Unfortunately, I was at work and had to keep my original appointment. He said that wasn’t a problem. He showed up on time. Mandy Ecroyd rated it 5/5: I called them and wasn’t sure if I wanted to have someone come in, thought I could handle myself but unfortunately nothing was working, they called to check in with me and see what they could do to help which was really awesome. Chelsea came out super fast and was friendly. She walked me through the steps and made things really easy. She got techs to come out which were Jeremiah and Ryan. They were here on time, they were so friendly, professional and very fast! They even got rid of a trap that had some mice on it for me so I didn’t have to, they didn’t have to but did it anyways! They both had smiles start to finish which was nice to see since there’s jobs can be kind of messy. I appreciate them for making this process easy and giving us peace of mind.

Prior to signing up I was doing this service myself, with everything successfully under control but wanted to avoid climbing on ladders to do this every couple months.

Unfortunately I ran into issues with getting the service performed as I wanted, but I was able to work with Axiom and come to a mutual resolution. They were open and understanding. They were confident they could resolve the issues and perform the service to my standards but I decided not to continue. We mutually worked out the situation and, solely based on their customer service, I would trust working with them should I decide I can’t do it myself in the future.

We went from having mice and spiders everywhere to seeing nothing. The best part is their guarantee. If you still see insects after your normal treatment they will come back free of charge and usually soon after you call.

One month after the first service I did notice a decrease of ants in the house which is wonderful! I'm still seeing quite a bit on the patio and around various structures in the yard but was told these spaces may need multiple treatments to see a reduction.
My only complaint is the side gate was left open accidentally and w/young kids and dogs this could have been bad. I don't believe this was done intentionally and I saw it before anyone got out, but wanted to be honest with my review.

I told him that I had not had my usual summer ant invasion of my home this year. I credit this to the pest control that his company has done this year. I told Jeff how the ants seem to hide under and around my sidewalk in back. He said he would make sure to take care of those. I mentioned that they also hide in the rocks which surround my house. He said he would take care of them when he did the foundation. My conversation drifted to the rocks and how many there. He said these rocks were the remains of an ancient river bed, he said he had watched a documentary on this. And he likes to watch documentaries. You are lucky to have such a pleasant, and knowledgeable employee. He made my day much more enjoyable. And I believe he did a good job.

We’ve had what I would call average service from a big name company in pest control for several years. But as consumer, I want something better then average. Frankly, I think the big name pest control company is simply resting on past accomplishments and name recognition; doing an average job and not looking for improvement.
But when the Aptive salesperson came by, it was evident that they’re something different. The strategy of treating not just our house but the entire yard has significantly reduced the sugar ant problems we were experiencing.
This year when the warmth of summer came and the inevitable increase in ant activity should have followed, it didn’t. That isn’t even close to average, that’s excellence.

Now on customer service, the technicians have always been courteous, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. When I filled out my after visit survey yesterday and mentioned I’d like a break on price, I heard back from the area manager Lisa, the very same day. We scheduled a call the following afternoon and came to an agreement on a price that didn’t reduce my level of service. This is what excellence in customer care looks like folks.

Brian followed up in a week after the inspection and put down some traps in our crawl space and around our house. Brian was very knowledgeable.

Randal did our initial inspection and he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and so friendly. He had me laughing the whole time!

Aaron has been the technician servicing our home and he was done a phenomenal job. He has been extremely thorough, thoughtful, and reassuring. Aaron definitely knows what he's doing, he guaranteed me he would solve our rodent problem and he's lived up to his promise. He is coming every week until we both feel confident that our problem is solved.

Bob was right on time for the appointment window we had scheduled. Very courteous, professional and thorough. He explained what he was going to do and answered questions that I had. Upon completion of his inspection in the crawl space he gave a detailed and easily understood account of his findings and showed me photos of the areas that needed to be addressed. He offered to do the repairs and when asked if my husband could do them he explained what needed to be done. Would definitely call Interstate Pest Management again if the need arises – but hopefully that won't happen!

They have excellent communication, very prompt and did a through job. Exceeded all expectations! We have two little kids and two large dogs and they were intentional on placing of traps etc to keep our family safe while managing the pests. If your weren’t already convinced, we have had other companies in the past but this was by far and large the BEST experience we have had with a pest control company.

David was professional and personable. Explaining the process to me and my two kids. He was super friendly with them. I was impressed by his professionalism in making sure he sprayed and treated all the areas I told him about and knowing spots I didn’t even think of.

Justin was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and polite. Summit helped us during a scary time and we would recommend them to anyone who needs a pest company!

Linda May rated it 5/5: We had used Summit Pest Management back in 2017 for squirrel removal, so when it sounded like there was an an animal in the fireplace area, we called them again. Justin Holmes came out and determined the problem quickly. We needed to replace a chimney cap, but it isn't one that they install, so he recommended Portland Chimney. Justin was patient with all my questions and clear in his responses. Even though he had to go up on the roof and determine what was wrong, he did not charge me anything for the diagnosis! He was friendly and personable. I highly recommend Justin and Summit Pest Management!

Justin was very thorough, explained things as he went along, pleasant and professional. The nature of the problem ended up his having to come back multiple times until the problem was solved. Would recommend him and Summit for any pest issue you may have.

We had another company who when called about nice literally left us mouse traps in porch. Cancelled them, called orkin and they came and found the entrance points and closed them. We have been customers happy customers ever since then.

They were quick to do a bid, get us on the books for remediation, offer flexible financing, and they worked non-stop until the problem was resolved. They are a team of honest and hard working individuals and I’m happy I made the switch.

But since covid he has been moved around so we have a new guy Sean or ( Shawn) 😊 and he is very nice as well and does great too! He had a fill in today Garrett , and he was fabulous!!!! The best !!! He was so thorough and has done things that have not been done before … just a great job ! And so friendly, great customer service Garrett is ! 😊 anywho there all great and if you have any problems you call and they will come out ! That’s what I like . They try to go above and beyond . !
J D rated it 1/5: The absolute worse service on the planet I don’t even know where to begin, all phone support has been rude, unhelpful and all they do to resolve issues is put you through to a “local office” voicemail where NOBODY calls you back. We had their services for 10 months and were promised mosquitos would dissipate within 3 months, that never happened. Then we were patched through to a mangers voice mail who never called us back until we left 6 voice messages in 3 weeks, after we finally decided to cancel in July they continued to send us monthly bills stating “we never cancelled” when I told the woman to check the notes on the account she repeatedly talked over me and was incredibly rude, she then just patched me over to the local office without saying a word on the phone, again we were passed off to a voice message box and 4- weeks in not a single person has called us back. At this point we have hired an attorney to dispute their monthly service we cancelled months ago despite being told “30-day cancellation. No hassle”

He eliminated my rodent issue completely, not only with traps but also finding and securing where they were getting under the house. He also took care of my ant problem. He is very responsive and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he's educated me to the problems and how he was going to tackle them. He is organic – where others only claim to be. He offers a more complete service than just regular spray visits. To stop my ant problem, for example, he addressed how they were getting up into the house removing the vegetation they were using to climb. Lastly, his prices are very reasonable. I'm very happy with the service.
