Reasonably priced for quality of work, great experiences both times.

Carter and Kyle, the two installers were extremely professional, courteous, and performed the install flawlessly. I couldn’t be more happy with what happened yesterday with the response from Mr. Rooter and the two super super installers. I also really appreciate the great discount provided to me as a veteran. Kevin Green rated it 5/5: I called Mr rooter to get my kitchen sink plumbing unclogged. I was quoted a fair price which is exactly what I paid. No tax no hidden fees. Benjamin called 15 minutes before he was supposed to get here. He arrived on time. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. He was clean. He wore booties whenever he was in the house and made sure that my laminate flooring would not get damaged. He unclogged my drain and ran water through it for a long time to make sure that it was clear. Cleaned up all of his mess which was very minimal. All in all this was literally the best plumbing type problem I've ever had. I will definitely be using Mr rooter in the future.

Those guys have been around since the 80s and they only have a little over 300 reviews you know the only reviews they ever get are when people are mad so I wouldn’t pay any attention to their Google rating. By no means do you have to use that financing you can pay cash if you want but we really like the low monthly payments and like other people have said the free soaps that they provide we were able to take out all the chemicals that are in soap products and it actually covers a lot more than our monthly payment so it actually saves us money every month. I highly recommend the Clean Water company I’ve searched all over and cannot find a better product that lasts longer with a better company. Thank you Clean Water company you guys changed our life.

He informed us of the pros and cons of getting a water purification system (only con being the price but even then, it wasn’t unreasonable). He gave us a great price due to an offer they were having and even went above and gifted us a free faucet to allow us not to have our countertop drilled into. I would highly recommend, my wife and I can already see the difference between the water we used to have and the water we now have.

Chris came into our home and showed us what we were putting into our systems, our son’s system, and our dog’s system. That alone was alarming. Not only would we doing harm to ourselves over a period of time but within the year of moving here. We already noticed the effects of the water on our dish washer.

The Clean Water system was a no brained. You may be spending a little bit of money upfront, but the long term savings was definitely worth the investment.

This investment includes a financial gain as well as the benefit of your health. Give Chris the time of day. He’s not one of those smooth talking salesman that Waltz’s into your home to sell you something he doesn’t believe in. I started out looking for the same tub I had at my previous house. However, due to the pandemic, I couldn’t find the exact model and that particular manufacturer was now years behind. I stopped into Hanson HotSpring Spas after talking to Jennifer via phone to physically see the model I was thinking about getting. I”m 6’5” and need a larger tub. She went out of her way to ensure I was able to see, touch and ask question about their hot tubs. She answered every question I had and even went went in-depth with their maintenance program. Hands down, Jennifer’s personal touch and commitment to customer service sold me on the hot tub I now have at my house. Moreover, she walked me through the installation schedule and ensured I didn’t have any issues or questions during the process.
Since my purchase at Hanson HotSpring Spas, I continue to get the best service every time I call and/or walk in the door. I”m properly greeted and treated the utmost respect, not only by Jennifer, but the entire staff. Yes, I have price checked their chemicals and they continue to offer the best value for the chemicals I need.

Hanson HotSpring Spas has always been upfront and honest from the very first phone call to my last visit where I brought a cracked LED cover for replacement. They have gone over and above with their customer service and follow-through.

tessa cobos rated it 1/5: If I could give zero stars I would! We purchased a hot tub 3 weeks ago upon delivery the hot tub came with a ding the wrong cover was brought and the light did not work! We were suppose to get a call for a service call which we never did so I had to drive from south side of town to north side just for the staff to be rude! They scheduled me for Friday for a service call from 8-12 and no one came again I had to call the office which the service tech was extremely rude and hung up on me so I called again they ignored my call so I left a voicemail for the owner to return my call and still no call as of today! I called our salesman Dave and he stated he would call me back the next day and no return call. Finally a tech came out fixed our lights and still no return call from any one including Dave our salesman! I do not recommend this company at all! They are rude and customer service is awful! If I could return this hot tub I would so I don’t have to deal with them in the future! Buyer beware of this company!

Again your staff is rude…500.00 check! I did not accept it immediately! Your office talked to my husband! According to Dave you had only one hot tub left that we purchased! You forgot to mention that yes I did drive to your store and had to schedule a service call because you never called us! Plus your technician never showed up until I called you back and informed you that they were a no show….and I was hung up on! They arrived 30 minutes later! Timely manner??First off you should never have so many issues on a new hot tub! Staff is rude… management or the salesman never called to make it right! Instead the staff feels it’s okay to hang u on you. This starts with management and staff feels it’s okay to disrespect clients! Again buyer beware!

Tyler managed to get me the very last pool table in the inventory I wanted before Christmas, saving me a 3-4 month wait. Rob and his assistant Keith did a fantastic job of getting it installed–total professionals. Unfortunately, there was a cosmetic manufacturing defect (feather strip bump), but Rob immediately contacted Brunswick to make it right. It took some time to get rescheduled due COVID, but the table was 100% playable in the meantime. Rob just finished replacing the feather strip and it looks fantastic. If you want a pool table in the Springs, this is the place!

When I had a few issues with operating the hot tub, Mike helped me through the issues and went above and beyond what would normally be expected. He also was there to answer questions on his day off! For one of the questions I had, he returned back to the office just to make a few measurements for me. I can’t say how much I appreciate that kind of extra effort!

I’d also like to say that when the delivery was made, Jared and Jesse did an amazing job setting the hot tub. Jared was extremely informative with helpful ideas. I highly recommend Backyard & Billiards for your hot tub purchase. And thanks again to Mike, Jared and Jesse. Zipporah Kofford rated it 1/5: DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible service and terrible equipment to deliver the hot tubs. We had our old hot tub delivered just fine from a different store. We have paid the full amount (they told us we didn't have to until it was delivered but have cashed the check) and we still don't have a hot tub. They told us unless we had any major yard obstruction then we wouldn't need a crane. We don't have anything major. They use a cart that can't carry the weight of a hot tub. We would have paid for a Crain the the first place but they said they didn't need it. And like I said, our last hot tub which was a tiny bit smaller was delivered just fine. Also, their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! Stay away.

I emailed another spa dealer in the Springs and they responded right away but they don't deal with Jacuzzi brand. Unfortunately Jacuzzi does not ship parts directly to the consumer and I can't find this part online. While I like my Jacuzzi tub I will never recommend buying from this dealer because if there are any service issues they will ignore you!
Mathew Andrew rated it 1/5: Bought both a swim spa and a hot tub from them. 5years later we had a leak develop in the swim spa. Called and talked with Abraham and set a date to have it looked at. Waited all day and called to find he forgot to put it in the computer? They came the following week and put together a parts list. 2 months later parts came in and scheduled the repair. I'm waiting the morning of the repair and Abraham calls to cancel because it's too cold? He said the temp has to be above 50 degrees for the PVC cement to set. All weather PVC cement will set down to -15 degrees Fahrenheit. I told them to get the right material for the right situation and don't make me waste another day on this, going on 3 months now. The tech does eventually show up, but still uses the wrong cement even after I asked him point blank to use "all weather". Spa's still leaking. Total incompetence. Thanks Abraham

Donnie came out to set everything up in the middle of the night when it was freezing cold just so we could use it right away. I’ve texted him pictures of my chemical test strips and he texts right back what I need to do. When we were deciding what hot tub to get every article we read emphasized picking a good local company with great service as the top priority. That’s what we tried to do with Stiver’s and have not been disappointed.

Even paint with no overspray. Straight and sharp trim lines. Multiple follow up calls and messages and response. Use them, you will be happy.

He fixed my Jeep quickly and at a very reasonable price. He even drove to my office to pick up the old parts I found in the street where my Jeep broke down! They were able to get us in quickly, fix the problem, and we’re so kind and considerate through the entire process. The gentleman also gave us a ride to a restaurant so that our grandkids could eat. His generosity and willingness to help us out will forever be in my heart. Thank you so much sir for your random act of kindness.
Stacia McClain rated it 5/5: After making our way through several "typical" mechanics we FINALLY found JM Auto Repair! The owner, Jacob, is a straight shooter with a good sense of humor. When another shop (cough-Aspen Auto Clinic-cough) quoted $1,180 for a remanufactured alternator, Jacob and his team did it for less than $500 (and in half the time)! *jaw drop* The other place also quoted $64 PER spark plug…JM Auto Repair has them for 1/3 the price, but Jacob was honest and said my spark plugs were fine.
His place looks like a mechanic's shop should look – it's not like one of those places that charge an arm and a leg to afford a nice waiting room with coffee and snacks. If you want a fair and trustworthy mechanic, go to JM Auto Repair.

They were vital when I needed to rebuild my boiler. They've helped me with a stonework project. I even called them when there was a drain that could not be unclogged (and yeah, it's clear now).
The customer service is excellent here. Couldn't be happier.

And I’ve always been treated extremely well and given a fair price. I have also had great experiences with the service and construction departments. They’ve always had great response time and are always very knowledgeable!

Whitney Lingafelter rated it 2/5: About a month ago we had a need to have someone check out our pool after our pump stopped working. The two men that came were able to fix the pool within 15 minutes, which was great. The pump just needed to be primed again (We are new to owning a pool).
About two weeks later we received our bill. So, we called to pay and discussed the need to schedule the winterization of our pool. The person who helped us pay our bill told us at that time they would let "Doug" know and that "Doug" would give us a call to put us into one of the few slots they have left. Two weeks later, we've left an additional 4 voicemails, and called 6 separate times and we still have not spoken with Doug, but have been informed we're too late to get on the schedule as there are no other timeslots left. Quite a frustrating experience as new home/pool owners in Colorado Springs.

We have used Anchored Construction for a few years including construction and landscaping. We were very pleased in all areas. Here is a sampling pf projects: retaining walls; enlarged patio which included concrete and stone work; front yard sitting area; backyard walkway; design, purchase and planting of trees and shrubs. Notable are railings which top retaining walls and patio and porch side rails, an innovative metal and wood design which preceded those that are popular now. Knowledge, expertise, reliable, cost effective, friendly only begin to describe Anchored Construction. All work was completed on time due to organized job management and hardworking crew members. Thanks to all of you!

My boyfriend and I are in our 50's. We had been looking for a landscaper/contractor from March 2020 unti August, when we heard an add for a family owned company called Anchored Construction. We checked them out on BBB, saw good scores, and decided to take a chance. I scheduled an appointment with owner Mario, and from that first meeting, I had a really good feeling that we could work well together. Even though they offer design services, I had a specific vision of what I wanted, and Mario and his crews were certainly up to the task.
Not only were they able to bring my vision to reality, they did so to perfection. I was truly impressed.
The nice thing about Anchored Construction, is that they treat their clients like family, as if your job would be as important as their own. They are dedicated to getting it right, and with sincereity. They listen, and strive to deliver. Our project included dry wall, painting, stair construction, a patio, zero scaping, a dry creek bed that looks like a real creek, bed building and boulders. Needless to say, they will be in charge of our next project which begins June 2021. I could have written something shorter, but that would not have given you the information you needed to make an informed decision. Hire this company, you will be so happy you did.

When we had notes or questions, Mario was more than happy to discuss. He made changes to the design as the work was happening which improved the functionality of the yard. Our yard is now beautifully xeriscaped with a spot for a fire pit and plenty of space for my wife to garden. It's exactly what we wanted.

They repaired our patio in an area where the pavers had been pushed up in some spots by tree roots and sunk in other spots from poor drainage. They came up with fantastic solutions to help prevent the problem from happening again. Their work is meticulous and professional. The crew is talented, skilled, and polite. As a bonus – they're always smiling and laughing! Such a treat! It must be a result of getting treated well. We've had Mario do several projects for us over the years – I think we were one of his first customers when he started his business. We're never disappointed! We'll call them again when we need their services and highly recommend them!
