Lastly, an added bonus is that this was covered under our normal quarterly pest control visits, so we paid absolutely nothing for this visit even though this was not technically one of those appointments. Already would have recommended the quarterly package, and this experience today only makes me feel that much better.

I can't comment yet about the effectiveness of the treatment, so this review is about my experience with the employees. First, the sales rep, Cairo was very thorough in explaining the service, the costs, the exclusions, etc. He took the time to inspect my property and explain what was needed. Mace, the technician who performed the treatment service was equally helpful and detailed in explaining what was being done and answering all my questions. Both employees were friendly, helpful and took ample time with me to answer all my questions. I was very impressed with both of these young men. They represent their company well.

    I will write a follow-up review after enough time has passed to evaluate the effectiveness of the pest treatment. So far I am impressed!

Every single person we have been in contact with has been kind, courteous, very thorough, and professional! I originally thought the fee was high but I had compared them with other companies at the start and think they are actually pretty reasonable against today's market rate and very flexible. They always are willing to get me in even outside my set time and they haven't charged me for extra, small visits, (though I don't abuse it so I'm not saying you can call them all the time for free) an example being the last guy didn't knock so I couldn't ask him to come inside to spray the laundry room and when I called they immediately scheduled another appointment for me to get the inside sprayed free. The guy, Kenny Rollins, was an amazing technician. Fun and kind and very thorough unlike some of the previous appointments he didn't feel as rushed to leave letting me actually get the whole house sprayed without feeling guilty. Half the areas I didn't even have to ask he just did ^_^ so overall very pleased especially with this latest technician.

The contract included sealing the house and rodent dropping clean up for a cost of over $2000.00. The person sent to perform the work was labeled as a supervisor. The work performed by Terminix looked more like vandalism (see pics) than repair. Random areas of spray foam that can be seen while standing on the front porch. Notice the gaps are not filled. The clean up consisted of a tiny box and gloves, NO SHOP VAC. They had no intention of cleaning up droppings around appliances as was originally agreed upon. This is an ongoing issue since nobody within management level at Terminix will call her back. Looks like a "take the money and run" situation to me.

He did some minor work (per him) outside which was negligible and not needed and I was clear with him to wait until I get home and despite that he did whatever work outside so he can charge me. I needed the service and requested it to be done inside my house. I contacted him many times afterwards and he promised to come and finish the service for charge free. Then he, Travis, stopped responding and never finished the service he is supposed to do. Charged me with 159 $ and they declined to refund me or finish the service. Please avoid them. Very poor service.

Alex did a thorough job, checking all of the gutters on our home to make sure that there were no additional nests, and applying repellant to deter future nesting. He even wiped bird poop from a window and siding while he was on the roof! Alex also took the time to answer questions, and was clearly knowledgeable. We would use Critter Control again (although hope we don't need to!).

He was responsive, incredibly fair and wanted to come up with a solution that addressed the root cause of the problem. I followed through with both of his suggestions, caulking the exterior of the home and setting up four bait stations outside and since then I have not had any mice. 10/10 would recommend Alex and Critter Control to a friend.

They forgot to schedule my June service and when I called to question it couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. They no call/no showed my last appointment, I again had to call to question it and get rescheduled. Now my service for today was cancelled due to "scheduling conflicts" and the soonest they can reschedule is in a week. You'll also wait on hold 20+ minutes to talk to customer service no matter the time of day. I'll be switching service providers.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thomas, the tech who came to my house was very thorough, professional and respectful of my property.   • Brandi Paul rated it 1/5: DO NOT hire Greenix, extremely poor service, poor ethical standards of sales and service, and $500 IN CANCELLATION FEES ALONE?!? In our attempt to be good local business supporters, my husband hired Greenix after a representative visited our Gretna, Neb. home, giving the impression he represented A LOCAL company. Not only did we not see any decline in the mosquitos, bugs or moles were were promised, but when we called to cancel, were charged $500 IN A CANCELLATION FEE, effectively 6-months of services. This was NEVER expressed to us verbally; in calling to find answers, we were told it was 'in our contract and within their right to charge.' That is our fault for not reading the size 4 print in the EMAILED contract sent to us after the fact. Absolutely disgusted that THIS is what this business is charging after not providing a quality service, and that their customer service offered no recompense or a solutions, just 'sorry folks, too bad for you!"

    My attempts to recoup that $500, which would have been deposited into our savings account, my children's college fund, or Christmas gifts, have gone unanswered from anyone locally. My only hope at this point is to discourage any and all others from using this business.

    I NEVER post reviews like this – ever. But businesses who lock people into astronomical fees, essentially bullying private home owners when other local, small business owners bend over BACKWARDS to do the right thing and serve our community… IT REALLY PISSES ME OFF.

We canceled in early 2022. I don't understand it, they still come out quarterly and were just out today. As whatever they're doing is not working I just ask them to leave. I have an attitude with them at this point because I don't understand why they continue to come out.

But, I thought, what the heck, I may as well have them take care of those and then it would take care of what I was not able to see also…in case there was anything. They did their first treatment and when he was ready to leave I asked him if he had sprayed around the French doors…..he said he had not because there were 2 laundry baskets there and he could just do it on their next visit or if I saw anything, I could just call them out again.. I said "can you spray them right now then, I'm happy to move the baskets….which I did. He was standing right there and you would have thought I'd asked him to run around to the other side of the block to get him to raise his arm to spray the stuff!
Before my next treatment, it seemed that the stink bugs were still around and they said if I saw any to have them come out which I did. During their next scheduled visit, I showed him a wasp nest and asked him if he could spray it. Instead of just spraying it, he looked at the best and told me he didn't need to spray it because if was not an active nest…..right as he said that, a wasp flew right into it!!! After they left, there were more stink bugs and also spider webs that they had said they would get rid of on their first visit. I saw spiders and more wasps. I'm not sure that they sprayed anything at my house….was their tank empty or just filled with water, I don't know. Echo called to schedule my next appointment, but I told them I was not interested in their services any longer. Since they didn't work at all and it was like pulling teeth to get their employees to spray an area that I knew needed to be treated. They told me they could send someone out again, but if they didn't know what they were doing the first time, they weren't going to magically get it! Since I signed up for their services during some special promotion, they demanded I pay them another $100 to get out of their contract which I am happy I did. We since called another company out once….no contract and the problem is gone. Think twice about signing up with this company. They are frauds.
