they would plug the holes leading into the house, but 2 said they don't go into the attic. Well that's where we heard them and so it didn't make sense to not go in the attic to hunt them down.
Then Kirby from ABC came out. He did a thorough inspection and designed a plan to attack the problem. They definitely weren't the cheapest company, but they provided the best proposal with the strongest warranty. So we pulled the trigger.
The crew was very professional and plugged holes and set traps. And the we waited. But there were no dead mice for weeks. So they came back out and found more holes to plug. Then the rodents got more desperate. One was bold enough to entire the kitchen at night. I was ready to burn down the entire house. Frustration was level 10. By this point my grandmother had passed away. Grief plus phobia and a general sense of absolute exhaustion had settled in. All the techs that came out were nice, friendly, professional and courteous, BUT we were sick of the rats running our house. I was also frustrated by what seemed to be a long wait between reporting sightings and an available appointment time. Mark Rodriguez came out and did a good job observing the situation and he realized that a supervisor was needed for a solution.
Enter Kenneth! He was absolutely amazing. Between crawling through the attic and discovering new holes to tracking down a food source (a case of mac snd cheese boxes) in the garage that my grandmother left months before her passing (she was always prepared for when her great-grandchildren came over), Kenneth understands the mind of a mouse and the rationale of a rat. He made it his mission to eliminate these evils. And one by one, he did. Kenneth is a hero in our household. He will be receiving a Christmas card this year. My grandmother's dying wish was to rid the house of these invaders, and Kenneth and his team were able to accomplish that. It was worth ever penny for the complete customer care and warranty on the work.
If you are looking for a quality solution, you've found it. Be patient, because rodents can be tricky and hard to eradicate, but ABC is committed to the long haul.

During the treatment my blinds had to be removed, and they graciously put them back up before they left. Blair came three weeks later to do a follow-up check and was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me more information and suggestions in regards to staying bed bug free. He even carried my large Amazon package into the garage for me. I’m pretty particular about how each room is treated. We have a dog as well as different parts of the home where curtains need to be moved and other things that can’t have any kind of spray around them. Victor and I walk through the house together. He is always very respectful and remembers how he treated each room from previous visits. He also asks really important questions about certain bugs we are seeing or changes once he has sprayed. He always seems to go above and beyond. Once he is finished with the service, if we notice anything or need something treated differently he leaves you his information so you can follow-up if need be. Not once have we been dissatisfied with his service. He is a 10 out of 10.

The salesman was knowledgeable and they worked their schedule to get out right away (on Saturday!). Our tech, Joshua, was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. They are about $50 more a quarter than Massey, but will be worth it if they show up on time. So far I am very happy with them!

I emailed them and left them a voicemail, no response. So I googled and found Terminix. They called me back, had a discussion with the sales agency, and they followed up not only through emails, but through text.
Our technician, Mark was not only on time, but very professional with a friendly personality. He was very informative and didn’t mind explaining and showing me what he did. It was to the point where my neighbor asked for his business card because he was thorough and kind. Very happy with Terminix!

He provided us with a courtesy call and was on time. He was polite, asked questions about the pests we were seeing, and wore booties to protect our flooring. And very importantly, he was extremely thorough in the treatment for pests both in and outside of our home. He went above and beyond to even clean up an area that had some fallen debris from opening the attic. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Very pleased with Preventative Pest Control thus far! Looking forward to seeing the results of the treatment.
I also wanted to add that when I initially called to inquire about pest control services Sierra was very helpful, patient and answered all my questions! She sent me an email with more information and followed up with me the next day.

This includes all the employees I’ve interacted with doing the pest service and employees I’ve talked to on the phone when scheduling service. I’ve thought highly of their service but wanted to write a review after our exceptional service this morning by Jake Smith. He came out for our routine mosquito spray and took care of a dead armadillo in our yard right away. He was so nice and even offered to come back later in the day after his other services if he couldn’t fit it in his truck. Very appreciated!

They’re just grabbing your money for literally ZERO results… I do not recommended it! Their trainer need a LOT more training because they don’t know how to do their job. They just came and sprayed in 4 corners of the house. They did not even check the main places such as the garage, front house door, back yard door, and around the around AC blower. She keeps her gate locked since we have dogs so a permanent note to confirm the appointment was added so she could leave it unlocked for exterior service. Plus they send out reminder calls days before so make sure your phone number is correct & you have the office number saved so it isn't flagged as spam.
On another note, I also used to work there for a while & will say a few things in defense.
1. If you do not request inside service, only the outside will be done. BUT if you call back after, they are happy to come back out to service to satisfaction. ("Reservices" ARE free.) Whether they come back to spray the inside or the backyard since the gate was locked.
2. When signing the contract for service, PLEASE read the fine print because all the details are there, including the cancellation fee. Which you have 30 days to change your mind if I remember correctly. The office staff is happy to answer any questions about the contract if you read it after the Tech leaves.
3. PLEASE call to provide your preferences & they will add a permanent note on your account. EX: "Interior & Exterior SVC always" Or "Knock hard, Home office in back of house", but you get the idea.

Regardless of the case, they ARE willing to work with you but you as a customer must be reasonable as well.

First, the technician didn’t even show up on the appointment day, so I called the office, which they sent out another technician. This one came out and I requested him to spray my garage and everything else in my yard. Well she did the garage and left. I know this because I have cameras and I work from home. So, I called the office right away, which he came back, did a really quick spray in the back and left! Terrible!!!
Victoria Lemane rated it 3/5: We absolutely love the rep who comes to our house, Michael. However, the office staff seems incredibly unorganized for multiple reasons. We have been very patient with them each time we are serviced and they use the wrong address when trying to charge our credit card and it gets declined or we get no awareness when they schedule our service or they schedule my neighbor and not us or vice versa despot requesting we schedule our services at the same time for convenience for Michael.
Service we receive at our house, great. Administrative side of this business needs some help.

Hector Moreno rated it 5/5: BUGCO is so responsive, I always get an email reply very fast and 3 months after the first service I can still see bugs dead at the entry points of the house (garage, front and back door etc) but without a doubt the best thing is the amazing service I get from Jermaine the three times he's been here, he's very through and always explains everything so well and is always patient with my many questions, I mean even my dog wanted to leave with him! I really recommend their services! It's one of those companies that feel like they're just friends coming to help out with something.

He was extremely thorough with his mosquito treatment, termite inspection, and measurements for a mosquito misting system. First off, there is no pushy sales pitch like most companies, you get a text reminder when it’s time to schedule service, and it’s up to you if you need service. I like that I can text or call to schedule an appointment which is very convenient. The technicians have been very thorough to make sure they spray every nook and cranny in my house. Hathuc staff are very friendly and they always take the time to talk to me, ask me about my bug concerns and explain to me what they plan to spray around the house. One time they noticed that I grew vegetables in the backyard and took the time to switch to organic spray around that area, which I truly appreciate.
This is a great family company with great employees to do business with. I highly recommend Hathuc.

Camille Grow rated it 5/5: We have used Hathuc for about 2 years, and they previously helped with a bad sugar ant infestation and a rodent problem in a rental. We moved to a new house and found the process to be quite simple in transferring service.
When we opened a wall for water damage in our new house, there were fire ant hills in the walls. There were also carpenter ants and some other type of ant in the kitchen. Hathuc came out twice, on short notice, to thoroughly treat and inspect both inside and outside. The ant problem was immediately fixed: I haven't seen any signs since then.

Billing is simple, straightforward, and easy to handle. Alessandra is pleasant to talk to on the phone, answers questions thoroughly, and responds quickly. The technicians we have seen have been respectful of property, answer questions thoroughly, and clearly take care to treat all problem areas. There is a reason we've paid for their services for over 2 years and chose to contract with them when we moved: they are the best at what they do. I do not give 5-star reviews lightly, but this one is earned.
