Our original kitchen sink plumbing was a mess and needed an overhaul. Angel was on -time and did a very professional job. He improved the design, tested it twice and even explained the reasons while giving trouble-shooting advice for the future.

I had house guests over the weekend and both their showers backed up with really gross stuff. We had 14 guests coming to dinner that night. I called my long time plumber only to get a recording that they don't work weekends. What!? You have to be available weekends! I called Rooter Hero. A very nice lady handled my call and had a technician, Alex, on the way and to my house an hour later. He fixed the problem even though it was more complicated than usual. John also came out to finish photographing our pipes. He was very pleasant and efficient. Price was reasonable to my surprise. Plumbing is usually staggering. These are my new plumbers!!

It took two days but they were very efficient in getting it done as soon as possible. Juan on the first day tried to fix the shower but turned out the project was bigger than anticipated. He was efficient and did a great job. Next day, Hector came out and did an amazing job! Was very fast, professional and excellent! Even cleaned up after! Seems long time sludge deposit caused it as I noticed that the augur had to be inserted all the way and turned couple of times to clean the block. This type of blockage cannot happen in a short span of time. Thanks

Replaced old incorrectly installed sewer line and added ejection pump. Very happy with this professional service. Not cheap, but if you're lucky you get what you pay for. I was lucky.

This was done in the later evening and did not have another option and agreed to the service and charge.

Update: I went to see the work and this is how they left the toilet. This is just ridiculous! See pictures, didn't cut the bolts and did not caulk the toilet like he said he would. Left a mess, awful!!

This is when we found those huge holes underneath… We thought we had a leak with the main water pipe close by so we contacted Elite Rooter. We scheduled an appointment and Armando showed up on time. We found out that our pipe from the '70 was probably leaking from the meter, the house connection, and probably multiple places in between…We also learned that the main shutoff valve wasn't working. At the end, it was cheaper and more efficient to cutoff the old pipe and build a new copper one. They got to work right away and it took 2.5 days. Armando was very professional, communicative, and very well organized. Calling with ETA every day, letting me know whenever he was leaving for lunch or to pick up the parts needed. He answered all my questions in detail. After they were done, our front yard looked like nothing happened!

He performed a thorough inspection before giving me an estimate. The cost is very affordable and fair. My shower drains were cleared efficiently. Afterward he offered a more thorough cleaning with a snake and camera of all my shower and sink drains. I accepted and he came back in a couple of days. Wow! Huge difference in the drains. Overall very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks again Jesus.

In addition to fixing my drain, he took a quick scan of my crawl space and highlighted potential issues that will need to be addressed in the future. Jesus came by and offered an estimate of the total repair cost so that we can plan for it. Both Eric and Jesus were very courteous and were not pushy at all.

Glen Matsumoto rated it 5/5: Mike Counsil Plumbing did a great job to help identify the source of a 20 gallons per day (3,360 gallons per week) water leak at our house and then replaced the leaking connection with a water shut-off value.
We were notified by Beacon (the firm that regularly checks our house water meter via EyeOnWater) that a water leak had been detected at our house. We ruled out a toilet leak, a leak in our irrigation system, or a leak in any of our other appliances.

Mike Counsil Plumbing responded to our call by sending out Gert Visser and he systematically walked our property and crawled under the small space under our house to rule out common house water leak sources. After a small puddle of water was found behind our garage, Gert was able to carefully dig into the ground and found the leak in a connection between copper and PVC pipes that deliver water to another section of our property. Despite being a week before Christmas, Gert was able to organize his colleague Samuel Andrade to come out within a few hours of the leak source being identified to replace the bad connection with a water shut-off value.

Throughout this process, Gert and Samuel kept us informed of their progress, were very professional, and implemented a high-quality solution. Great job guys, thank you. Mike Counsil Plumbing comes through for us again.

He wore booties when in the house and didn’t mind that we watched what he was doing. The next day, the seal was not tight so we called again and Matthew arrived within the hour, applied a bead of putty to all contacts and the result was no leaks. Matthew is a credit to Mike Counsil Plumbing and should be recognized for his professionalism and respect for the customer’s comfort and property. We would request Matthew again if the need arises.

He is really professional and experienced. Eric went to our crawl space and did a good job. Both staff are clean, courteous and very punctual! I'm sure I will hire them again for more projects.

When he went under the crawl space, he noticed I had a broken 2-inch ABS kitchen line. Water was leaking and asked me to get it fixed. He handed me the card of Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter & Service. Not knowing too many plumbers, I called Wilver and left him a message. He called me back promptly and set up a time to come over next day to my house to provide me with a free estimate. He arrived on-the-dot at the time promised, inspected the damage and gave me a quote, which I felt, was competitive and reasonable. He completed the work in an hour, provided me a before and after pictures. He was polite and professional. A job well-done. I will certainly call on Wilver first for my future plumbing projects.

and disposed of the old toilet. The bathroom was left completely clean. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.

He quickly came over late in the afternoon on Saturday to check it out and replaced it the next morning. He offered different options and were ended up getting a larger water tank since we have multiple families living in the house. I recommend this company; I will be using him for all my plumbing woes.

Jason Ado rated it 5/5: We had a leak in our main service line starting on a Friday night and water was gushing up our sidewalk. I called six companies. Three of them told me to call a different company and didn't want to come out despite being within a 5 mile radius to me. I called American Leak Detection and they didn't have an appointment available for another three weeks while there we were, not having water. The fifth company showed up, took a look at it, and didn't want to do it.
Genmor Plumbing was my sixth call on Monday. Genaro showed up that day, inspected it, came up with a plan, quoted me a price which I accepted, then in two hours, we had a temporary fix that got us water flowing again. On Wednesday, the city came by to mark the sidewalk to ensure that we wouldn't hit any important underground lines, and then on Friday, Genaro showed up with his crew, replaced 30 feet of PVC piping with more durable copper pipes, replaced our pressure regulator as well as our obsolete water shutoff valve, then covered the trench all in 8 hours. The next day, Genaro came by to do some finishing touches, completed the job, then we paid their invoice a few days later.

This was a big job and they were the only one who wanted to do it. Not only that, they did it professionally and with quality. It seems that they usually do bigger plumbing jobs for apartment complexes so they have a ton of experience which showed. If another big plumbing job comes up, they will be my first call next time.

They arrived in a timely manner, and their technician got to work right away. After going through every potential solution, he figured out that it was just one of those "simple" fixes.
