We really liked the fact that Kyle took as much time with us as we needed, we never felt rushed. I would recommend Swimming Pool Services, and in particular Kyle Sweet. We also like the fact that the relationship is not over once the hot tub is delivered. We have already been back to swimming pool services multiple times with questions, and getting the water tested, and both Kyle & Jared have been very helpful and responsive.

He has tremendous knowledge of the products and took the time to listen to our needs and wants, then recommended a few hot tubs which might suit our needs. His communication was great and he personally showed up at our house to go over the chemicals, the fine points of our tub, answering all of our questions and then finished off by setting up our cover lifter. This type of customer service cannot be found just anywhere. I am so happy that we found such a company with employees with such integrity. He didn’t get to help me at all- just really told me they didn’t have what I was looking for. Well I ended up going in after calling back and them having 1/3 things I needed. Well got there and was greeted by the cutest kitty! But anyway the other guy who worked there ended up Helping me and viola! They had everything I needed. All they needed to do was look them up! That guy was super helpful- knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right part.
Overall- was disappointed with the younger guy but the other gentleman who helped me in store was great.

I spoke with the young person many times on the phone. Put my name on the "list" and called many times for a follow up and he ensured me that they would call me back by last Friday, the 26th. I know that this time can be busy which is why I called back in early July. We just bought a house with a pool and I was going to provide them with a good amount of business. I need our pump replaced, chemicals to clean our pool, and to have a quote to buy a new liner for next year and was hoping to have them winterize our pool. Which I explained all of this to the person I spoke with on the phone. With the amount of positive reviews I was really looking forward to working with the company and give them my business, but never heard back. If you are hoping to be a new customer just keep in mind that they may return your call, but the follow through is little to none.

I was appalled to discover that my little filter cost me $52.00. I couldn’t remember what I paid in the past, so I bought the overpriced filter. When i returned home I looked on Amazon for the same filter. The filter was $26.00. So don’t kid yourselves folks. Baker Pool and Fitness are huge price gougers and have been reported to the Better Business Bureau and the Franklin Area Chamber of Commerce. They should be ashamed of themselves. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THAT PLACE AGAIN!!! EVER!!

So I called on July 1 and I was told they were going to put together an email quote using Google earth but that doesn’t tell them how many windows my condo has or screen doors that need to be done! I’ve seen this company in my area in fact they did my neighbors condo. Then the gal proceeds to tell me that he doesn’t want to take on any new clients at this time and told me to call somebody else. Well if you don’t want to take on any more clients why don’t you put that on your website stating you are not taking any new clients at this time.

I highly recommend this company for opening / closings and maintenance.

I recently purchased a home with a inground pool. The return line was bypassed with a pvc pipe running over the concrete. I had another leak detection company come out and test the line. They said there are no leaks, but they wouldn't be able to hook the lines back up. So, I spoke with the company that has opened and closed the pool years prior. They said the line had a leak or was calapsed, but they didn't have the equipment to find out which one. After calling multiple pool services and plumbers no one had the equipment or wanted to touch it.
Luckily! Mo at Sonoran returned my call. He came out with the right equipment found the problem and fixed it. I can't thank him enough and highly recommend him for all your pool services.

They were unable to give us a date until the week before we needed the work done after I called multiple times. When I asked for a rain date on their tentative date, they transferred me to Lisa, the Vice President, who was incredibly rude with me for even asking. I did not raise my voice, but was simply asking for help. They refused to give me a rain date and spoke to me like I was the one who had not been returning their calls for over a month. Honestly, their customer service is a joke.

Great staff as well who can answer questions and help select the right product between what are sometimes many choices. Product inventory has been tough during Covid, but they have always had what I needed of a suggestion for a safe alternative product.

He even came out once for "no charge" to replace a switch that was obsolete. I would refer this company to anyone I know.They do a great job!

Alex Birch rated it 5/5: Tom was very helpful in getting a reasonable quote on our new liner. He came to our house and was able to take quick measurements and asses the best approach to fix our pool. We had a very old pool and needed a new liner plus new coping system. His crew did a nice job of installing everything with minimal damage to the existing patio. We ran into a problem with the skimmer line and he worked with us to troubleshoot the problem to come up with the proper solution.
ASAP provides good service with a quality product. If you're looking to replace a liner or need rework of an existing pool, I would go with ASAP. Their prices were very reasonable compared to many other companies I received quotes from. I highly recommend Accurate Spa and Pool.

Barb Wier rated it 5/5: We had a very good experience with Tom, Ron, and Jim. Our inground pool had a tree branch thrown through it during a storm and needed a new liner. One of their competitors wanted to replace the steps as well as the skimmer… running up the bill. I called Accurate for a quote and Tom came out. After inspecting the pool he recommended a repair man for the steps and said the pool only needed the liner. All the repairs cost less than half what I had been quoted by the other company. Both Ron and Jim worked quickly and were very efficient in the installation. The pool looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pool work.

After calling what seemed a million companies and having no shows and poor customer service, found Accurate and they’re been super communicative, honest, and do great work. They replaced my liner for a fair price was a pleasure to work with and also has done some repairs on pool equipment. As a new pool owner, having a reliable pool repair contractor has been a godsend.

Greg Maurer rated it 1/5: I'd advise against Accurate Spa and Pool (ASAP). Had a terrible experience with Tom and his crew. I hired them to open and close our pool. They did that fine and at a competitive price, but when they came out to fix a leaky PVC pipe, they didn't fix it correctly and when I called them on it, Tom was quick to blame it on something I had done. Then when I started shopping for a replacement for my pool heater, Tom performed a high pressure sale of a heater that he needed an answer to immediately. I told him that I don't make decisions like that. He said I would lose him as my pool guy if I shopped around. So I fired him.

Dana Felton Bernie Reinhard rated it 5/5: Tom and his excellent ASAP crew built our pool and coordinated terrific contacts for concrete, electric, fencing, etc. This was a major project: 20'x40' lined pool, custom shelf and stairs, ~2,500 sq. ft. of poured concrete with pathway connected to back deck, ~230 linear ft. fencing with 2 gates, diving board, 2 tip-up ladders, and automatic pool cover. Our family LOVES this gorgous pool! Crews were efficient, skilled, and stayed on schedule. Highly HIGHLY recommend you call Tom/ASAP for your pool & patio construction project!!! Thomas Flynn rated it 1/5: I cannot give this business a good review. I called to set an appointment to look at my Hot tub to determine why it leaked. I was told the service call would be 65.00 and thereafter 85.00 an hour for work. The repairman came to the screws out of the panel looked inside and said it was freeze damage and they could not work on it. He charged me the service call and one hours work. He actually was there no more than fifteen minutes. $153.00.
I called the owner and asked if he could pro rate the charge as he was not able to work on it, and Tom the owner said absolutely not. I replied thanks you Tom and wrote this review.
