Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the service professional I talked to for the appointment but he was courteous, professional and asked questions helping to figure out the problem. He was able to schedule me within a day. Next day Lester showed up and did an awesome job researching the problem, explaining the situation, costs, and next steps. He also listened to a detailed explanation of the problems the leak was causing and eventually found it and able to fix it during the same visit. He was respectful and professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

During the excavation process (digging under my home) to remove and replace a "drum trap" technicians plugged up my air conditioning condensate line with mud so water wouldn't leak into their work area however they failed to inform myself and the tenants who continued to run the A/C causing water to back up into the house and damage floors in the hallway. I've informed the technicians and called the admin office but haven't heard back from anyone. I'm guessing damage caused by Roto-Rooter isn't covered by company policy which is unfortunate being you will pay a premium price. I was charged over $8k and ended up with damaged floors costing me another $4k.

Mats were put down, but didn’t work. My wood floors buckled and will need to be replaced (something I was trying to avoid and was told would not happen). To top it off, the tape they used for the mats ended up taking off the finish of the wood floors. Paid $1300+ for nothing! Will be reporting to BBB.

I also travel for a living and they were extremely accommodating to my availability/schedule and still very quick to the rescue. I will absolutely use Natals in the future for plumbing needs and possibly others!

He is very respectful and was able to diagnose the problem. He wanted to snake the drain from the roof and avoid hauling the equipment inside the house. It was a great idea to keep the place clean. He was able to do the job within 45 minutes and recommended preventing the problem from happening again. I will use this service again.

The girl who I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Shane (plumber) arrived on time and was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. He fixed it right up and also installed a new faucet, and took care to do the job right! Mr. Rooter will definitely be my go-to going forward, for plumbing and their other services.

He explained everything to me, took pictures and wrote a detailed report describing the reason the pipe broke and what he did to fix it. He exemplifies the best in customer service! He totally cleaned up the area when he finished the repair and swept up and hosed off my sidewalk and the area affected by the water leak that was there before he arrived. He took pride in his work. I had home warranty come out and a week and a half later, they decided they weren’t going to pay for it. So a week and half of water leaking into my yard, I called Mr. Rooter as soon as I found out about the home warranty. They acted so fast, was at my house in a few hours, identified the problem and fixed me back up better than it was before in about 2 hours. Couldn’t be happier with this company. The technicians Paul and Devin crushed it. I will continue to refer business to this company and if ever I have any plumbing work in the future, they will be on speed dial. Thanks again for your great work, your professionalism, and you extremely fair price. You guys rock!!!

David Meyer rated it 5/5: February 2022 update: we had a problem with the hot water heater making a loud noise after our new post-Ida roof was installed. We called Pete's and made an appointment for the very next day. David showed up promptly, made his way to the attic, and within 5 seconds he shouted, "I see what the problem is." It turns out that the roofer had moved the exhaust pipe when re-doing the roof and managed to disconnect the pipe from the hot water heater. David took about 90 seconds to re-connect the exhaust pipe. We tested it and no more loud noises. And because we were within our year warranty, there was no charge.
The total time David spent in our house to completely fix the issue was less than 5 minutes. Now that is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient service. You can't get better than that and you can't get a better plumbing service than Pete's.

March 2021: our plumber John from Pete’s was incredibly patient explaining the intricacies of the new tank-less hot water heater installed yesterday. John arrived on time and performed an expert installation.

The entire experience has made us new loyal Pete’s clients.

Meaghan McCormack rated it 1/5: Avoid this company at all costs. At Lowes, I scheduled an appointment to receive a quote for a tankless water heater installation with Pete’s. The appointment was scheduled from 5-6pm the same day, but then they called me and asked to make it for 8-12pm the next day. 4 hour window when I originally had a 1 hour window. But I agreed and took off work and waited for them. I asked the company if they could come closer to 8am and they said yes. By 9:30, no one had arrived so I called for an update. Connie said she would ask the plumber to come by 10. At 10:20, he still hadn’t arrived so I asked her You need to compensate me immediately. It’s been over a year and if I pursue legal action I will do everything I can to make sure Cox terminates their entire agreement with TNT. I work in economic development and am connected to Cox executives. an update. She said he would arrive in 20 minutes (which would be 10:40). Apparently he arrived at 10:32 but I was in the bathroom. I called back at 10:40 (8 minutes later) and asked if he could come back and was told no because he is busy, which I understand, but so am I. I took a half day from work to wait three hours for him to arrive. They then rescheduled for 8-12pm the next day, but after seeing the low star review I left (without a comment) they called and said they weren’t coming at all. I explained that 3 stars could become 5 depending on how the appointment goes. Their response was nope, we’re not coming. So now it’s a 1 star review with details.
Lowes also said the charge was $350, while Pete’s says they start at $799 for tankless water heater installs. Not sure why there’s a discrepancy but either way, they need to make Lowes aware of their minimum.
Deborah Buford rated it 1/5: I called on Monday, Oct. 31st, to have a clogged pipe fixed. I was told Thursday, Nov. 3rd, 12-4pm, was the earliest available. I agreed. I had to cancelled two clients to be available during that 4 hour time frame. I even called to confirm at 2:30pm on Nov. 3rd that the plumber will arrive by 4pm. Connie said yes. I called again at 4:07pm. She told me he will call me. He called at 4:38pm to inform my boyfriend he is behind schedule and has 3 more jobs before coming. I had to be back to work for 5pm. I’m not cancelling anymore clients. This is completely disrespectful of my time. I understand if you get behind. A phone call is a must. Very poor service!!

We had broken hot and cold water lines under the slab in a 2 story home. They removed minimal sheetrock and rerouted the lines in the wall and ceiling. Would absolutely recommend them!!

They were fairly priced and real pros. I recommend them to all my friends who need a plumber. I work with swimming pools and anytime a customer needs a plumber for a vaccum breaker or gas line they are the first company on my list. They do anything plumbing so my customers are real happy that I told them about them. They are worth calling . Very happy!!!!

No joke, I cannot be happier with the customer first service I was provided with upgrading our old behemoth tank water heater with a high-efficient tank-less system by Rinnai. Michael came to our home and listened to our concerns and offered several pricing options w/ a detailed quote for our water heating needs. Michael consistently communicated with us the entire time and even happily worked around our dog while we were at work 🙂 I wish every home contractor were as professional as Michael and the rest of the team at Pipe Wizard Plumbing! I had a big, nasty job replacing the original clay pipes on my 1903 built home. They were so easy to work with and completed the job quickly without complaint under horrible conditions (rain, under the house with only a 3 foot clearance, and more…). I feel so much better knowing that my Grande Dame is good to go for another 30 years. Every penny well spent. Thank you, Mike and team, for treating my home as if it was your own.
