A great place to cool off for adults and kids of all ages! Next time we'll be more prepared and bring a toy and towel for added fun but was a wonderful time without. You don't need water shoes, we want bare foot. The pool is very clean. No rocks or sharp ground. Would be lovely to even bring some treats and have an impromptu picnic. If you don't take advantage of the numerous eating/dessert/coffee shops all around and in walking distance!

The service department can be tough to get through though sometimes. With a new tub I had ordered a smart top installed, but there was a manufacturing defect.  It never really closed correctly. There was a 1 inch gap on the rear side between the tub and top. It was cause for a lot heat loss. They had come out multiple times and each time the service guy (who is really understanding and kind) took photos, admitted there was an issue and left to consult the 'home office'. After almost a year of bureaucracy the manufacturer agreed to replace the top. Once the new top was installed. Every thing was great! Not only is the gap gone, but it’s easier to lift as well. A very happy customer in the end!

That was six years ago and we have enjoyed it immensely with little to no maintenance. We decided to buy another larger jacuzzi hot tub for our Seattle home but inventory was a real problem during the pandemic. Andre, the regional manager had the model we wanted on the floor but it was already sold to another customer. However the customer wanted another color. Andre was able to satisfy both of us and give us the hot tub and color we wanted. He kept us in formed throughout the process and provided timely information to our electrician when hooking it up. I highly recommend the Shoreline store and Andre Lavigueure.

The place is great and the staff has been excellent both with the initial purchase and my long list of follow-up questions which continues to this day.

  I’ve also had a few issues with deliveries and orders and they’ve always made it right and been good about following up with me.

  Highly recommend them! Also… the free water tests are a nice bonus.

• Al Van Kampen rated it 1/5: Terrible company. Bought a "custom" hot tub cover from this store. They came out to measure it and then installed a cover that didn't fit and also screwed up the cover lifter. Many promises to fix the problems. One of their guys does finally come out, remarks that they messed up, but does not have the right tools to do the job. After many missed appointments over TWO YEARS the problem still isn't fixed. Even wrote the store a letter about the problem, and they didn't even respond. It would be best if they went out of business.

helpful. I explained what I was looking for & what I needed it for. He said they were out of stock of their small container but had a 25lb bucket
available. I was aware that was an excessive amount compared to 9oz but wasn't sure if my husband was going to be able to source the product in Eastern Washington & explained all this
to Andre. Not ONCE in this conversation did Andre mention that the product I was about to purchase for $200 was considered a hazardous product &
therefore not returnable should I or my husband source a smaller amount of the product elsewhere.
As it turns out my husband was able to source a food grade water cleaner for our well. I went back to Aqua Quip to return the unopened, 25lb bucket
of calcium hypochlorite & was completely taken aback when I was told it was a hazardous chemical & therefore not returnable.
It is clear that Andre is more interested in making a sale than in educating people about the products he sells & the terms of those sales.
I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone who is unknowledgeable about chemicals, pools, or what substances are hazardous or not.

  I can't work out much in the AZ desert heat, so I am attempting to get intensive, full-body workouts in the pool every day. I'm on a shoestring budget, and this particular item was sale-priced just within my reach, but I was having a hard time putting my order through. The online/text customer support stayed on late last night with the most fun, pleasant assistance EVER. (I don't know your name, beautiful hooman!) And this morning, Justin the Wonderful helped me finalize my order.
  Someday, I hope to return to the blessed everlasting cool drizzle that is Washington, and treat these two to a vegan feast. 🙂

When the spa's were dropped off, it felt the orientation or onboarding was disorganized. Luckily, Aaron came out to help us out from Aqua Quip to show us a few things. The hot tub cover was in bad shape upon arrival and I'm still dealing with the service department to get me a new cover because it was damaged and ripped upon delivery. Communication could be better.

The tub arrived already faulty leaking water through the filter chamber soaking the casing and base wood. The electric panel was installed upside down. The screws to the case were all stripped on arrival. Very very shoddy work. What’s worse is that I’ve been waiting for months for Jacuzzi to come up with a resolution to this issue and they haven’t. They promised me screws- never arrived. They promised they would fix the leak still waiting. They promised us a care package for this terrible experiment. Nothing. And you can’t get a hold of anyone who remotely cares to help you. Just altogether awful. Awful mistake to buy from this company. DON’T BUY A JACUZZI!!!

• People's Champ rated it 1/5: We have a hydro pool that we love, but so far we’ve had nothing but trouble getting any help with with services from spa valet through aqua-quip. First, when they installed our covana they did so backwards. We were told someone would be out to fix it within a week…that was over a year ago. Then, we called to have a new sealant installed. When they finally came to do so, this is what we have a week later (first time opening up the top)! I’m not sure why the servicing is so awful but buyer beware!

Hala Fehme rated it 1/5: We were excited to have Dunn come out and fix our pool heater today but unfortunately that didn't last long 🙁 This morning as we were awaiting for someone to come out and install the new water heater we get a text from the company telling us we need to have an electrician come out too because they are not licensed to do electrical work. So we called to get details on what exactly this means. We were told that they accidentally forgot to mention to us when we booked the service that we'll need power hooked up to the unit for it to ignite and that's not something they do. Mmmm, HELLO, how do you fail to mention this until the day of the install and how do you assume we can just pick up the phone and have an electrician just show up and how is this not part of the install?????? The lady told us its also another estimated $300 that they don't cover. REALLY, and all that was supposed to be mentioned the day of the install!!!
When asked if they knew of electrician she said yes but you have to pay the fee. NO, I was already charged $7k to get this job done the least they can do is fix their mistake and get an electrician and pay for it to get the job done.
My husband was so frustrated he told her he didn't want to proceed so she quickly refunded the deposit we paid and dropped us like it was nothing. Didn't even care to make it right. All we got was "Sorry we weren't clear upfront, I'll cancel your service, bye".
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT!!!!
For sure not using this company or referring them to anyone. Don't use them if you want a reliable and caring company.

  The first time that we used them, our mechanical swimming pool cover had broken down right before we were having some out-of-state guests over for a long visit – all of the kids really wanted to use the pool, but we couldn’t open the cover! Understanding the rush, Matt and one of his assistants came out under very short notice and worked for hours in pouring rain and high winds (we’re talking torrential downpour) to resolve a very difficult situation with the pool cover. A lot of manual work, tinkering, and creative solutions were needed, and they delivered. A full replacement would have probably been needed if it weren’t for them, so they saved us thousands of dollars with their handy work. 2 years later, and the pool cover still works great.

  Recently, our pool pump broke down, so we used it as an opportunity to upgrade our entire pump, filtration and heating system. Again, under short notice, Independently Dunn came out, reviewed the situation, and gave us a very fair and competitive bid to install a new pool pump, filtration system, and heater. Matt and Jesse had a full schedule already, but understanding that our pool water was sitting stagnant with a broken pump, they made sure that they found a way to squeeze us into their schedule and complete the job in short order. That’s great customer service. The job was completed quickly, efficiently, and without any problems.

  Independently Dunn also reconfigured all of the intake and outtake pipes/valves to maximize pump efficiency. We had a mess of a pipe and valve system in our pool/pump room before this, and Matt really cleaned that up – it looks and runs great.

  Along the way, Matt and Jesse were great at consulting us about proper pump and filtration usage, recommended pool chemicals, and all things pool and spa related. They really know their stuff, never hesitated to answer any of our questions (and I ask a lot!), and always seem to be happy to share their wealth of knowledge with their customers, which is great.

  Our whole pump and filtration system is running as smooth and efficient as can be, and our pool water now looks cleaner than it ever has before. Independently Dunn did an incredible job. Again, this is our 2nd time using them, and I certainly won’t hesitate to use them again in the future for our pool and spa needs.

Matthew is the kind of guy very techinical, sometimes you may feel overwhelmed by his opinions but he is indeed professional. He may won't like other service providers trying to please you and offering some medieoc solutions sounds cheap but not solving your problem eventually. He explained to me all the mechinsms and convinced me to invest more and maintain more on water and equipements instead of on chemical — which is very reasonable to me for a self-owned pool. Jesse is super kind and responsive on every scheduling, cleaning, etc. Our kids love her.

• Hala Fehme rated it 1/5: We were excited to have Dunn come out and fix our pool heater today but unfortunately that didn't last long 🙁 This morning as we were awaiting for someone to come out and install the new water heater we get a text from the company telling us we need to have an electrician come out too because they are not licensed to do electrical work. So we called to get details on what exactly this means. We were told that they accidentally forgot to mention to us when we booked the service that we'll need power hooked up to the unit for it to ignite and that's not something they do. Mmmm, HELLO, how do you fail to mention this until the day of the install and how do you assume we can just pick up the phone and have an electrician just show up and how is this not part of the install?????? The lady told us its also another estimated $300 that they don't cover. REALLY, and all that was supposed to be mentioned the day of the install!!!
  When asked if they knew of electrician she said yes but you have to pay the fee. NO, I was already charged $7k to get this job done the least they can do is fix their mistake and get an electrician and pay for it to get the job done.
  My husband was so frustrated he told her he didn't want to proceed so she quickly refunded the deposit we paid and dropped us like it was nothing. Didn't even care to make it right. All we got was "Sorry we weren't clear upfront, I'll cancel your service, bye".
  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT!!!!
  For sure not using this company or referring them to anyone. Don't use them if you want a reliable and caring company.
  Independently Dunn, hope it was worth saving $300 on the electrician fee and losing a $7K project and many more customers.

  Everyone is so friendly and very professional at all times. The crews that came out were punctual and efficient. What most impressed me was their attention to detail. The work site was always impeccably clean. I was kept advised of everything each and every step was explained in full before starting. Even though the project went a different way then expected they came in at exactly the bid price.
  You can go with another company that may bid a bit lower, but you will end up at KrisCo to repair their mistakes.
