They worked diligently and cleaned up after the instillation was complete. The electricians installed the wiring for the new water heater. I called the office and spoke to Aubry. She directed me to turn off my unit and then scheduled me for a technician visit the next morning at 8am. I was so relieved! No one wants AC issues in Nashville in the summer. Ben Kelley arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed me up. The house was cool in no time. These guys are life savers!!

As of mid-January 2023, management has been in contact with us and they have inspected work that was performed by their employees (1/12/23); they have rectified all known plumbing issues (1/20/23). Unfortunately, the excessive drywall damage and damage to washing machine is our expense. I modified review from 1-star to 3-star.

Not true! We have used Hiller in the past and have been pleased with their service. Hiller had done their annual plumbing inspection and never once stated their concern with the NIBCO, Inc. piping until the last leak occurred. After research, we discovered that there was a class action settlement against the manufacturer (NIBCO, Inc.). We knew the plumbing had to be replaced. We contracted Hiller to re-plumb our home thus removing the NIBCO, Inc. PEX piping. Numerous requests have been made for senior management to contact us to no avail. Not all of the NIBCO tubing was replaced, unnecessary drywall removal/damage, excessive drywall cutting, drywall debris left on top of upper cabinets, damage to top of front load washing machine & the list goes on! Please note, I only attached photos from one room…the laundry room. Now multiply that damage to three bathrooms and a kitchen.

We were uncertain and thus had to sleep in severe conditions while we considered ARS proposal. 2 mornings later my boss' AC company came out, replaced capacitor, told me motor looked fine, then charged me less than $200. I feel the ARS estimate was bogus and they owe me refund, yet they will not refund my money (contrary to their advertising on radio and internet). Be very wary of these guys.

Everytime I call ARS to come service they reschedule me at least once, this time I have been rescheduled 4 times, this has left my animals, my child and myself without a cool home for 2 weeks. The multiple times they have come out they did little things that "should fix it", which never does.. I have never had worse customer service from anywhere.

She told me I would receive a phone call that evening 30-45 minutes before the repair was to be done. 9pm rolled on by and I called to see what was going on. Mind you the first time I called was around noon.
Now I receive word that the person who booked me, over booked the schedule and I wouldn’t be able to get a repair until tomorrow. There are several things wrong here, which probably went unaddressed. I could have had another of the 1000 HVAC repair men in my area to come fix what took the man 5 whole minutes to fix. I was swindled into a year long contract to boot. To top it off, the repair man was scheduled to be out at 8-12am. Here we are at 1130 and I haven’t received that “promised” 30-45 minute phone call regarding his arrival. The person on the phone promised I would be the first in line for the morning schedule. So for my review, I’d give this a 1/5. I would give a zero, because the repair took 5 minutes and the part cost 15$ on Amazon. They wound up costing me over 400$ and the headache that went with it. Not to mention my dog almost died, it’s the middle of the summer.

Josh was the technician that did the service work and he was excellent! He was careful to explain all of the charges prior to doing any work and he was quick getting the job done. I thought of a few companies I know that specialize in this type of service and as I began calling down my list all I got was an answering service telling me “all agents are busy at this time”. I finally made it down my list to Roto-Rooter and when I called I got a real person on the phone who took my number and informed me that the plumber on call “Roger” would be calling me soon. Roger did call me and let me know he would be here in about 2 hours. He then called about an hour later and told me he was on the way. Roger was respectful, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem I was having. He immediately got to work and within an hour my problem was solved. Thank you to Roro-Rooter for your immediate service. If I have any more plumbing issues they will be the first on my list of plumbers to call.

He explained what he was doing and what it would cost before moving forward. He was thorough in checking to make sure the issue was fixed before leaving. He even gave me a referral for another issue I was concerned with as result from the leak. I will always call Dr. Drips in the future!

Got a response within 20 minutes. was here when scheduled, was fair and honest on his quote, and finished a relatively large project in a day. Lucas was who worked with us along with another worker or two- all so polite, professional, and accommodating. Didn’t try to upsell us or tack anything on beyond exactly what was needed. Highly highly highly recommend these guys- best home maintenance experience ever. We found our new plumber for all needs in the future!

Not only was he courteous and professional, but he discovered a very significant leak that could have caused major damage to the house. He also added some extra bells and whistle to the install to make sure it the pipes would last. Although my address is out of the area he usually serves, he agreed to send his technicians out. I called him at 10 o’clock this morning and Jeff and Gage were here by noon. They found the leak, repaired it and my yard doesn’t even look like they dug it up. They were done by 2. These 2 technicians were friendly, polite and knew what they were doing! I was truly impressed by both the owner and the technicians. I would highly recommend this company.

Jesse Cuthrell rated it 1/5: I called Parthenon Plumbing to evaluate our tankless water heater that had stopped working. The technican reset the water heater by unplugging it and plugging it back in, the same thing I had done prior to calling Parthenon. He proceeded to tell us that I needed to replace the water heater without telling us why it was broken. The biggest issue I have was they charged me $208 for being at my house for 10 minutes and trying to sell me on a replacement. When I called to ask them if the charge was correct, the receptionist said, "yeah, I see they were only at your house a few minutes, I'll talk to a manager and see if we can give you a discount". Three days later the manager call me and says they charge everyone a 1 hour minimum. I didn't agree to pay a 1 hour minimum, nor was it mentioned when I set up the appointment. The manager told me that ALL the plumbing companies have a 1 hour minimum and specifically mentioned a competitor. I let him know that was not true because I had already called that specific competitor and had them come to my house – they did not charge me a minimum. In addition, the competitor was actually able to fix the tankless waterheater without replacing. In conclusion, I would not trust Parthanon Plumbing….they are used car salesmen of Nashville plumbing.

Waste of a weeks time and money and horrible service.
