Before doing any work he explained that if he tried to drill it out and anything was to get damaged. We needed a plan b. To replace all of the unit and this would require a cut in dry wall. We were looking to renovate this bathroom so we did not want to have to replace any units twice. But had to stop this leak. Dave was given the go ahead to try and repair what was there. And he did an awesome job. Getting the bad screw out of the handle and replacing internals on the current setup. Saving us from having to do things twice! What a great job! This company is awesome! Cannot recommend them enough. There are here to help you and do the right thing. I will always use them and recommend them to anyone i know. Dave and Maureen are excellent!

Due to the water accumulated under our mobile home, the plumber said it needed to dry out and that we should contact the office on Monday. We called on Monday, and they told us no one was available until Thursday. So much for good customer service! We have been without water for five days.

The work involved replacing three thermistors according to specific directions I got from the manufacturer for a hybrid water heater. The manufacturer said the work was easy enough for a customer to perform, but I had reservations about opening my hot water heater and replacing anything. The work was completed efficiently the next day. In the end, I felt they did a good job repairing my hot water heater, but I thought they overcharged for the repair. They charged $550 for what was essentially about 45 to 60 minutes work with free parts from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would use them again because I felt overcharged, even though they did a good job.

Very knowledgeable, neat and cleaned up his mess after. They also were cheaper than a few others I had contacted.. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

The staff was courteous, polite, and was able to send someone quickly without a long wait time plus quote me a fair price for the service. The technician they sent, Chris, did a superb job. He was friendly, personable and was able to complete the job satisfactorily with no leaks to contend with. I would use Premium Plumbing again if I needed a plumbing service and recommend them to my neighbors if they needed a repair..
Bruce Holbrook rated it 5/5: Louis and Noah were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Louis serviced our hot water heater and advised we may get an additional couple years out of it. However if it does go out they can replace promptly. We were impressed Louis didn't try to sell us a new hot water heater on the spot but provided a well reasoned path forward.
When we require a new hot water heater we'll go with Premium Plumbing.

We highly recommend Premium Plumbing.

Joe Cool was the most professional in explaining what was likely going on and had someone out within a couple hours. Mitch showed up, was super thorough in explaining everything along the way. VGT Research rated it 5/5: Javier was superb. We have a 13 year old system that is showing its age. But it is working pretty well overall so Javier identified two component issues and explained the problems. He replaced both components and everything is working great. He also gave me options for the future. I have been using Joe cool for 20 years. They continue to impress me with their professionalism and attention to detail.
John Holland rated it 1/5: Be super cautious with these people. Very unprofessional and my AC is on my roof. Had a new unit purchased and installed and they missed over 5 obvious city checkpoints for a generic install. 5 OBVIOUS things…let’s just say my unit sits at like a 25 degree angle up on a flat roof. Hahaha ya how does that happen? Well it’s not flooding my entire house and they could care less. Asked me to hire a $1,000 legal inspector to assess who was wrong and the inspector said clearly them look at this pathetic install job. Now Joe Cool says nope I’m a liar and they will hire their own inspector. Riddle me this it’s been since June 1st install date and they can’t even do a good enough job to clear the permit. City is laughing at them but then they want to blame me for spending money for a new AC and I’m at fault. Joke of a company and management will cuss you out, call you bad names, smoke cigarettes in your driveway, tell you good luck to find someone else to fix my house, laugh at you with their team getting into the car and then speed off making rude remarks. Sad display of a business and I’ll get what I’m owed!! You’re lucky I can only add photos to this review because the videos would shock you. That’s if you actually send out a licensed AC guy to check on my unit instead of a guy who only works in plumbing hahahahahahahaha
Rich Schmid rated it 1/5: Very unhappy with my experience, and I'd caution everyone to find a company that is more experienced, and that returns your calls.
We had them come out to repair a leak in a pipe that was under the edge of our driveway. Their quote went from ~400, to ~1300, to ~5000. They said that the entire pipe would have to be re-ran from the main city line up to our house, including all the baggage that comes with digging up your yard and landscaping. They had tried a whole 15 minutes to repair the leak but quickly resorted to the $5,000 quote and a new pipe altogether.

Being the quote was ridiculously high, we got a 2nd opinion. The more-experienced plumber fixed it in less than an hour, and charged us $400.

Since then, we've been leaving messages each day asking for a refund for what we've already paid them. All they've done for us is cut a hole in our driveway, and leave a thick layer of dust all over our entire garage. (Yes, they left the garage open while jackhammering the driveway, as we were away from the house.)

Joe Cool, please return our calls and give us our $1,300 back.

UPDATE1: A week later since I've written this review, and nothing has changed. I continue to leave a message every day, but hear nothing back.

UPDATE2: Finally, a month and a week of calling and emailing and waiting, we finally received a check for about a third of what we've paid them, for doing absolutely nothing except jackhammer a hole in our drive way, leave us a huge mess, and give record-levels of poor customer service. We had to pay a separate plumber to do their job right. They are a huge disappointment.
