The crew did a exceptional job removing our old unit and installing the new one. This new bosch heatpump is really really really efficient!! It's been about four months and this unit has kept our 2100 sqft home very comfortable with little energy used. We are very pleased with the unit and the work of everyone evolved on the job!! The financing options they have available make any upgrade within reach financially. This heat pump unit is awesome. I suggest when those climate incentives start to hit call balanced comfort for the energy efficient upgrades. We Highly recommend balanced comfort!! Super impressed!!

Our Account Manager, Jose, is very professional and accommodating. When we have an emergency service and others have told us they cannot get to us for a few days, Jose makes sure to get us in. Even their turn around time on HVAC installs is amazing! The work performed by the techs is high end. We have had previous vendors with many call backs, and with Balanced Comfort, that is never an issue. I highly recommend Balanced Comfort for all Heating, AC, and plumbing needs!

The unit passed the inspections with the duct tester and the city with flying colors! They had to make modifications due to the new unit being a little different and they crushed it, it’s a beautiful job and works great! They also installed a new thermostat, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector, they all look great and work great! I’ve done home loans for 20 years so I’ve seen a lot of good work and a lot of bad work, these guys are top notch! I refer them to everyone and can’t thank them enough from my family and I!

good gg rated it 5/5: Recently had a tech service my ac system. Initial issue was the fan was running but the ac was not working. A tech came out and changed a motor. The ac worked, but when it would turn off the fan would continue to run, no complete shut off. After much back and forth and 3 visits the tech finally was able to resolve the issue. As I under stand it, the motor from the manufacturer was defective.
Likes: the tech was very accommodating. Came out multiple times, one day stayed till the sun went down trying to fix the issue.
The tech was able to fix the issue in the end. And I even had a follow up call on the weekend to make sure everything was still working properly. This was definitely a plus for me, I really felt taken care of!
Dislike: that the new motors that were installed were defective from the manufacturer, I understand this is not necessarily something that is the company's fault. And it might not be a regular thing. But in this heat, the fact that it took so much back and forth to fix was a little upsetting.
Again, the tech did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up and running in the end. Lee's has serviced our ac in the past and any time prior service has always been satisfactory.

They installed Daikin Room Airconditioning in 5 rooms. The main unit is on the roof of our 2 story home. They worked on our house for 4 days, covering floors, furniture, etc. in the areas of where they worked and walked in with shoe booties on! They were also very communicative as the work progressed letting us know each step so we knew what to expect.

Lee's made it so rhat they could come earlier than expected.our guy, Efrain, did SUCH A GREAT JOB repairing and cleaning so that we could have heat again. He also educated us about our system so we know what to do now, what we need to replace so we don't have future problems. Took lots of photos if our system to educate us and show what will need to be fixed soon. Did what needed to be done today so that we could have heat in the house. My husband and I highly recommend him and Lee's- they even do plumbing! Looking forward to having him come back and serve us whenever we need him again.

The service technician called us a couple hours later to let us know there was an opening that same day if we wanted to change the day, which we agreed. Two technicians, Josh and Collin came to the house within a couple of hours, calling 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. They were both very cordial, respectful and very thorough. They told us everything looked good and suggested a UV air purifier for the house. We have always had great interactions with every technician and customer service person at Allbritten Plumbing and Heating. We highly recommend them.

Andrea and Nick in the office are fantastic! So cheery and positive! Daniel, the plumber, was so friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and walked us through serval options, he was so great at making sure we understood everything. We decided to replace the hot water heater and he set up an appointment to do so in a timely manner. Our house is old and quirky, including our hot water heater closet which another local plumbing company complained about and has accessibility issues with, but Daniel didn’t make a fuss over any of its obstacles and was able to replace our hot water heater exactly as planned. Teresa Orta rated it 5/5: We cannot recommend Mr.Rooters enough! Our pilot light in our hot water heater went out and Mr.Rooter’s quickly sent out a plumber to us. Andrea and Nick in the office are fantastic! So cheery and positive! Daniel, the plumber, was so friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and walked us through serval options, he was so great at making sure we understood everything. We decided to replace the hot water heater and he set up an appointment to do so in a timely manner. Our house is old and quirky, including our hot water heater closet which another local plumbing company complained about and has accessibility issues with, but Daniel didn’t make a fuss over any of its obstacles and was able to replace our hot water heater exactly as planned. If you have any issues with your home and plumbing, definitely call Mr. Rooter’s! Fair pricing, great service, ans extreme professionalism!

James Hart rated it 5/5: Eugene was a very experienced plumber and knew right away that our old toilets needed to be replaced. It wasn’t our sewer line that was plugging up much to my surprise. I’m definitely not a plumber. He gave us good information on shopping for new toilets without having to pay too much for just a branded name. Next morning Eugene installed our 2 new toilets. The work he did from start to finish in timely manner was excellent and fixed our problem. Definitely recommend and will use their services in the future.

He came in and took care of it in no time. Very pleased with the service, punctuality, and professionalism. He offered some advice on another issue, which was appreciated. In addition to going over the work with my wife, he also called me, and then even came back later that day when I got home to walk through it. The financing options are great at 0%. The actual work was heavy duty cutting through concrete, trenching, installing new pipe, then backfill with concrete, and even replacing some brick. I couldn't believe the quality and efficiency of the crew. They were on time, polite, CLEAN, and they worked hard all day to knock out this huge project in 2 days! Jerry, the crew, and Jondee have definitely earned my business and recommendation. I will not need to worry anymore about which plumbing company to call with my old house, they can do everything.

Bobby was super patient explaining every issue and possible solution for the plumbing repairs that had to be done to one of our commercial properties in Fresno. He was also honest and on top of the project the whole time, from communicating with me and the tenant to being so patient while I try to wrap my head around all of the plumbing issues. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and amount of care they showed with rearranging their schedules for us and going out multiple times to make sure everything's okay. I wish I had a plumber like him in my area. Best plumber ever!!

Actually did the work and found the leak to be a minor repair compared to others. I have no knowledge of leak repairs and so glad that he did not blindsided me like others. I wholeheartedly recommend his service to anyone regarding leaks and other repairs.

You can tell they really care about their customers. They came out and hydro jett my sewer pipe because it has roots in it. They took care of the problem right away. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be using their service from here on.

The tech was able to get the pilot relit for us and we were able to have hot water again. Not only did he get the pilot relit he showed me how to do it myself next time. I appreciate him taking the time to teach me other than running off to do a new job. Fresno Plumbing will be our go to!

They turned around and charged me $225.00. I called the office and was given back $175.00. I received an envelope thinking it was my estimate, but all it included was an invoice for $50.00 paid in full, and no estimate. The only blurb included was a recommendation to replace the propane water heater with an electric one which is not code and none of the other work I'd asked for with no estimate. Waste of time and money.
