In March I paid 274.95 for a leaking pool filter which they supposedly fixed. Then I’m April I paid an additional 239.58 for a timer. Then in July I received an invoice for services that they did not provide. As mentioned before they supposedly fixed my pool pump, it is still leaking and I called to notify that the pump was still leaking they never returned my call. What kind of shady business are they running? They overcharge and never fix anything and now billing for services they never provide. BEWARE of this company. Do not hire them!!
Chris James rated it 1/5: I am surprised that this company has some good reviews. They cleaned our pool for several years. In general, their knowledge of a Saltwater System was subpar (even when they installed). The weekly cleaning technicians changed constantly and always dumped chemicals in the pool with little to no explanation.
The final straw was a technician broke the backwash handle valve of my pool – therefore the backwash could not be turned off. It took me several attempts to get customer service to respond. There was not a since of urgency to fix. Even after I voiced my frustration and canceled the weekly service – they continued to invoice me for the issue although it was their fault. The manager did respond to an email when I asked to dispute the bill and he took no accountability blaming the age of the system.

Sadly, this company has no accountability, subpar cleaning service and bad customer service. Look elsewhere!!!!

Completely dissasembled our sand pump & left it that way for days after saying he'd be "right back". When we expressed our concerns, he bacame upset & left once again without completing the work!! ON TOP OF THAT – after we cancelled our service he CAME TO OUR HOUSE and tried to PICK A FIGHT WITH MY HUSBAND!!! We had a sleeping baby in the house & his yelling scared the poor guy awake! Bonnie Richards rated it 1/5: Horrible communication and horrible service! We first contacted Octopus Pool Service on Friday, 8/12, we had a flash flood and the water fried the pool pump. Octopus was the first to answer the phone and Dustin seemed to be upfront and stated he would get to work on preparing for the job on Monday. Dustin came out on 8/17 stating he would be here to begin working in 15 minutes. Well he came out and dropped the new pump off and left so not sure what work he was going to begin. Dustin said he would be here on 8/19, 8/20…no show on 8/20 so I left a message on 8/21 and he said he would be here first thing on 8/22. After replacing the pump Dustin informed us that the backflush valve was leaking and we would need a new one and it would be another $400. 8/24 I texted Dustin to ask when the rest of the pump might be repaired and he said he couldn’t locate the piston so we would have to replace the entire valve and he knew it was in stock this quote was $550 and said he would be here later today or tomorrow. Saturday 8/27 he told us he would be there on Monday 8/29 to put in the new valve. When the work was finally completed we let the pump run 24/7 at the lowest speed as Dustin instructed. On 9/3 we decided to finally vacuum the pool and when we raised the speed of the pump up to vacuum sand began to pour into the water via the water outlets…Dustin then informed us that we would need a whole new filter at a cost of approximately $4000. Dustin was claiming that the sand was due to broken laterals inside the filter and he could replace the filter in a week or two. In the meantime I called another pool service and repair company, Pool Boy Motors….they told us that the pump that Dustin put in was too powerful for the size of pool that we had and all it did was stir up the sand in the filter and cause it to flow into the pool. They came out and put in a new filter and removed the $550 backflush valve their cost was $3000 less than that of Octopus Pool Service and amazing but the laterals were not broken at all…unless you want to get scammed and led on with I’ll be out tomorrow day after day do not go to Octopus Pool Service & Repair. So much waiting and unnecessary repair work done not to mention the money that was spent on unnecessary parts. Dustin is a great con artist and a poor businessman. Unfortunately he will not reimburse us even the $550 for the backflush valve that we didn’t need. Pathetic

After buying our house, building a pool was our number one priority. We researched a few companies, but what drew us to No Limit Pools was their positive reviews. After meeting Dave, it was no surprise why customers had positive things to say. Dave was friendly, honest, and considerate of our time. He was never too busy to answer questions or stop by. Dave solidified our decision to go with No Limit Pools. The timeline that was proposed far exceeded any other company we had talked to. Much to our surprise, our pool was completed in a little over four weeks, which was faster than originally planned! Once excavation started, we worked more closely with Heath, who also was very responsive whenever we had questions. He patiently helped explain the process and next steps to us whenever we asked. The crews that worked on each stage of construction were like a well-oiled machine and quickly and professionally completed each task whether it be excavating, rebar, concrete, tile, plumbing, electrical, pebble, etc. We don’t know if there is such a thing as a ‘perfect’ construction project, but this may have been as close as you can get to that. No Limit delivered a beautiful pool within the promised timeline. We signed our contract in late April and were swimming in our pool by July! They were very responsive and always kept me in the loop during each phase of the process. Building a pool is a big project, but I wouldn't hesitate about using No Limit again.

I always wanted a sunken bar, slide, fire bowls, and water sheers and hot tub. He came back with a design within our budget and we are in love with it. A few years later we had a few warranty items that needed to be taken care of and his team came out and got the job done. In fact they did an awesome job. Can’t go wrong with this company!

They didn't do a very thorough job when they gave me the quote for the items, and every couple of days, they'll report something else that is broken, which is fine because I want the pool was fixed entirely, but it would have been helpful if they had estimated that before they started working on it.
It was clear that there was a lot of algae so it is pretty easy to assume that the filter and the pool vaccum also has to be cleaned. But they didn't add that in the quote until the drain and the acid wash was finished. From experienced professionals, it is assumed that they do plan in advance, which unfortunately was lacking.

When I received the estimate it was very detailed and reflected what the contractor said he would do. They were also flexible when I asked for some additional work that wasn't the original estimate. Once they started, the crew was efficient and timely, they were done with the inside of the pool in less than week. I am very pleased with the results, my pool is now transformed (see before and after pictures) and I plan to use them to service my pool equipment as needed. Thank you, Trilogy Pools!

Upon draining the pool, Danny quickly identified them as simple stains, thus not needing the more expensive rebar repair work. Both guys were very thorough and knowledgeable about the whole process. Highly recommend them for your pool maintenance needs.

He was the 3rd person I talked too, no one had any ideas of what the problem was nor how to help. Dr. Pool had me send him pics and called back with a recommendation, which completely removed the stains. I'm so happy he was willing to solve my problem. He's the first person I'll be calling in the future!

He scheduled the work the next week at a fair (actually a great) price. Chris replaced the sand in the filter with no mess and Jason drained my green water and sandblasted the scale off the tile. The water I now crystal clear and the tile looks brand new. Great company and staff. Drew who checks the pool weekly does a great job and informs us if anything changes. Here are some before and after pictures.

Constantly green to where I have to purchase my own chemicals and supplies in hopes to keep my pool from becoming a swamp. Every-time I have called in to ask for guidance I am met with instant attitude and unwillingness to help. See photo of my pool that “does not contain algae and only slightly cloudy from the weather”. Interesting how this issue has came up on other occasions during the summer where we did not have rain. I am a reasonable person and offer benefit of the doubt far more than I should but will no longer be taken advantage of when I am paying a monthly fee to keep my pool blue and clear. It’s great that it seems there are people that have written reviews with 5 stars, leaves me wondering why I have received such awful service.

The title company hired Dolphin Pool Maintenance to fix the pump and told us it would get taken care of immediately. Dolphin was supposed to make it out… they didn’t. Then they rescheduled for the next day. The next day came and they said they needed the money from the Title company before they would come to the house and rescheduled on us again. At this point our pool is changing colors and has debris in it. I get a call and they apologize for the delay and let me know they will make it right by cleaning the debris out of the pool and treating it so it gets back to its original state. We finally see a pool repair man in our backyard, he drops a manual by our sliding glass door and leaves. The door was wide open and we were clearly sitting inside. He didn’t make his presence known, show us the work he did, explain the problem, ask if we had any questions or anything. They replaced the pump, ran the system with all of the debris in the pool, left without saying a word, and now we need someone else to come out and fix it again.
I called the company back and asked if they were going to come back, clean our pool still, and make it right. They said, “you can buy our package for $140 / mo and we will come back out and see what we can do”.
Awful service… I would rather pay another company full price than having Dolphin Pool Maintenance come back out for free.

He came to do a one time cleaning (at a very reasonable price) and went over all our pool equipment with us making sure it was all working properly. He then went over everything we need to do to maintain the pool weekly. I will definitely be calling him back for service if we run into trouble or if we decide to not maintain it ourselves. Awesome Service

We just moved to Mesa and needed a hand railing installed so I can get in and out of the pool. My husband called Can You Fix My Pool and spoke with Kyle about what we needed. Kyle came out to look at our pool and showed us pictures of a rail that would best fit my needs and how much it would cost. Also talked about getting the filter cleaned. Kyle said he would bring a railing out the next morning so I could see how it would look. Kyle was right on time the next morning with the railing, it was just what I was wanting. Kyle and Justin came back a few days later to install the railing and clean the filter. The railing looks awesome. Kyle and Justin was very knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again for any of our pool needs.

I had a pool emergency today; I called and they said they would come over today. My pool tech Justin was neat, clean, kind and mannerly. I really appreciated the work this company did for me. I will continue to use them and not use the other well known pool stores.
Tim Stafford rated it 5/5: I highly recommend Can You Fix My Pool. My pool pump went out and my home warranty wouldn't cover it. The best quote (and fastest service) was from Kyle. He sent his repairman Baron out to work on my pump. I had a constant leak in the ground, Baron fixed that at the same time. At the time, Baron gave me the option of fixing the old pump or getting a new one but he recommended that I pay a little more and get the new pump just to have the extra protection. Baron was right, the pump stopped working in less than a year. Kyle sent Baron back out and he replaced the pump that day. Great service and great warranty work. Thank you to both Kyle and Baron. I mention you every time someone asks for a referral in a Facebook group.
