But my experience with this company has been the worst and I do not want other people to go through the the same . I hired the one located in ft lauderdale. They went to service my pool the first week and left it dirty, I told them I had a dog and they needed to let me know in advance the day they were going but they just showed and let gate open and dog ran away. Called the company for 2 weeks since did just didn’t now show the following weeks and all they say is they’ll make a case and someone will contact me . Third week same issue , no one went . This was going on for a whole month, they gave me the manager number and does not follow up either. Finally I called the office and cancelled the service and texted the manager to let him know as well and 2 weeks later someone just shows in my house to service the pool again. I call the office no answer . Text the manager no answer.

They wouldn't show up every week and had to call them. Constantly changing pool techs which I feel were never really trained properly. My last straw with them was this March 2022. I was out of town for 3 weeks and I believe they might have showed up the first week because my daughter was at the house 1 week after I left and said pool looked good. When I arrived home my pool was green as the grass (see pictures). They told me they were out on March 26. I arrived home on March 28 and the attached pictures were what my pool looked like. It would not look like that if they had properly taken care of the pool 2 days before I came home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want major headaches.

They don’t come every week and even when they do, the pool is green in 3 days. We didn’t even make it a month before requesting cancellation.

Most recently, we spoke with them 3x throughout the week and they still decided to skip our house for the week. I called Friday and was promised service by 5:30pm as someone was in the area.

Nobody showed up and when I called Saturday (today), I was told someone would come on Monday. Cancelled on the spot.

I met Maria at their offices and she immediately understood what was needed and reassured me FPP would take care of me. And they did!

Only a few days after my visit Paolo came by the townhouse for a closer look, talked to his boss and within days -after agreeing to an estimate- job began. In 4 days, different crews worked really hard (excavation, plumbing, electrical, pavers) to install a new pool pump in a more convenient location of the backyard. Paolo was extremely thorough and had some fantastic suggestions. Maria did not miss a beat and did all the follow through, every day. And the electrical work was simple and clean. When pavers were done, the pool deck looked so much better than before.

Amazing I visited their offices on a Thursday and by next Friday I had a newer, much more silent pool. Cleaned twice by them!! Super happy with their work.

Never mind that not ONE TIME in several years did the tech ever vacuum the pool or clean the filter. I put up with that because I could do it myself and didn't want the hassle of changing pool companies. However, this week, I fired Miami Pools and should have done it years ago. They tech drove his car over my lawn, broke off three sprinklers at the main connection and then drove over my neighbors yard to get out. Did I hear anything from them? Nope. I called to tell them about it and they offered me a month of free service. Seriously.

These employees get treated as if they were slaves. They get talked down to as if they weren’t people and to me that is not how a company should treat anyone. Treat others as you would want to get treat is the way things should be. The company also gets numerous complaints from people they have contracts with and lose them because of their poor work and poor communication. This scam of a company shouldn’t even be a company anymore. Thank goodness I’ve witnessed what I’ve seen and heard and also read the bad reviews if not I would of been another unhappy customer.

He answered and was able to book me for an appointment on Monday where others estimated a later date appointment due to their route. Eugene went out of his way to ensure that my complication was fixed. He not only did the task that I requested, but he also repaired a few other minor issues. He didn’t leave or finish the job until I was completely satisfied. I will hire him again for any work in the future. Don’t hesitate to do the same.

I used them twice this year the first time was to fix my motor, James showed up diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes my pool never looked better. Second time was to fix a leak which I thought was going to be a nightmare once agin James showed up diagnosed the problem pool looks great, this place is awsome!

He answered and was able to book me for an appointment on Monday where others estimated a later date appointment due to their route. Lawrence went out of his way to ensure that my trouble was fixed. He not only did the work that I requested, but he also fixed a few other minor issues. He didn’t leave or finish the job until I was completely satisfied. I will hire him again for any work in the future. Don’t hesitate to do the same.
