They had all materials lined up before starting so there were no delays at all. Before and after pictures posted. We chose midnight blue pool finish.

Luigi was absolutely wonderful and gave us a very reasonable number for all new tile and pebble tec. We easily made up our mind to go with Paragon after speaking with him. He told us how great Casey, the owner, was to work with and how he just wants his customers to be happy with their pool. Luigi was right, Casey & crew were great! They got the job done in very reasonable time, had great communication, and cleaned up the job nicely when everything was finished. Our pool looks better than we thought possible and we can’t wait to enjoy it again!

Then Simon came out today and installed it all (HE WAS AWESOME)! He found that whoever had installed our previous plumbing, did it’s “unprofessionally.” He went above and beyond and redid the plumbing from what was there before as it had a lot of sharp turns which limited the water flow for filtration. He also reversed the order of the filter and pump to make it closer to the return (no idea why it was done wrong originally, but he fixed someone else’s error). He took his time in explaining everything (I had a ton of questions) and remained professional and friendly the entire time. We decided to hire the company for our regular pool servicer as well. Highly recommend the company and just wanted to give a shout out to Simon. Customer service isn’t what it used be a lot of the time, but he was truly awesome and deserved positive recognition.

You name it and our pool needed it. We called surfside and everyone was extremely helpful. They sent Jake out to estimate the work. Very reasonable price. Their office staff followed up with scheduling and they even did a demo for us on how to use our equipment and what to turn off if issues arise. They were quick, efficient and our pool is looking great.

Sometimes a company just gets it right. A couple of years ago, Frank's Pool Services did a resurface of my 20 y/o pool. Great job, nice price. Very happy.

Two years later, substantial delamination of the surface and cracks! Horrible. Expected Frank's to give me a hard time or at least make me pay something to fix. NO!

I brought it to their attention, they took a look and said don't worry. They immediately said they would fix, do it right and all at no cost to me. And that is exactly what they did. Took the surface off across the entire pool and put an entire new surface on the pool.

My pool looks like new. It clearly was a huge expense for Frank's but they just did the work. And not a dollar of cost from me.

Over the years, I've been happy with Frank's weekly pool service. They do the work and I just enjoy the pool. But my experience with the pool resurface fail was entirely unexpected and delightful. The world is full of experiences with contractors who don't really stand behind their work. Frank's did stand by their work and they should be recognized for their great customer service.

Sora rated it 1/5: Extremely poor quality of service. After the hurricane out family hire them to clean our pool. Their estimate was $300, then half way they request to increase the price, and then when we refuse saying that the estimate was done in first, they just ditch the work. I just grab a net and went around the pool and in about 2 hours I got a half a large trash bag full of leaves and other debris. I have done more work than they did in just 2 hours. If I can give it a zero star I would. I don’t recommend this to anyone, unless you wants to waste your money. You are better off just straight up buying the tools and cleaning it yourself.

I discovered him because he does work in my community. I am very impressed and always satisfied with the work that he does. Luis is very friendly and professional. We went from a spa with surface stains to a spotless spa that we can finally enjoy! They do amazing work, are the definition of professional and will make sure the job is done right, on time and without cutting corners. A truly great experience and I highly recommend!

They do a fine job on the weekly maintenance which does not require a contract. I've been through two hurricanes with them now, and I have no complaints with their handling of anything pool-related. The crew is courteous and thorough – great service and I'd highly recommend!

The woman Andrea who services my pool is very very dependable and makes sure she covers all the bases and gives you all the time needed to make sure that your pool looks perfectly clean when she leaves. Andrea is also very polite and well mannered. I would highly recommend Atlantic Coast Pool Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable and honest pool company to service their pool.

The owner Ron is highly experienced in everything involving all aspects of pool maintenance and repair.
They provide weekly pool service for me in TPC Sawgrass. Our lead pool tech Andrea is excellent and does a fantastic job…. always on time, professional and informative so I always know what’s going on with my pool… best pool cleaner I’ve ever had….. Also this company will call you if they see something that is needed, and always will look to recommend the best but most cost effective options……and finally, Ron will always take the time to promptly return phone calls and take the time necessary to speak with you about your pool no matter the duration….. I am very fussy and almost never provide reviews, but in Ron’s case I owe him my gratitude.
