Michael Brunner rated it 5/5: I would highly recommend Rozga Plumbing. They were very responsive and the technician Ray N. was knowledgable and professional. Rozga was able to set up the appointment for me within one business day. Ray was on time and began the work without delay. Within two hours I had the new water heater installed and the failing one removed. Ray answered my questions and cleaned up after he was done.

Most relevant reviews:

  • Erin Hastings rated it 5/5: Our old house has been nothing but problem after problem since we bought it last year, but Rozga has been there to help with every plumbing project. They are professional and have an answer to all my questions, no matter how small or large. Their pricing is fair for the peace of mind. They are also very communicative– the first few places that scoped our pipes didn't offer any photos or videos, but Arnold at Rozga walked me through video and even drew up helpful diagrams.
I give them an A+ even though they gave my Plumbing a F.
  • Jennifer Call rated it 5/5: For anyone needing any plumbing work done, big or small, you need to call Rozga Plumbing Corp.. We needed a lot of plumbing work done in our house and we called them to do it because we were so impressed at what they had done for us on some smaller jobs in the past. From the day they came out for an estimate to the day they left they were extremely communicative, very transparent, very knowledgeable, and just all around easy to work with. We’ve dealt with many contractors over the past five years since working on our house. They are by far the best we have worked with! Call Rozga for any plumbing needs! 😊

  • Gurkirat Toor rated it 5/5: I was referred to Rozga by a friend. I had a major job to do in my basement and Rozga was amazing! Especially Eric K he has come to my property a couple times. He is absolutely amazing. Great dude with a wealth of knowledge. If I ever need work done again I will only use Eric…With him were two other wonderful guys Ray N and Evan A. They helped Eric on the 3 day job I had to get done. All 3 did a bang up job.
  • Peter Coffin rated it 5/5: On the coldest night of 2022 on the eve of Christmas weekend, my sump pump discharge line froze, and in the morning Angie returned my call amid literally dozens of others and cheerfully booked an appointment two days out for Monday (since I had the means to keep up with it in the meantime). Monday morning she called back to confirm that I still needed the appointment, gave me the name of the plumber who'd be doing the work and and confirmed the appointment time. Two hours before the appointment, Eric called to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could start early. 30 minutes later, he arrived, and by the time the middle of the window he was supposed to arrive in rolled around, Eric was done and I have a new discharge pipe that water drains out of completely for the entire length it's outside the house and suggestions from him for things to follow up with to ensure that this never happens again, even if it DOES get to -15°F again. Both employees were helpful, friendly and above all quick and competent.

If you're looking for a quick, cheap, and tasty meal, Blau Sudden Service is the place for you. The food is nothing fancy, but it's good enough to satisfy your hunger. The service is fast and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.

David Perrigo rated it 2/5: TLDR: My rating is based on the value and poor communication/never on time. Total expense was $2K. Was told they would look into refunding but they back pedaled on that. You can get better prices/service elsewhere.

I had sewer backing up and needed someone to help clear the line. I was originally told they would come between 6-9 pm that day but they called me at 8 pm saying they wouldn’t make it and would have to reschedule for 9-12 the next day. They ended up arriving an hour and half late. I had to call to ensure they were still coming.

The two stars earned were for Dave. He was very nice and professional. He installed a new access point and had someone stop by with an auger to clear the line. It turned out the sewer pipe had froze in a section. And they would reschedule to clear the line. I ended up thawing and clearing the line myself. The dispatcher called me and said she would look into a partial refund. To be clear, I didn’t ask for any refund. It was offered. I hadn’t heard anything further so followed up. I was then told that the refund was denied because everything was done that was asked and “sewage was raining on him”. That’s where I got irritated because that was a very big exaggeration. I have videos of the dripping. There was not a lot dripping and I even helped clear/dispose the water that came out when he cut the pipe. Also, you’re a plumber responding to a sewage backup call.

I don’t think everything that was done warranted over $2K. You can get better value elsewhere.

  • teri pierson rated it 5/5: Kyle did a wonderful job in checking out my water heater. He also has a wonderful personality and is very well versed in his occupation. He did not try to force me into replacing my water heater. He basically repaired it and advised that I could replace it at a later date. I found him to be a very honest and reliable person. I would definitely welcome him in my home again.
  • Nathan Schindler rated it 5/5: They were very prompt and able to get out there today (a Friday). Great communication. I felt the price was a bit high compared to previous plumber doing the same job ($650 vs $500), but other than that I was happy with the service.
  • Jennifer Radtke rated it 5/5: We love Blau – we call them pretty much once a year for one problem or another! They are fast and always fix the problem. Hayden was awesome. He was knowledgeable, explained everything in a way that I could understand, was friendly and personable, and fixed the problem. He also looked at another issue for me and recommended a treatment that I could try on my own. He noted the issue in my file so that if/when I call them again, they’ll have a heads up already and can come prepared. Thank you!!!
  • Phil Censky rated it 5/5: David from Blau Sudden Service is great. He is a master plumber who is very good at diagnosing issues and providing options for remediation. I am very pleased with the work he did installing a new sump pump. I'd happily use him again in the future!

Elaine rated it 5/5: After being called at work about water backing up in the laundry room I was in a panic as I was a new homeowner of all of 2.5 years. I rushed home and all was good. Water went back down. That is for a few days. Once again the water backed up. I once again was in a panic. Said enough was enough and called around. The first place said they could not make it out until the 14th. It was the 1st. Nope I need to shower, wash and other things that use water without it backing up in the house. Next was Knights Plumbing. Linda was an angel and said she would put me on a wait list. After explaining the issue she was able to pull someone to help. The wait was no longer then 20 minutes. Seeing that purple and white truck pull up with the chest piece I was so relieved. The plumber , Isiah, was so nice and professional. He explained everything to me and gave me a price before starting and that I was more then happy with. I told him Knights Plumbing has a new customer for as long as I have my house. He made me feel comfortable and just him explaining so much to me made me more aware of so much about my property plumbing inside and out and I am so happy I ended up with this company. Isiah, seriously, you are AWESOME!!! Thank you!!

  • Emily Anderson rated it 5/5: I reached out to Knight Plumbing after essentially being ignored by a couple of other companies in the area. They got me in for an initial consult and set me up for an appointment very quickly. They were booking about 2 weeks out at the time. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and professional.

This is likely not common … but Andy came out the same day I called for the consult because there was an opening. I got my estimate shortly after. He was great, personable and professional. A funny guy that knew what he was doing and was able to do the same efficiently.

The project: We had a concrete wash tub in our basement that had water … and other things… backing up into it. He broke down and removed the concrete tub, replaced the tub, the surrounding faucets and pipes. He also replaced a very old toilet that was bolted to the wall in the basement.

This was a 6 hour project. I appreciated that Andy showed up with a bright purple van that said Knight Plumbing and that his shirt identified the company as well. He introduced himself and was very courteous and professional while in our home.

    10/10 would recommend.

  • Rob Berken rated it 5/5: Called first thing Monday morning after water heater went out over the weekend. They arrived on time and within an hour of my call. They provided 3 different price options for replacement and explained all of the pricing and got to work quickly once I made my choice. While they were here, I also asked about drain and sewer cleaning. They were able to inspect and get my garage drains cleaned out and functioning normally again. Very great work and very professional. Would use again if the need arises.
  • Joshua Fleming rated it 5/5: We had a crack in the toilet tank on our very old toilet. We initially had to make an appointment one week out, but were able to be added to their cancellation list. Lucky for us, someone cancelled the very next day and so Wrigley and Isiah promptly came out to check out our toilet. A replacement was recommended instead of repair, and they explained the process and helped us choose a new toilet. From start to finish, it took less than two hours. The final price was reasonable and even less than initially quoted once they saw what kind of model we needed. The guys were pleasant, worked quickly, took time to answer our questions, were clean and respectful of our home, and even graciously laughed at my bad jokes. 10/10, would use Knight Plumbing again!
  • Mitch Goza rated it 4/5: Professional service…. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Had two outdoor spigots repaired that were 20-30 years old and were leaking when in use. Indoor shutoffs also dripping when on. Had to move the pipes by coring a new hole into the foundation on both sides . Took about 2-3 hours but everything looks great on all sides (in and outside ). Only reason for 4 ustars is the price. Paid $1500 for the above and after talking to the neighbor who is an independent plumber, he thinks I was overcharged a bit. Plumbing isn’t my wheelhouse so I defer to the experts… and happy to do so! One never really knows what things SHOULD cost, but overall happy with the job. Might gather other estimates in future.

Bob Ruger rated it 5/5: I called ABC Sewer after I could not clear the drain myself. Within 30 minutes of my call Dan arrived and cleared the problem. Incredible service and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!

Most relevant reviews:

  • Bob Roska rated it 5/5: We continue to be very pleased with ABC Sewer. We've used them several times over the past few years. They are responsive, friendly, hard working, neat, and nice to work with. Our last service call was a difficult one because of the apparent far location of the blockage. Byron, the service man, worked hard and long to finally clear the line. He was also helpful in discussing possible latereral problems and recommending next steps (scoping, etc.) given our reoccurring issues. I highly recommend ABC Sewer.

  • Elizabeth Woo McCabe rated it 5/5: Byron was not only professional, skilled & efficient, he was very personable, kind, and polite. We were so thankful and so glad we didn’t have to pack our family of 6 to a hotel. He unclogged the backup and resolved our emergency issue!
Thank you ABC sewer for your prompt dispatching and calling Byron over to our house!
  • HuaD Gao rated it 1/5: We had the worst service today. We used to use this company before and pretty good job done, but not today’s job, terrible experience ever. We called for the service and was told $169 for opening sewer, the service man who drove a pickup with no any sign of the company. He asked $194. That is fine I said. Same job at least three times with the same company. This service man had difficulty to place the cutting head through the opening pipe because some angle. I told him the previous services from your own company do passed the pipe angle, maybe slightly smaller cutting head will work. Another choice is to go through toilet opening by moving toilet and will cost extra $70, I agreed. Actually it works by large cutting head to some point that we can see old dirty water gone. He supposed to work more deep to remove tree roots until new water free through. As a professional, he supposed to double check before placing toilet back, that is your job. Actually the water came back and blocked again. He wanted to leave as is. I said you didn’t get job done and leave as is. He retried to use the 4”blade head through the first access (not the toilet). Now it is ok but doubt his job. He supposed to finish the job when using the toilet opening that the larger blade do went through. He finally changed us $353. It should be 194+70 ( through toilet). The worst thing is that he added a note No warranty because only 4” blade can go through. Actually the large blade do went through the toilet opening.
  • Craig A Wirth rated it 1/5: My Real Estate Company has been doing business with ABC for over a decade. Had my tenant call for service and she was charged $50. more than the regular price. Called Tammy about it to save my tenant the extra charge and she said she didn't mention my company name. Easy fix, right? Nope! She wouldn't change the price, but would think about it. Got the bill and was surprised she didn't change it?? Emailed her and wanted to speak to the owner. She just asked about the address and never responded? I sent follow up emails and realized she ghosted me. So much for loyalty! Too bad I had to give a star to post.

He went above and beyond expectations! If you’re looking for someone, reliable, experienced, and good value – this is the business to call !
  • Eric Trillo rated it 5/5: I used O&W Heating and Cooling to replace a Hot Water Heater, and the experience was great. Omer went above and beyond and explained preventative maintenance, and warranty of the new product, along with other areas of the gas/water lines that could cause major damage down the road. Needless to say, I'll be sending more work his way to get my house up to code.
  • Jonathan Swartz rated it 5/5: Omer installed a tankless water heater for us. He explained every step of the installation and was extremely helpful/timely with the install. We are very grateful for his help
  • Shane rated it 1/5: Called to have water heater replaced. Called O&W. Sent pictures of the water heater and they were unsure of the ventilation system of the heater. Scared me into thinking I had a real situation on my hands. Told me I had to hire a chimney specialist to look at my set up. To add insult to injury they refuse to do the job. Contacted a chimney specialist and sent the same pictures. Told it was perfectly fine and tell A&O this. The specialist had worked for the company in the past and knew them. Told me to give his name and that they could called him. I called back, left message, and information. They blew me off and never called back. Called another plumber, sent same pictures and was told no problem. Came following day had job done in 1 1/2 hours. Either this company does not have enough experience, or they are only interested in the easy quick buck jobs. This would make me nervous if I was going to use their services.

  • Megan Barwick rated it 5/5: I called first thing Monday morning after the Thanksgiving Holiday. From the moment I called and talked to Mikey, I was assured that they would fix the problem. The customer service I received from the moment I called to the time they left my house was top notch. I would 100% recommend. Rich the technician was to my house and fixed the problem by 10 AM. A special thank you to both Mikey and Rich for making this such an easy fix.
  • Dan Stanley rated it 4/5: We were having an issue with tree roots in our sanitary line to the road, as well as some cast iron pipe issues that resulted in a blockage further up the line. The service we received was prompt and professional.
Our service tech was Andrew, he did a great job communicating with us and was a delight to have in our home. There was another guy who came along to look into our other issue I presume was a certified plumber. I think his name was Rich, he was very brisk and borderline rude to my wife. He didn't seem very interested in being at our home longer than necessary, or even camera inspecting our line as we had requested.
All in all I would have Roto Rooter come out again. They resolved our issues, were prompt, and came in at a reasonable price. Thank you for getting our house back to working order.
  • Mike Clara rated it 1/5: We called the company on Saturday and they told me that minimum 1 hours for weekend is $695 we agreed on the price and they sent my information to technician and they came to fix the problem, it was fixed less than 20 minute which was good. But they charged me $1390 for minimum 2 hours that’s what technician is telling once the job completed. Well thank you for rip off the loyal customers. I will not recommend this company at all.
  • Bishop Thomas H rated it 1/5: I called and spoke with their agent on Saturday morning. I was quoted a price of $225.00 and 125.00 every hour after that, but the weekend rate is $525.00. I decided to Wait until Monday, so I had them call on that day. I spoke with a different person he quoted me $295.00 for the first hour and 125.00 every hour afterwards. The Job was just over an hour I was charged $400.00! I couldn't believe it! The drain was unclothed but I felt like there was a bit of price gouging. We are still in a pandemic and times are tough for everyone. I expected better from this company. I take full responsibility for selecting this organization however, I extend a cautionary to anyone who would use this service in that you can get the same results for less money. Please shop around. 🙏🏾

  • D Evans rated it 5/5: I had been having issues with a basement toilet leaking. Julian came out within 24 hours of me contacting the company. He quickly found where the leak was coming from. I decided to have him install a new toilet because the current one was several years old. I am glad that I found Diamond Plumbing & Heating online! I will definitely be calling with any future needs. Kudos to you!!
  • Sunny Cha rated it 5/5: I appreciate professionalism and great customer service. Diamond Plumbing was on-time, professional, had a quick analysis & variety of quote options to select from BUT most importantly got the job done & done quickly. I was working from home and they completed the entire job and left before I even knew it (& that was 2 sinks & a shower). All other transactions were completed electronically in the days to follow. They even brought in my package delivered to my house the morning of. I highly recommend their business to our community.
  • Amanda Swan rated it 5/5: Highly recommend! Had two plumbers out to fix a back up issue prior to contacting Diamond and they both put bandaids on the problem. Julian took the time to figure out the CAUSE of the issue and provided an actual long term solution. They are quick to respond and very professional.
  • Justin Roby rated it 5/5: Fast services, transparent assessments, and happy to have selected this provider for our services. Even with the holidays, we were able to get someone within a week for a non emergency call and had our issue fixed without a problem. Shoe covers, removed the old products, and very respectful. I recommend.

Nicole Atwood rated it 5/5: The team was absolutely wonderful. As a first time home owner, I wasn’t sure what all was happening when my furnace stopped producing heat. Dan was wonderful and providing diagnostic advice until Anthony was able to come and see the equipment. Anthony was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and was able to solve the problem within the hour. Highly recommend.

  • Van Munger rated it 5/5: I had my furnaces tuned up last week by Randy. He did a great job. The furnaces are running better and smoothly. I definitely recommend Dickenschrauf Heating and Cooling and Plumbing. Been a regular customer for Plumbing since 2019. They also do a great job. Thumbs Up
  • Bill Marquardt rated it 5/5: Had them install a bar sink drain in my basement. They had to jack hammer my concrete floor, dig down and connect into existing plumbing. Did a fantastic job, let me look it over and take pictures before they sealed it back up and finished it with concrete. They noticed my sump cover was rusted so they replaced that too for a very reasonable price and sealed it all with silicon. Will definitely use them again!

  • Slobodan Krstic rated it 5/5: My first time using Dickenschrauf. The furnace cleaning service was the best I have had done in over 30 years of regular service. Great attention to detail and thoroughness. Also identified/replaced a stressed component that could have caused a system shutdown requiring an emergency call. Great job!
  • Erica Chappelear rated it 4/5: Updated: after several weeks was able to get someone back out. The guys that did the work were great. Very friendly, cleaned up well, quality work.
Just the scheduling that’s the issue
Original review: First service was great, but since then can’t get Ryan to respond to calls or texts. The techs that were out were all great too. Please, find someone else to handle the scheduling for plumbing services.

Natasha Marie rated it 5/5: I have had to call 3 plumbers out for the same issue with my tub’s pipes downstairs. Each time we chose pretty much whoever could come the same day. This time we called Roy’s Plumbing and they came out the same day and were the most helpful out of everyone we had come out. They were professional, informative, kind, and most importantly good at what they were doing. I would definitely use them from here on out even if they couldn’t come out the same day because they will get the job done. The person who serviced our home was ROCK! Him and another young man came out to our home and knew exactly what was wrong and exactly what to do. Thank you Rock for everything and Roy’s Plumbing altogether for their services. Even the call in the morning for setting up the appointment was smooth, professional, and had me at ease until our servicing time. Definitely go with Roy’s.

  • Akann Hinkle rated it 5/5: It was a pure pleasure working with Roy’s Plumbing. The experience was excellent from speaking with the pleasant office personnel to the clean cut and experienced plumbing technicians replacing piping in my basement and unclogging my sewer drain in a timely fashion. My favorite thing about Roy’s Plumbing is the reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend Roy’s Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.
  • Meggans POETICAL Breeze rated it 5/5: I honestly wish I would've went with my first mind and called them instead of who I initially called… Their customer service was friendly and their word was their bond … They told me they'll come the next day and they did. My toilet is now unclogged and I'm satisfied with the outcome… Would definitely recommend them to family and friends…
  • Tina M rated it 5/5: Best company ever!!!! I'm so blessed that I had Roy's Plumbing handle my insurance and they came and did to clean outs at the house twice, with high pressure cleaning wish they had to hire a different company, and they installed an opening at the main pipe, in order to clean everything all the way to the street.
  • Courtney May rated it 1/5: Called to have new shut off valve. They quoted me $650 to $700. Said the part was $200 so I guess labor was $200 per hr then tax. The part was actually $168 they said after the fact. Was mad for me asking the breakdown and wouldn’t ask plumber how long the repair would be. I said fine but I would be watching the time cause that’s very unreasonable. Plus I am paying the $65 service fee, does not come out the price. So since I would count the hour while they worked the guy decided they weren’t gonna do the service. The plumber said it was super easy to do and they just tacked on 2 hours so yes I was upset seems like they were trying to scam me. Plumber was nice.

Lynne Schultz rated it 1/5: I have a home warranty and this is the only company that they have for Oconomowoc, Wi. I called the warranty company on 10/12 to report a toilet leaking into the tub and down into a finished basement. I never heard from them – I called Carls on 10/13 and was informed they couldn’t get out until 10/19. I got no where with the warranty company who informed me they had 48 hrs to contact me. I just received a call today 10/19 from Carls wanting to make an appointment for 10/26! If I could give a negative number I would.

  • Molly Steffe rated it 5/5: Used Carl's through our HSA warranty, they called within a few hours after our online request to set up an appointment for the next week to check on our sump pump that hadn't been running. He came within the given time frame, was very friendly, took the time to explain the issue (and fix it), and gave us tips on what to look for in a working sump pump. Thank you!
  • Deborah Kuzenski rated it 2/5: I will update again after installation.
Update: They called to set appointment. 48 hours until install appointment. 8 days with no hot water is still too much, in my opinion.
We were assigned Carl's through our home warranty. Our water heater needs replacing. We did have to wait 1 day for hsa to approve the replacement. We've been without a water heater for 6 days. My husband called to follow up, he was told, they won't schedule an appointment until they have the water heater. We have 3 small children at home, and no hot water. With any other company,
we would have had it replaced same day, or next day. I understand they are busy, but they should have a pad in their schedule to allow for emergencies. We've also heard everything from, they have it stock, to it's in our warehouse. So, I'm not loving the lack of transparency. It's not like it's summer and I can throw my kids in the lake or pool to get them clean. Please consider any other plumber. -From a frustrated mom who needs hot water.
  • Katie Bergman rated it 1/5: Carl’s Plumbing was sent to us through our Home Warranty. The plumber was a young guy. He decided to try to carry a garbage bag full of water. He spilled all that water all over our kitchen floor and down the basement stairs. The water went through the floor to stain and damage the ceiling tiles of the floor below.
Carl’s will not return our phone calls. We have called multiple times and left multiple messages. A manager is never available and never returns the messages that are left.
We will be forced to hire an attorney to handle our concerns with Carls Plumbing. We have significant moisture in our kitchen floor which will most likely lead to mold.
We DO NOT recommend Carls Plumbing to anyone. We also have to report them to the BBB.

  • Samella Jolly rated it 1/5: My home warranty company assigned Carl’s plumbing to repair a leaking pipe in August 2022. They allowed this project to drag on for months with very little communication. The city needed to remove a tree to access the water cutoff, I was under the impression that they contacted the city. After months of not hearing anything, I was told I needed to call to get the access cleared. From there it continued to go downhill. They then told me that I had to pay $100 for them to come back out to complete the work because they had already been to my house. When I asked for the document that I agreed to pay for additional visits, they called my warranty company stating that they couldn’t complete the work because they didn’t have access. Even though I called them to tell them the City completed what they needed to. They are rude, unorganized and unprofessional crooks that take advantage of people. What took my new plumber less than a day to complete, Carl’s plumbing had me waiting 5 months. Do not deal with them, request a new company immediately if going through your home warranty company.
