The office is poorly run, we are never notified when our service is scheduled, regularly called and told they're waiting for me at our house when we aren't even home because the office failed to contact us with a date and time. The service is always quick and easy, but the poor communication on the offices part makes it hard to actually receive the service we pay for.

we reached out to greenex about this along with estimates to get repaired and they are refusing to pay for the repairs, not the way buiwness should be handled i’m extremely disappointed in the response time or how the company has handled this matter i wouldn’t allow them in my home again, tell tell sign is when a extermination company has a claims department what a joke

They didn’t push me to make unnecessary upgrades, and when I ran out of time during the setup process, the representative was able to walk me through the rest via text message, which was super convenient.
Also, I am so used to service technicians showing up behind schedule, but Charles, the technician, was actually just slightly ahead of schedule! He was super friendly and professional, and he walked me through each process from start to finish.

I'll just get an email one day out of nowhere with the notification that my Tech will be here in like 2 days. I don't like that and prefer to be contacted to set up an appointment. I had to call and have a note put on my account to call me before scheduling a visit. Again, this a problem for me, but may not be for someone else.

Hisham Fiala rated it 1/5: They used to come here for like5-10 minutes 15 minutes at the most and they barely did any actual spraying to kill the mosquitoes and I asked them to spray on my grandsons window because he had stick bugs on his window and they sprayed on his window and there was no change the stink bugs came back. Also I called them multiple time to talk to them about why they have been doing all that and every time I called them they always said we will give you a free one month service as an apology for what they have been doing and even for the free month they never came back and I talk to them last month and they said the same thing gave me a free one month service and now a couple days ago they send me a bill in the mail and it was $89:00 and I called them and asked why they sent me this bill when the gave me the last three months for free and when I called them they said the payment was from the collection

I am in a fixed income & my initial pricing was $69 which sounded good to me at the time. Then the pricing went up to $129 per spray which is not affordable for us. Then when I asked to cancel, they wanted me to pay an additional $190.

These people come across as willing to make you a happy customer however not willing to make their services affordable.

Make SURE you read EVERYTHING before signing with them !!!

I have had a great experience with this company, from the signing up process to calling when still seeing wasps…they came back just a few days after my call. I highly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends. I left this prematurely…after the last treatment, I found a large wasp nest on my deck, which I sprayed myself. There are several spider webs on the deck as well…and lots of wasps flying around the deck steps and deck…so, I will be calling them again.

He explained every question that I had in a way that I could easily understand and he didn’t make me feel foolish! You have an exemplary employee with a work ethic ANY company should be proud of! He was very polite, positive, respectful and helpful! He didn’t leave until he answered all of my questions (since we are in a new area; he even told me what the names of the new bugs that we were seeing here; cellar spiders!)! I hope he wasn’t late for his next appointment but, he was fantastic and I’m sure a joy to have as an employee!

Christina Bunch rated it 4/5: They do a great job at informing you they are coming. They spray quickly and are always professional. The only reason they got a 4 is because the main reason I got their service was for mosquito issue we have. I found out recently that they no longer guarantee mosquitoes and I was never informed. I just happened to find out they no longer guarantee Mosquitoes a month or two ago when I talked to the friendly staff who was there to spray. I just wish it actually really helped for the number one reason I signed up for the service.

He is always very conscious of our two dogs when placing bait so they can’t get into it. One year I did not get treatment and had bugs/ants all in house. I also got termites 2 years ago so I now do the maintenance on that too! One time I had a rat in my house and OPC took care of that too. Mike is my service guy and I just love him! He always texts me ahead of time to make sure my dogs are put up and let's me know my gate is secure when he leaves! Great company!

Minutes and charged 329 dollars!!! I would have been fine if the treatment worked, but two weeks later we still have fleas!! And, they're trying to charge another 99 dollars to come out again. SMH. I also used their four seasons plan for five of my rentals, and they would not come out and spray when supposed to. Black diamond is getting my service moving forward.

When completed the tech cleaned up the area and was very helpful in understanding the extent of today's service.
Mishkat Suleiman rated it 1/5: PLEASE do not contract with this fraud of a company. They won’t let me out of the contract. I made the mistake of letting them install termite traps on my property. I wanted to cancel all services with them and the wanted to charge me $380 for an early termination fee on top of $1000 that I already paid them. Now they are not sending anyone out to remove the traps because there’s “no available appointments” so they’re trying to rope me into another years contract and they already have my credit card info. On top of all that, their technician was useless. We asked her to remove wasps nests on our deck. There were about 6. She removed one. My husband who is allergic had to remove the rest. Additionally, their sprays for centipedes did not work. I had to get another pest control company to come in and spray indoors because the terminix technician just wouldn’t do it. Two treatments with the new company and centipedes are gone, but not with Terminix!!! They are terrible, fraudulent, and they rope you in and make it impossible to cancel. Would give no stars if I could. About to report them to the BBB.

We needed a termite service and after installing the bait stations (they were in for about 6months) we sold the house. The new owners didn’t want it so we cancelled. Lo and behold they won’t cancel (or early termination fee which is basically what you still owe) and you are on the hook paying for something you don’t even have anymore (why would I pay for termite service for someone else’s house). Furthermore I was unaware of the year contract and my initials were forged on the paper once I asked them for proof of anyone telling me or me signing for it (couldn’t have got my signature cause we were not present the day of install as well) . Had I known I was stuck with year contract I wouldn’t have done it as we knew we were selling the house. DO NOT USE FOR TERMITE services or at least be aware of the year contract that is not cancelable.

Michael Gollar rated it 5/5: The past few weeks have been horrible in our apartment. Our dog got fleas from the apartment grounds and carried them into our apartment. We’ve never felt with fleas before and our dog is treated monthly with a prescription. It didn’t take long for the fleas to get bad and the complex would do nothing to help us. They wouldn’t treat the grounds and only offered to send their bug guy out which was going to cost over $300 for just one treatment. We called terminix and they agreed to come out and on the date of, they called and canceled saying they couldn’t treat an apartment. Needless to say we didn’t know what to do, so we started making calls. I called Mint and got an answer within minutes. Matt (the branch manager) answered and gave us a great deal similarly to terminix and even sent a guy out that same day! Since then we’ve been flea free and our lives feel normal again!

Our service tech Jess is very knowledgeable in what he does with OPC and always friendly and professional . The only thing I don't care for is that you have to sign a yearly contract and if you don't cancel at the end of the year, OPC automatically renews you for another year. Other than that I would recommend OPC to all my family and friends.

On a negative note, I had called the main number the day before to confirm a specific time. After waiting on hold for about 15 minutes the call went to their answering service where I left a message to return my call. Unfortunately they never returned the call so I was unable to confirm a specific time or timeframe and had to wait all day not knowing what time the technician would arrive. He arrived around 3:30. We have used OPC for several years and have never had this issue before so I’m hoping this was just an unfortunate fluke.
Jane Hamilton rated it 1/5: I had their 4 seasons package for 3 properties and at one they could not seem to get rid of the ants and other major issues they had were Not Showing up (when claiming they did) by the billing I received, quit leaving any proof they came, not contacting me when I expressed concerns to at least one guy that showed up at my property when I was home and first time don’t believe he sprayed everywhere and second time told him not to worry about it since the company was not showing or taking care of additional properties. Before pandemic they seemed to be a reasonably good company and had some pretty helpful folks working for them but past 2-3 years apparently have had major employee issues, and customer service employees not getting back to concerned customers…I will be cancelling all of my services

We got a text giving us a 15 minute heads up on their arrival. When he, and all techs, ring our bell they always stand back from the door. I appreciate this so I’m not opening the door face to face with someone. Nick answered all of my questions this morning and even gave me some tips on gravel placement in the spring to help with our mole and vole issue! After they spray I have no mosquito problems and I’m the person that gets eaten alive while no one else does. I called and told them I was getting eaten up a week after a spray and they sent a guy the next day complimentary. Their technicians are so kind and understanding. I was trying to leave out of my house from the back driveway when they came, the tech waited patiently while I got my 5kids into the car. He did not make me feel rushed at all. Not only do they make light work of those mosquitoes, their customer service is fantastic. Now I sit in my hammock an watch my boys play with bites and I’m overjoyed!

I've used this service for years now, and it has honestly changed the quality of life for our family. Jeff Toler is extremely knowledgeable and he took the time to investigate our problem and to explain everything to us. He told us what he was doing for treatment and he made suggestions to us as well. Jeff is not only professional and efficient, he is friendly and personable.
