The man that came out was truly amazing – he was personable and determined and found our clean out that was hidden by a prior owner of my house. That saved me money not just for this service call but for all sorts of future, potential calls. Plus he fixed the issue I had which was great, I really needed to have my plumbing working! Came out after dark after another tech got tied up, listened to me, answered all my questions, and worked out in the freezing weather trying everything he could to get it to quit flooding sewage into my house. He didn't have to do any of that and just left it for tomorrow. Because he did though I get to have my first good nights sleep in 3 days without having to worry about waking up to a flooded house tomorrow. Their office team is fantastic too! Super friendly and helped get him out here quick as they could when they realized the issue on the job before mine. Hull has great people who do good work and genuinely care about their clients. 100% would recommend.

Dane Beam rated it 1/5: Called Lakeshore to checkout and fix a backup issue I was having from a line in my garage. The pipe went outside and had a cleanout. The technician didn't even open the clean out. He left and they sent me a quote for what needed to happen. They quoted me 5500 a day with no stipulations on how long the work would take. This is after they did nothing. They didn't open the clean out, they didn't run anything to investigate or try to remove roots from the pipe. They did nothing and tried to charge me to bust up my kitchen and remove pipe that didn't need to be removed. I will never call this sham company again. I called a plumber that our family uses. Had my pipes working again within a few hours for much much cheaper. THIS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

I then had a personal project of running a natural gas line for my outdoor grill, heater, and fire pit. The plumbers completely understood what I wanted/needed and it turned out even better than I had hoped. I just now received a call from them to make sure that they had done everything I wanted and that I was satisfied. The answer was YES! ABSOLUTELY! NOTE- Patience is on top of everything including contacting ONG when we were waiting for them and responds quickly when you either call or text her!!!

Brent & Lance were my technicians, they showed up on time and with a positive attitude. Not only was it a Saturday, but the weather was miserably cold and windy. To fix my issue, they had to snake through the vent pipe on the roof. Could not have been happier with my overall experience using Edco Plumbing.

Repaired my gas lines saved me thousands of dollars. After I got my gas turned on, I smelled gas later on in my house, my old wall heater was leaking gas. Called them after hours and were there within 30 minutes and repaired it quickly. Want to say thanks to Brent, lance, Logan, matt, and Ed for all the work you guys did to get my gas turned back on. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. So any issues I may have in the future I will call Edco.

He cleaned off the debris under the old faucet deck plate before putting in the new faucet. He scrubbed the old plumber’s putty off under the old quick lock trim set before he put in the new trim set to ensure we had no leaks. He explained how to fill the new soap dispenser, unlock the aerator (so we’d know how if it was needed in the future), and how to use the special wrench on the disposal when we have clogs. He cleaned up his work area and took out the old equipment/trash, when he was finished. I highly recommend Andy’s plumbing. He paid attention to the small details and thoroughly explained and educated me on things I needed to know about my new faucet and disposal. He was prompt and completed his work in a timely manner. I also liked the $10 off coupon.

The appointment was for 3:30 in the afternoon. On the day of the appointment, Dad's plumbing showed up 15 minutes early, and didn't hesitate to start the job. The technician was efficient, thorough and when he presented the bill, there was a bit of disagreement on the quoted price. However, the technician didn't bat an eye, and went with the price I was quoted.on the phone.

I am pleased to say that the plumbing job was completely successful, and that I fully recommend Dad's plumbing for their excellent service at an excellent price!

They did a great job. When we needed work done at our home we got estimates from both companies. Dad's did the work quickly, professionally, and economically. Todd was kind and explained well what had happened and though there wasn’t any issue to fix, he did his due diligence to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He took extra time to educate us and help us understand. He takes his time, he is thorough, and provides excellent customer service. They also are very affordable compared to the previous service provider. I highly recommend them.

They were very accommodating with my schedule (and the schedule of the heat and air guys who had to remove ducts before they could get to their part of the job), honest, and reasonably priced.
