Don’t buy from these guys, because, if you have trouble later on, they are extremely difficult to get a hold of. The service dept does not return calls. A mistake was made with my delivery that caused a problem with my side panel. They would not acknowledge their mistake and would only fix it at my expense. They boast this great warranty but buyer beware! The warranty only covers parts, not labor, and a service call is a minimum of $160. Wish I could make that kind of money as an ICU nurse. The service guy is dishonest and rude.

Lena rated it 1/5: If I were you I would never buy a hot tub from these phonies. Number one their heaters and motors come from California. So they are not equipped to handle the Minnesota winters. We bought a tub from them in January of 21. The heater could not keep up with the cold. In the Spring of 2022 that said heater died. When we called masterpool and spa to replace the heater they never contacted us back. We had to replace the heater with our own money. They did not backup their warranty. And be very aware of their so called discount deals because if you don't pay it back In time you will be charged up to $3000 interest. I highly recommend going with a local private dealer that will backup their product. Your site has a lot of nerve posting that you have a 4 out of 5 star rating.

Jan Hendrickson rated it 1/5: Karin's plow trucks hit my daughter's car while plowing her work parking lot. The driver/company chose not to respond to the insurance adjuster. Multiple people have tried to reach out to the company to help get this resolved, and absolutely no response. We are extremely disappointed in this company and the employee's involved. It's very disheartening, irresponsible and unprofessional. I would never use this company for any services. It is very sad that their company is so unethical.
This is my response to Karin’s Services response (see below) to my above review.

I disagree. Your employee has never responded to the adjuster. Accident was November 11. We have reached out to your company personally (which is VERY frustrating) because the insurance companies had no luck. We were, and still asking for your help to have your employee contact the adjuster so It can be resolved. I believe it ABSOLUTELY reflects Karin’s Services. You are ultimately responsible for who you hire, and their moral and ethical character when on the job. It’s really very sad and disturbing that you don’t see this. Doing the right thing is obviously not important to this driver, or your company. If it was, I wouldn’t have to write a review over three months after the accident. Your employee/driver totally disregarded what was asked of him from the insurance company. It’s beyond me why he wouldn’t want to give his version of the accident. Was he instructed not to do so?? If you want to do the right thing, it’s not too late, have him respond to the insurance company.

This was was brought to the attention of I believe tony on different occasions. I even brought in pictures of the area in question at his reguest late last summer and still nothing. Then I was told it would be a service call. Really, was never done right the first time. The original set up and install was done by a company that I think is subbed out by the pool store but nobody has even reached out to me. This should be a warranty issue by the pool store since it is their product. I am ready to just give up on them since apparently service after a sale is not one of their strong points. I will start buying my chemicals and other supplies elsewhere as there are many pool store around my area. Just heard so many good things about doughboy pools and the pool store but I guess I was wrong.

The whole process went smoothly. All my questions were answered completely. Best of all, it was in stock, so no wait. I can possibly have a clean pool by next week’s 90° temps. The teenager thanks you. The items were not easily loaded into my car and I am very thankful for the two men’s patience and out of the box thinking to figure out how to load it.
Only negative thing is I wish they did pool repairs on above ground pools. I’m not letting this affect my rating, because I haven’t been able to find one pool store that will do above ground pool repair work. Therefore, there’s probably a very good reason.

We had a medical emergency in our family that left us urgently needing to have our swim spa and hot tub sanitized and winterized or risk having the entire thing ruined as the spa and entire house was going to be empty and unused for several months. Life had been turned upside down overnight for me and the kids.
Kim in the office and Mike jumped in, snuck us into the schedule and made it happen when I could barely function before anything happened to a very expensive tub. They were extremely empathetic about our situation, used their experience as a firefighter to properly deal with the situation we had.

I cant say enough amazing things about them and recommend them for any job large or small.

They didn’t spend more than 5 min here, didn’t sample the water and didn’t rake the time to explore the issue. Representative sat in his truck for 5 min before and 10 min after his brief look at the issue and then claimed neglect as the reason. Our chemicals are checked daily and adjusted with the right chemicals immediately if necessary. I’ve left several voice messages and made several attempts to call them without a call back. Very poor from a customer service perspective and should be removed from any insurance programs.if you get them as a representative call your insurance and ask them for anyone but this business.

Pat helped us with choosing between a couple of options, he helped us with design, he came out to the house and assessed the actual yard after the house was completed to ensure everything would still work….this was all before TAKING A DIME OF MY MONEY! To me that is truly amazing customer service! They are so helpful in connecting you with everyone that you need through the process….gas, electrician, landscaping….it would’ve taken me months to try to coordinate all of that! Having a pool company that is so well connected with genuinely good people made this process so easy! We went from retaining wall to pool to full landscaping done in about 3 weeks! It was remarkable to watch. Now that the pool is done they are STILL following up to make sure we don’t have any questions. I can not stress enough how amazing this company is! As a small business owner myself, I know the importance of caring for your customers and I can tell when it’s genuine….and these guys are genuine. They are a family run business and you can tell they think of their customers as an extenuation of their family. I look forward to continuing to work with for years to come! Quality of the project was outstanding. The team from Prestige who installed the pool (summer of '21) knew what they were doing and were incredibly hard working. Everyone at Prestige friendly and responsive. The owner, Pat, provided us good advice related to a few options/decisions we needed to make along the way…telling us what he believed based on his experience (not simply telling us what we wanted to hear). The installation crew was just as exceptional! They were polite, maintained a clean worksite, and were happy to answer any questions. They were very organized and completed the pool faster than expected.

Once operational, we met Bob! Bob was fantastic and taught us everything we needed to know. He helped get our pool balanced and ready to swim and guided us along the way.

Overall we had a great experience, and we highly recommend Prestige Pools.

performance Pool & Spa is a great place to take a dip, relax in the sauna, or get a massage. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The pool is a great place to swim laps or just float around, and the hot tub is the perfect place to relax after a long day. The massage therapists are skilled and provide a wonderful experience. The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, but the experience is worth it.

He was rude and aggressive towards me, even after I told him what he heard was his employee. My family has been a customer at Peterson Pool for 34 years. Greg and his team installed our pool and their service standards are missed. Needless to say, we will no longer be shopping at Peterson Pool going forward.

Our sales rep showed us all the bells and whistles and helped us get in the right tub for our needs and wants. Never felt pressured to buy which was nice and one of the reasons we bought that day. From the first interaction with Mark during the sales process we have had nothing but a great experience with Atlantis. Christina Dumitrache rated it 1/5: BEWARE, CAUTION! STAY AWAY FROM ATLANTIS POOLS!!! Now that I’ve been informed the pool is no longer under warranty it’s time to leave a review… Some of the problems in no particular order include: – flooding of the pool equipment and backyard due to improper grading during pool excavation (i asked for a re-grade and to raise the pool equipment and they refused and wouldn’t call me back about it…during this time the pool equipment and heater sat in 6 inches of water each time it rained which resulted in the pump motor rusting up inside thereby causing the breakers to continually pop, (the pump will need to be replaced…damage to the heater is likely as well) – I spent thousands regrading the yard and moving the pool equipment this fall after Atlantis’s failure to follow through on their error because it had to be done – they went through three liners, first one was ordered in the wrong color, second one leaked because of improper backfilling and breaking pipes (with giant clods of clay instead of sand or gravel as backfill,) and the third and current liner has huge wrinkles in it that they told me could be fixed by holding my breath under water and using a plunger after getting the pool to 95 degrees! I have a heart condition and this actually makes me laugh, I have friends that offered to try this for me…! – the pool cover still doesn’t close properly, on average about every third time i have to get in the pool and help it close, which is kinda scary when a lightning storm rolls in and I want it closed ASAP! – the fountain feature on the diving board sometimes does not turn off with pool cover closure and will run with the pool cover closed which could empty the pool into the yard in a matter of hours and completely destroy the cover in the process – when the pool was emptied to replace the second liner 40,000 gallons of water was dumped into the private golf course behind our fence (i didn’t know this until golf course management scolded me for doing it) extremely embarrassing for me! – when they stamped the concrete around the pool they had mud in the stamping mat that left porous pits and stains in several places, they told me concrete is imperfect and i need to get used to it – they chipped several concrete pool cover blocks in their many maintenance attempts to fix the cover – the poolcrete skim coating under the liner is so deformed and rough that it shows as lumpy, especially in the evening when the lights are on, so i don’t turn the lights on at night because it’s embarrassingly ugly especially when compounded with the wrinkles in the liner, they told me pools look like that when you turn the lights on (wish I would have known this before I purchased lights that their pools looked like that because my other pools certainly did not!) This was supposed to be a high end pool in the vicinity of 6 figures … after owning several pools in the past this pool is the most disappointing pool I have ever installed at one of my properties. I am fairly certain this company will try to dispute everything I have said because that is exactly what they have done from day one. However, they will not be able to dispute all the photographs I have taken these last years that document everything I am writing about! Photos are available online if you look for them! I truly wish I could have left a good review because this is a family business and the salesman seemed nice, however, the deteriorating relationship over the many phone calls and fix-it calls made it impossible to focus on anything positive.
