Matthew Lilley rated it 5/5: We had HiCleaners clean out our gutters and clean off our roof (strictly speaking, the front half) to remediate some mold/moss that had started growing on the shingles. Both jobs were done professionally and on-time.
Vasko came out to do the roof washing and sprayed the roof with a solution to kill the mold/moss and prevent it from growing any more. Upon arrival he said that our roof wasn't that large and that he would spray down the front side of the house too free of charge. He also noticed some lichen growing on our front stairs in our garden and treated/cleaned that up as well (see photos before and after), again free of charge.

On both jobs, they took time before they started to carefully explain what they would do (and check if we had any questions), and then did likewise upon completion.

I would definitely use HiCleaners again.

I had a proposal and date for service a few hours after punching in my info on their website. They showed up on time with a professional attitude and did an excellent job. My house was very dirty and they got it looking good as new in short order with no headaches or follow ups required! If only all contractors were as good as HiCleaners!!! I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family. Hire them…you won’t regret it!!

I was taken in by all the great reviews and called to make an appointment for gutter cleaning. I was given a quote of $195 and got a confirmed appointment a couple of weeks out. I had not heard anything the day of my appointment so called to confirm. They got back and said that they could not make the appointment and will come a week later.

The day of rescheduled appointment, I got another voicemail saying that they won’t be able to come that day either and will make it out next week. At that point I told them that I don’t want them to come all together and was told there is a $99 charge for cancellations. When I refused to pay that charge the person on the other line started shouting and abusing.

I am shocked by this behavior and would not recommend them in a million years.

EYC rated it 5/5: Great service from contact to finished work. Danny C. was incredibly responsive and clear with his estimate. Team arrived on time and cleaned our gutters and debris. I was glad that they didn't just blow the leaves out but flushed with water and took photos of the work afterwards. We'll book them again next year.

Victor Martins rated it 1/5: I honestly, I have no words to description the little inconsideration they have. I work for a high rise property and was looking for some information on window cleaning. I called both numbers in Boston & Winthrop. In Winthrop, Betty was extremely rude on the phone since the very start of the conversation. The Boston number was just as worse with the employees hanging up the phone on your face. I don't usually write reviews but after calling both number form this company and being spoken to in that manner is unacceptable.
