He seemed like an all around great guy and he even went the extra mile and helped us to get our radiant heat running so that we wouldn't be without heat even though it wasn't his area of expertise. We would definitely recommend this company!

Most relevant reviews:

  • Allan Black rated it 5/5: Cody came and helped us with our broken toilet. 100% would recommend. Not only did they make it to our house in 2 hours, but Cody was a friendly, efficient, and a wealth of knowledge for issues to look out for with our old house. New toilet installed, fair price, helpful guy. Ended up replacing the toilet. I have nothing but praise.
  • Caitlin L rated it 5/5: Using Gene Johnson Plumbing was so easy and quick. I called to schedule and estimate, they were able to fit me in the next day AND get the work done then too! Uriah was friendly and professional and helped explain all the options available. I really liked they offered “Best” “Better” “Good” options for everything. He was spot on too for his estimate of when he’d finish all the work. We’ll be using them again in the future and highly recommend using Gene Johnson Plumbing!
  • Rick Ybarra rated it 5/5: I initially called yesterday (10/24/22) as my kitchen faucet was leaking water onto the cabinet below. Ismael responded to the request within hours of my phone call. I ended up needing a new faucet and Ismael found one for me. I am not mechanically inclined at all, so having a repair guy find me a faucet that matched my kitchen decor was a step above in service, and beyond what I expected. He came in the very next morning to install the new faucet. Ismael was quick, courteous, and pleasure to deal with. His dedication and commitment to fix my kitchen issue made my first experience with this company an all-around great experience. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends.
  • T & R rated it 5/5: We had a great experience working with Gene Johnson plumbing. We had a leak in our basement that was caused by a bathroom above. The first team suggested I open up the drywall which helped the next team to diagnose the issue (which now seems to be a grout/tile issue). They are upfront about costs, easy to work with and arrive on time. The text message will let you know which tech is arriving, a picture and a blurb about them. When you call to schedule a visit, they also check if you would like the technician to wear a mask, which I think is very thoughtful.

Jim Washburn rated it 5/5: I had a slow kitchen sink drain that was slow in my 50s era rambler. I called Mr Rooter on a Saturday morning and they were able to get me in within two hours. The tech arrived and assessed the problem and gave me a bid. We agreed and they went to work. Brought the motorized snake in and went about 40 ft and was able to get the sink flowing. He ran a couple double sink fulls to make sure it was truly cleared, very thorough. He cleaned up as if he’d never been there. He explained the 30 warranty and I am happy with the service

  • Susie Morley rated it 5/5: I would 100% recommend Mr. Rooter. I was in a panic when my downstairs flooded!! I called Mr. Rooter and they came out quickly! Benjamin (Ben) is such a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that was going to be done and showed me how much it was going to cost. He really had a lot of empathy. After the work was done Ben told me not to hesitate to reach out to him, if I had any further questions. I hope he is recognized for his outstanding service! I also have to thank Zach, who was the first one to come to my house. My sewer pipe had to be replaced and I didn't get the names of the two guys who replaced my sewer pipe, but all of the people I dealt with at Mr. Rooter were great!! Take it from me, if you need a plumber and/or a sewer pipe to be replaced I would definitely call Mr. Rooter. Thank you all for making my nightmare a little bit bearable. I appreciate each and every one of you who I met.
  • J.Z. Phelps rated it 5/5: Really good and timely service! The technician came out very quickly, within the window quoted, fixed the issue and even put the appliances back that I moved. I appreciate their communication, timeliness and professionalism.
The technician even game me some estimates regarding other work that we want to do in the near future. We will definitely planning on using Mr. Rooter for future plumbing work. Thank you! 😊

The plumbers were on time, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. They were able to locate the issue immediately and were transparent with how much it would cost and the parts needed. There were no surprises because he explained what all of the outcomes could be and the worst case scenario. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Great service, great experience. So happy to have this issue resolved.
  • Kelly Ritting rated it 5/5: Dale and Atama arrived very early in the 10 – 2 window I was given and replaced my leaking toilet with a shiny new, non leaking one. I really appreciate their pricing which is by the job rather than by the hour and how clearly everything is explained. It was a great experience overall and I will absolutely call them for my plumbing needs going forward.

Alicia Healey rated it 5/5: Great work! Came within 2 hours of submitting a request on their website – on a Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to book service and the communication. We had a clogged toilet. Technician was fantastic: pleasant, outgoing, great communicator (re: what he was going to do and the cost) and fixed problem very quickly.
Big recommend! (And I don’t leave many reviews online)

  • Morte Kuzminski rated it 5/5: We became aware of issues with our 80-year-old cast iron sewer line in the course of selling our home. Roto-Rooter was extremely responsive had someone at our house the same day the issue was discovered and had our repair done in three business days. We used their pipe bursting and relining services to replace our failing original sewer line. All of their employees that we dealt with were polite and professional and did a wonderful job. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. Having a very expensive repair come up was not ideal but they made it much less painful than it could have been and we really appreciate that.
  • Kraig McLeod rated it 5/5: This was by far the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. They were able to have a technician come to my house within 24 hrs and were on time and prepared. They were patient, professional, and extremely kind. Walked through exactly what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and the price that was very reasonable. I highly recommend anyone that needs plumbing support to reach out to Roto-Rooter. I will be using them moving forward for any plumbing needs!

  • Dr. Bowel Christine Bowen, ND rated it 5/5: So thankful to have Ryan come out and help us today! He was so professional and so helpful and I am hopeful that we did prevention in addition to a quick fix to unclog 2 toilets that were both plugged up with no sign of relief in sight!
  • Ben Yu rated it 1/5: If I could give 0 stars I would.
Short Story: Two technicians tried to up sell me on a $1000 faucet replacement. 560 for labor and 400 for sink (before tax). I fixed the problem myself for free after technician told me that faucet spray hoses aren't sold separately.
Also charge $110 just for a diagnostic.

Long story: I noticed leaking from my kitchen sink spray hose. Figured the spray nose needed repair or tightened and it was an easy fix they could figure out. First person they send (after being 2.5 hours late) tells me without even seeing it, "you should just replace the entire faucet. " He takes a look at it and says I don't have experience with this model faucet. I had to wait another day for them to send a "more experienced" second technician, Fernando, who quoted me $560 just for labor, but I could save $400 by buying my own replacement faucet. He told me straight that there was no way to fix the faucet hose without disconnecting all the hoses and installing a new faucet. Well Kohler sells the spray hose for 10 dollars, they sent it to me for free.

I have zero experience with plumbing and I fixed it in 2 hours after watching a few YouTube videos. That means they were willing to charge me 560 dollars for what would have taken them 30 min. Red flags all around.

If you're looking for a plumbing, heating, and cooling company in Seattle, then you should check out Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. They have a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The reviews mention that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they're always willing to help out with any questions or concerns you may have. They also offer a wide range of services, so whether you need a new water heater installed or your furnace repaired, they'll be able to help you out.

Gerardo c rated it 1/5: I scheduled an appointment with Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to fix my mini split system which was leaking water. It took around 2 weeks to get a tech to come out. The tech arrived and unclogged my condensate line (a pretty routine service from what I understand), they seemed friendly and professional. Everything seemed good to go and the tech left.

However, barely an hour after the tech left, my A/C started leaking again. I called Fox plumbing a total of 3 times over two days, each time asking that someone come back ASAP to finish the repair I had already paid them to do. Every time the person on the line assured me I would get a callback from someone very soon, yet that call never materialized.

Finally, 3 days after the initial service I receive a voicemail asking if I still needed service. At this point I'm not even sure why they bothered calling back as there was no way I would use them again.

Overall I would not recommend Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling because the follow up when something goes wrong with their service is abysmal. I expected a prompt response given the circumstances.

Most relevant reviews:

  • Christopher Radek rated it 5/5: Fox plumbing performed a Mitsubishi 3-head ductless mini-split installation for our home. I called them near the end of October and they were incredibly prompt with scheduling a walkthrough and installation. They were even able to do a ceiling-mounted unit in one of the rooms.

The installation looks great and the crew was friendly and happy to answer any questions I had about the units. Going into winter I can’t fairly judge the units themselves yet, but would recommend Gavin, Daniel, Terrin, Tibi, Brady and the rest of the crew!

  • Alexa Bartlett rated it 5/5: We had a great experience with Fox Heating & Plumbing! Our old 1970s furnace gave out just before New Years, and their team quickly got us 7 estimates to compare of different equipment and installation packages, and within a week we had our new furnace installed and running great. Every person I worked with (Kobe, Gavin, and Michael) and the phone support was very professional and answered all questions I had. They were communicative, on time, and always left a clean work space. I’ll definitely use them again when we need, and recommend their services!
  • nancy tuksaudom rated it 5/5: Sebastian arrived on time with a professional and friendly attitude. He diagnosed the problem with my furnace, repaired it, and gave it a thorough cleaning/repair. The price was very reasonable compared with other companies I have hired. Best of all was Sebastian‘s positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. Also, Fox communicated well with me from the time I made the appointment to once the job was completed. I would definitely hire them again.
  • Judy Licastro rated it 5/5: Our 40 year old furnace finally pooped out during one of our coldest days! Did some research and found Fox Plumbing and Heating Co. They had really good reviews. They came out that day looked at fixing it, not fixable. Scheduled a new furnace install. Within a week we had a new furnace and warmth. Sebastián followed through on everything he told us he would do. He even helped Daniel with the install because he told us it would be done on that day. They were both wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. Bottom line I would call them again and highly recommend them.

He made sure to call before arrival and upon arrival got the job done quickly and left the bathroom cleaner then when he went in. I will be recommending Beacon to anyone who needs plumbing help. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was also super helpful, professional, and nice! Great customer service all around.

He came here for a completely unrelated repair (shower faucet) and he discovered that the exhaust pipe from my tankless water heater had partially melted. I had no idea as it sits high in my garage. Thanks to his excellent observation skills, he prevented a major fire from starting because of the hot exhaust gas that had been blowing on my now discolored drywall. He ended up installing a brand new water heater and his workmanship was flawless. If you ever have plumbing issues, call Beacon and ask for Sean because you’re not going to find a more professional and competent plumber out there!! Thanks Sean R!!

  • Chelsea Folta rated it 5/5: Romeo and his team saved us THOUSANDS on repairs. It all started with some clogged toilets. We called Beacon to get a diagnostic on what the issue is, assuming there was just a clog in the pipes. As it turns out, we had a crack in our sewer pipe. What made it worse, is they detected the crack under our concrete patio and rocks were rapidly flooding in, causing blockage. Originally, the quote was upwards of $15K. We managed to hire an outside concrete removal service to gain access to the pipe under the patio, and Romeo and his team came back to repair the leak. Little did we know, there was a SECOND crack in the pipe several feet down from the original crack…. Our repairs were now closer to $25K. Romeo found a different solution to the repair so we wouldn’t have to cut another 4’x4’ square in our patio, which ultimately saved us thousands. He worked diligently for eight hours straight to rectify the issue and get us back to normal by the end of the night. With two little ones, we didn’t have the time or the money to spend on brand new sewer lines. I greatly appreciate his empathy and expertise. I would highly recommend Beacon Plumbing based on Romeo’s professionalism alone. Thank you SO much for saving the day, Romeo! I’ve stopped freakin’ and called Beacon.
  • Hang Le rated it 1/5: We have never been treated so poorly by any company before. Our pipe bursted in July of 2021 and they still haven’t completed their job. They charged us $25k because it was an emergency and took their sweet time to fix the pipe. Not only did they miss 2 of their appointments without any notice, they also made a mistake packing the giant hole they dug up in our front yard. 4 months after the job was done the area they dug up sunk about half a foot. I wrote them 2 emails about a week apart and got ignored. I called and spoke to the most condescending and demeaning manager ever. Mark said, “honey I have about 25 other emails I’m working on.” After about 10 minutes of explaining the situation to him he finally scheduled us a date for someone to come fix the area. We took the day off work and no one showed up again. Finally someone came out on a different day but unfortunately 2 months after that it sunk 4 inches. I emailed them again and they said to wait until the rainy season is over. It is July and they have been ignoring all my emails since May. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company.

  • Jen Nye rated it 5/5: I can't speak highly enough of my Bee's Plumbing experience. Marcus was excellent! He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond. There was an opportunity where he could have just called it good and left, but he just wanted to be sure, and in doing a double check found a years long (and pretty outrageous plumbing issue that had never been identified). He fixed it in a snap and recommended a water damage service. He offered to do more than the specific reason for the service call, remained true to the estimate, and worked so well with his job partner, Diego. They were a great team. Marcus has real leadership qualities, and you would be very fortunate to have him perform service at your home. Highly highly recommended.

  • Debbie Clair rated it 5/5: Our water heater stopped working on Sunday morning, December 4th. Joe, at Bee‘s Plumbing responded to my phone call immediately. He came out with a new water heater and installed it in 3 hours. Not only was it a Sunday, it was also snowing hard. The roads were frozen from the night before. I couldn’t believe that we had hot water in a matter of a few hours. What exceptional customer service! Joe was professional, capable, efficient, and had a winning personality. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing or heating needs. They have also helped us with plumbing repair.
  • DC rated it 5/5: Mike Armitage was great! My old hot water tank was leaking. Mike showed up within an hour with all the equipment and supplies to finish the job. When dealing with natural gas lines having a licensed plumber is definitely reassuring. In two hours my new hot water heater was installed. Fair price and quality work.
  • Sophie Chang rated it 4/5: Edit as of 01/23/2023:
Someone from Bee's Plumbing reached out to me after this review and I have upgraded my initial review from 2 to 4 stars due to the swift and acceptable response.

They listened to my complaint and offered to refund me the cost of the X-ray and the amount I paid to replace the two toilet paper holders, as this was their fault.

    Original Review:
I do not recommend Bee's for toilet installations as the prices are quite steep and the work performed definitely does not warrant that type of pricing. The installation of the toilets themselves were fine but the work to fix damage that the technician did as part of the install was very sloppy. I was not offered any sort of remediation for the additional damage.

I hired Bee's for upgrading two toilets in my condo because they had the best reviews on Google; however, my end-to-end experience with the toilet installation was definitely not worth the premium I paid by going with this company.

I was quoted $6000+tax for the installation of the two toilets during the initial visit as they needed to move and replace the valve due to the uniqueness of the toilets being installed. This also required cutting large holes in the drywall behind my toilets; however, replacing that was on me and that was told to me up front. As I just wanted to get the work done, I accepted the bid even though the price was much higher than I was expecting.

As the technician removed the old toilet in the first bathroom, they broke my toilet paper holder. However, they offered to re-install it if I bought a new one myself. Things happen, but this was not really the outcome I wanted as the technician broke the toilet paper holder in the first place.

Around 4 hours after the project started, it was discovered that 4 1-inch holes needed to be drilled into the concrete floor per toilet for anchoring. As the technician was unsure whether this was allowed, they went down to my building manager who requested that I get my floor x-rayed (which I was then billed another ~$700 w/tax by Bee's) and also obtain additional HOA approval at the next board meeting for these holes. The positives here were that the technician was very responsive through the whole process from coordinating the x-ray appointment and communicating the issues and the office team for quickly completing the paperwork I needed for the approval. However, this all should have been done as part of the initial estimate as all the instructions were provided at quote time and would have saved me a month.

After I finally obtained HOA approval, the scheduling team was able to get the technician (and an additional member) back out the next day.

The installation of the first toilet (and the re-install of the toilet paper holder they broke the first time) went smoothly (see first photo).

However, for the second toilet, the technician broke the toilet paper holder as well! I did suspect this a likely possibility, so I had purchased two toilet paper holders during the time between appointments. I had the technician reinstall this one as well since the first one went ok. This installation was a bit trickier than the first as there is a pocket door behind the toilet paper holder and this was communicated to the technician. The work here was very sloppy as I am now left with a large knick in my pocket door (see second photo) and drill slippage for the toilet paper holder (see third photo) that I now need to patch. There was no offer of remediation of the situation.

  • Mark Jacobson rated it 5/5: My Eco experience was outstanding from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze, and Christian arrived on time. He was extremely kind and thoughtful, listened attentively, and provided a straightforward proposal that was comprehensive and that contemplated both what I asked for and what was required by code.

After agreeing on the scope of work, the Eco team got the additional parts they needed and got right down to business. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly (laid down tarps, cleaned up thoroughly), kept me informed with clear status updates throughout, and ensured I was happy with the results of each piece of work before moving on.

Every member of the team (Christian called two additional people to help get the work done same-day, including Jake, who was phenomenal) was the consummate professional and did top-notch work.

The next time I need electrical work done, I'm going with Eco. They're fantastic all around.

  • Thai Dao rated it 5/5: I am so very impressed with this company. Brandon was absolutely fantastic when he came by to fix our problem – some of the electrical outlets in our bedroom suddenly stopped working.. He was professional, thorough, and explained his process as he was going through diagnosing the issue and finding the location of the issue. It took longer to find the issue than we expected, thanks to the odd wiring choices that were made in the construction of my house. He found it, fixed it, gave a great explanation of the what, why, and how, and we were only charged the diagnostic fee. Afterwards, he did a safety check that included looking over my breaker panel and made recommendations and gave us quotes and a breakdown on said recommendations. This was greatly appreciated and he did a great job answering the questions I had during this process. While these estimate for these recommendations do seem pricey, there was no pressure or hard sell on these.

It's been about a month since that visit, and the outlets are continuing to work nice and smooth. Earlier this week, my wife recommended Eco and Brandon to one of her colleagues and we were reminded of how impressed we were with this company. Even our dog liked him. We're definitely calling Eco Electric the next time we need an electrician.

  • Kammie Flitton rated it 5/5: One of the best expeditions have had with an electrician! The scheduling process was very pleasant. They were able to get me on the schedule within 2 days. James was on time, efficient and professional. He made one suggestion in a very polite way which I incorporated into the scope of work. He finished everything quickly and cleaned up everything. As a single woman, I felt very comfortable with him in my home and confident that the repairs are made correctly. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  • Jared Gruzas rated it 1/5: Project started great and everyone was very friendly. Toward the end of the project I found things that were damaged in my home and a number of items that Exo Electric failed to complete. As soon as I mentioned these items, their attitudes shifted instantly and then weren’t so friendly. I hired them to remove all of the dangerous knob and tube wiring, replace the panel inside, swap all switches & outlets and replace the box and mast outside. The knob and tube wiring is still in my house, they installed light switches crooked, did not swap every outlet like they said they would, left a major outlet in the kitchen dead-no power to that outlet still to this day, installed that outside box cooked and not flush to the house, the mast is touching my new roof done a few weeks ago and bending shingles, the box inside is not installed properly and does not latch shut. They said they were going to bring a label maker to make the box nice but instead wrote everything by hand and not clearly, quite sloppy actually. They attempted to charge me an exorbitant amount amount for additional work to remedy these issues and I said no. They went on to say that they were not coming back and that the job is marked as complete. This. Reach of contract on their part has caused multiple issues with other projects including the roof, siding and gutters. Customer service from this company was horrendous and they are anything but professional. The GM Cory Hessiltine was extremely unprofessional on our 1 call, using profanity and not allowing me to speak. He went on a rant and essentially “told me how it is”. This company is run by sleazy sleazy sales people, I was clearly just a number to this company and they do not care about helping their customers, their only concern is getting paid- not doing what is right. Don’t make the same mistake that I did in hiring these amateurs.

Robin Fiene rated it 5/5: We had 2 large pieces from a trough style drain that had been knocked down our master shower drain pipe hole by our house cleaner. We spent an hour trying to see if we could figure out how to fish it out, but couldn’t even locate where the pieces were. Our Best Plumbing tech was able to easily push the pieces out of the pipe and clear up the blockage…in literally 5 min!

  • Anthony Bolante rated it 5/5: Plumbing tech Steven Fritz was fantastic. Although I did some legwork with preparation and drywall water damage mitigation, that helped him with being able to access and see the source of the leakage more quickly. And, his analysis of the pressure-assist toilet on the top floor of our house was spot on. He did a full “pull and reset” including changing the backside neoprene gasket quickly and his checks were thorough and his cleanup was great. He well explained his analysis and process to repair the issue and he did it in a really efficient manner. Fritz is a true pro. Best Plumbing, thank you for sending him to fix our issue! • Tom Braziunas rated it 5/5: Our kitchen sinks were clogged. We tried plunging, boiling water, and baking soda and vinegar. The clog was deep. Josh was great. Personable and professional. Our old house has old pipes with right angles and rusty connections. The fix required some determination! We appreciated the good service. Thank you, Josh!

  • Kira Greenway rated it 5/5: I needed to have a clogged sink cleared in my condo while I was out of state and was anxious about coordinating service. The appointment schedulers were very pleasant and helpful during multiple callbacks as I arranged a family friend to meet the plumber onsite and navigate the locked building entrance. Their patience and calm manner was much appreciated!
  • Michael Wallace rated it 1/5: I was charged an extraordinarily high fee (almost $1700 after tax) for a little more than one hour attempt to Hydro jet a storm line clear. To charge that much money for a failed repair “attempt“ without even providing a clearer understanding of the problem at the end feels opportunistic and predatory. The technician seemed like a capable and sincere enough guy, but his company’s fee structures are outrageously high. I would’ve spent more time learning about the industry if I thought there was even a chance that I could spend that much money without any change whatsoever to my issue. Make sure you fully understand what you’re consenting to if you engage this company.

  • Bryan Reynolds rated it 5/5: From the moment I got Chris on the phone to schedule the job, to having Milton come by and assess the situation, I knew I was in good hands – and on a Sunday at that! They were the only company, out of 8 that I called, that could do the job, and it was an emergency for our family owned business. Milton worked like a champion and made the whole replacement of our broken water heater look super easy. He worked with a smile and knocked the job out quickly! So thankful for 2 Sons Plumbing – highly highly recommend!!!
  • Jerome Holman rated it 5/5: I've now used 2 Sons Plumbing for two of our home's problems. I highly recommend their business after my experience. For the first visit, we had several sinks that were leaking with faucets and stoppers unfunctional. I thought I had to replace all of them with new faucets (expensive). 2 Sons Plumbing helped me realize the faucets I had were great but they had to be cleaned out with parts tightened/fixed based on the original home builder's not so great installation. Within 45 minutes, all of the sinks were fixed, working at a way more reasonable cost than replacement. For the second visit, Tyler K was our assigned specialist, and he quickly fixed our downstairs sink that ran into he same problems as upstairs. He also helped us to realize the bad state and danger of our Water Heater that hadn't been maintained for 11 years and needed replacement. He took the time to educate me on water heaters, show the problems (with photos that I have now), and helped me to get the water heater replaced same day at a very reasonable cost and high quality. He had the whole system replaced with pipes cleaned up and remounted in less than a few hours. We now have a higher quality system with better output than ever before. Tyler K. is awesome, and I'm now a very loyal 2 Sons Plumbing customer!
  • Katie Steiner rated it 5/5: Our entire experience with 2 Sons Plumbing was amazing. We needed a technician right away and over the weekend. 2 Sons quickly and easily scheduled the appointment for the following morning. They called us 30 minutes before arriving as promised. Drake was our technician and his professionalism and expertise (especially to two laypeople) were impressive. He described everything each step of the way and was able to identify and fix the issue. The whole time I was impressed with his communication and professionalism. The pricing also seemed reasonable all things considered. 2 Sons will be my go to plumbing company moving forward.
  • Leslie Pringle rated it 5/5: My husband and I contacted several plumbers to get a quote to replace our water pressure regulator. 2 Sons Plumbing responded right away and got someone out to our home the next day! Our technician was Milton and he was professional, efficient and got the job done in no time. 2 Sons Plumbing even called us a couple days later to check on how the new water pressure regulator was working for us – now that's excellent customer service! We will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

Juliana West rated it 5/5: Ryan came out and quickly assessed the design to make my clients shower/toilet area more accessible was in fact feasible. He was able to get us in the schedule as our regular plumber was unable. Ryan improved the over all location & function of water shut offs so the whole building wouldn’t have to be shut down again to do service.

  • Jane Noland rated it 5/5: We had used Bob Oates for sewer repair and were very pleased so when our plumber retired I the thought of them.
Cory did our work and he is great. In addition to being super competent, he is a delight. He fixed an outdoor plumbing problem and ran into some unexpected issues.. Because of his experience as a builder and a plumber he was able to solve them. I doubt many others could have figured it out.
We will use him again. He is terrific.
  • Ping Jen rated it 5/5: EXCEPTIONAL & EXCELLENT: After having the usual bad experiences with other plumbing companies: didn’t perform the services just wanted to dig holes to charge more….way more; Bob Oates’ Micheal and Jeremy came to rescue. They are very thorough, articulated, determined, and skillful. I can’t thank them enough for “detailing” my 100-year old sewer line, especially it’s 94 degree today.
  • Fred Bidelspach rated it 5/5: We had a serious blockage in our sewer line. They worked us into their schedule quickly. The plumber arrived earlier than expected which was great. He was very professional, thorough and also careful with our property. Explained all that was happening and gave some good recommendations for future. Very pleased with his work.
  • Rob Litzke rated it 5/5: I haven't gotten work done by Bob Oates, but I did get an estimate. I was given a small time window – not an all-day timeframe, and the technician arrived on time and we got the estimate. The technician was willing to chat and even did a video inspection of our drain line while he was out, giving a balanced assessment of different options. Ultimately we didn't need work done (yet) – there were no high-pressure sales tactics. We'd be happy to work with Bob Oates when the time comes!
