He is very knowledgeable and offered many options. A few weeks ago we were having issues with getting our spa filters. I made one call to Michael and they were delivered to my door the next day. He has always provided excellent customer service so much so that we continue to buy all of our pool and spa supplies at that location.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through every hot tub brand they offered, giving his personal opinions and recommendations. We were so impressed with his level of customer service, from keeping us updated on the delivery status to coming out to our house and balancing the spa chemicals and educating us on maintaining the hot tub. He even recommended electricians that worked out great. We highly recommend Pool & Spa Depot and Steve to anyone in the market for a hot tub. They truly exceeded our expectations!
Ash rated it 1/5: If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mom purchased a 24ft round above ground pool and I was there with her to listen to the "sales pitch". Ron gave the basic vague "you will need sand, a large area, and MONEY!" speech. He stated we were responsible for BACKFILL around the pool, not clearing off the BOULDERS & ROCK that was dug up and left in the middle of our yard. Not to mention how so many of the things that were supposed to be delivered with the pool, still have not been corrected. The sales folks will say "initial here for me handing you this book" "sign here to contract the build"… but what they don't tell you is how they will screw you 6 ways to Sunday. $10,000 for a pool and then hundreds of dollars on all of the "extras" that have to happen. Again, very misleading. Also, when you encounter a problem, NO ONE is willing to help or admit that a mistake was made. Terrible customer service, rude employees, and even more rude managers. I plan to tell anyone and everyone how pitiful this company truly is.

They do EVERYTHING they say they will, and Jeremy does an awesome job keeping you informed along the way. They are very upfront on the timeline and cost ahead of time. They took special care to make sure that everything was just as needed. We ran into some roadblocks with the city permits and they fought for us and succeed, keeping us from having to do it our selves.
The support did not end with the completion of the project either.

Dylan Musgrave rated it 2/5: The staff was nice but they skipped a lot of things they said they would do, the didn't install our light properly, they just put in the wrong screw and left it hanging there bobing around. They said they would remove rust and then just painted over it and the rust ate through the paint, they said they would clean the equipment and just decided not to, and they said that they would pressures test the pipes and we found out they didn't do that either because one of them has a leak that we have to find now. At the very least dont say you're going to do something if you're just going to skip it.

I was VERY adamant that I want my shallow end smooth, even if I had to pay more, and I told them time and time again I did not want any wrinkles. Well, you guessed it, I can feel every little bump under the liner and there is some wrinkles on the steps. They tell me the shallow end it is what it is. The liner lock has like a 4 inch gap where the ends are not touching. I am really disappointed in the workmanship. They have had to come out several times to fix small stuff and they say if I want to buy more liner lock I can install it myself.

Madison pools came out , sampled the pool water and diagnosed a large amount of ammonia in my pool . That never showed up at the pool supply store’s analysis of the water. They recommended draining half the pool and adding 20 gallons of liquid chlorine, which I am doing.

Tailah rated it 1/5: Madison pools has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! Absolutely horrific. They installed equipment into our pool without giving us an estimate or authorization!
We called to ask them to come and show us what they installed, Donna laughed in our faces and refused to do so. They said they already spent too much time on our pool, so we either had to pay everything upfront, or they would come and rip everything they installed out of our pool. Apparently they can't have a conversation and show their customers what unauthorized equipment they installed.

We have wasted thousands of dollars through this company. I am honestly still in shock that their employees are so rude and disrespectful. Easily the worst company I have ever encountered in my life. They should be sued.

The owner Randy was great helping us pick out the best spot to place the pool in the backyard considering drainage and rain run-off. I buried my gutter downspouts before install to help with drainage as well. Chambliss Construction installed our pool and did a great job. Nelson and his crew were very courteous and professional. They had a porta potty on site to use during the install. You can tell they have many years of experience installing fiberglass pools. Everything went smooth with my install, they corrected any minor problems and made sure I was happy with the finished product. They used my fill dirt to level off a volleyball court in the backyard for my daughters at no extra charge. I had planned to hire a company to perform a finished grade to my lawn after install but the rough grade performed by Chambliss Construction was so good that I didn’t need it. I simply added landscaping rocks and seed/straw after install. I purchased the AquaRite salt system and upgraded to the VS pump so the pool water maintenance has been a breeze. I built an equipment shed to protect the equipment and keep it out of the elements as well. The final payment was exactly what was listed on my original estimate, no hidden fees or extra charges. All of the employees are good hard working people, this a a great family owned local business. We love our new pool … Recommend!

I went out to yell at him since the pool is STEPS away from where 20+ people live and he had the cojones to whine that he had an inspection in a few hours. I told him I didn't care, it was before 6am and this was ridiculous. Especially considering how many people are trying to sleep before getting up for work. He finally shut up and didn't turn it on again but SERIOUSLY people. Leaf blower at 5 something in the morning… I'm sorry you forgot to clean it the day before and your boss is supposed to show up this morning, but you will not screw everyone else over.

home being in Ocean Rescue in college days, could not have been thus successful without this company's success. Along with Mrs Betty, Kristen, Mrs Sarah, Mrs Ellery, and Mrs sokol . I would suggest anyone who wants to work hard, love for our doors, this company is the right place. The premiere pool company in Nashville, TN with most rich experience. They are a good team until you mistreat them. Taylor White had his share of people and HOA not paying bills, he's compassionate and still at top. Go Taylor White and much love.

Andrew Burrage rated it 1/5: This company has the contract to maintain the pool of the apartments that I live in. They occasionally come out and look at the pool, but never actually do anything. I actually went to the pool TODAY between 12-1pm for a swim and was unable to do so due to the insane amounts of bugs that were in the pool. Luckily, I and my company have maintained a pool in the past and were able to skim the pool and empty the bug catchers, but it struck me as I was doing this that it is pathetic that I and my guest were having to do this while a company is being paid to maintain the pool. The pool badly needs to have a good scrub down and a backwash, but that seems to be beyond Langley's skillset.
This is not the only issue, we also had an instance last week where I was taking my 14 month old son to go for an afternoon swim (Which he looks forward to daily) and there was a dead bird in the pool. We were excited to see that, for once, Langley was on site! We requested that the employee do something about the bird, to which he replied by saying that this "was not his job" along with some rant about how many lifeguards he manages. While a single person managing 100+ lifeguards is somewhat impressive, I fail to understand why or how this is related to the removal of the dead bird, and I would really love to know precisely what his job is. Since doing anything beyond tossing some chlorine into the pool seems to be outside of their scope.

All in all, I would not recommend this company to anyone for maintaining their pool, unless your pool magically maintains itself when in the presence of many excuses (and if it does, please let me know so I can recommend your pool designer to our board!). The above listed are just two of many pitiful experiences with this company. We will be visiting the next board meeting to find out exactly why this company is in contract since it seems that they do not do anything short of tossing chlorine.

They consistently did not do a good job of cleaning the pool, were unreliable, and during the 5 years since they re-tiled, tiles are constantly falling off and they do not think that they have a responsibility to repair free of charge. In addition, it always seems that there are parts which need replacing. I changed my pool company about 9 months ago to American Pools, and the difference in the efficiency of the service and the cleanliness of the pool (and lack of minor, sometimes major, billing) is night and day.
nancyn tenn rated it 1/5: Our subdivision has used them for years. We are trying to get them to go to another company. They say they maintenance it 6 days a week. We've asked for gps logs that they have and they have yet to prove they are there 6 days a week. The water is always low, hot water coming out of the jets, the breaker was tripped and the pump stopped working on a Sunday and it was just stagnant water. Very gross. We were able to reset the breaker on Sunday and add water to the skimmer to help cool it down. Thank goodness as it was packet. Their response is to zip tie the pool area gate and now if it breaks or gets too warm, we can't correct it. I swim laps at 6am and it is so warm that it's like swimming in a huge bath tub. Always dirty. Algae everywhere. I've also left 3 messages without a call back. Businesses – do not use this company. Bad customer service.

David Sumner rated it 1/5: This company is under contract to service the pool in my community. They do not do the regular maintenance and cleaning. They have been called multiple times to come properly clean the pool and they still have not vacuumed the pool in over a month. After the HOA has been dealing with this for months we have decided to move on to a new company. They are still under service contract and paid through the end of the month, but management has blocked the number of our HOA and will not respond or provide service. Terrible service, terrible customer service, would never recommend.

"We knew the water feature was down and we have a service call in. The breaker is tripping again. The guard thought it was on a timer when she got there and when she had her first break she let us know. Since they are being watched and only one guard is there, the 10 min break they get it short and they have things to do. She could not let us know while in the stand, again, since they are being watched, they have been instructed to stay off phone.

As far as facebook, I could care less what the people in the community are posting and what you see. Communication between Sweetwater and the guards is happening and we are doing our contractual duties. While you may feel that you are not being told fast enough, the info is getting to you.

Your right the breaker has been tripping and we have given our report on it. You decided to bring in a different electrician who felt it was something else. The fact that it still trips is not a Sweetwater issue. We will continue to respond when it trips but will not take on responsibility for the fact that it still does this.

Unprofessional responses were just the beginning of the issues. They also hired and provided us with lifeguards who were improper with their time management, spent more time in the office than overseeing our pool and its attendants, of which we were paying them to monitor. The company has been non-responsive consistently and neglected us repeatedly. So yes, if expecting a company to fulfill their contractual obligations is a 'nuisance' then feel free to label Spence Creek as such. Of course, children without knowledge often speak out of turn when they were also poor employees.

I read the reviews and thought i would give them a try but i was met with frustration and rudeness. Is there anyone that can help me i need my pool up and running soon. I would reccomend the owner get someone who likes there job or continue to lose money
