Matt was beyond pleasant and professional. completely respectful of my home and this guy literally climbed into the window wells to get the basement windows and cleaned all of the windows inside and out. I have never been able to get my windows so clean and will never clean them myself again. I highly recommend this company and especially this crew!!!

I couldn't get back into the shop due to caring for my wife.
I did lack communication to Jason.
But instead of saying anything to me.
In this time of pain and need they decide to dock my check by over 400 dollars.
I did nothing wrong by this company just came to help them out and they steal from me in my time of need when my wife almost dies. I would highly advise steering clear.

What an awful business.

I had 1 service call in for a bad crimp on the new hose that came with machine now the same hose that was fixed I have a bad crimp and will have to call and have fixed again just not impressed with having the same issue twice with as little time as I have used machine.

I called the trash company to request a new bin and they gave me a date a month out to pick it up and swap it out. I called Levi yesterday — with some trepidation that this small, inexpensive and unpleasant job would fall by the wayside to a more pressing job or inertia. Today, I received a text with Before & After photos of our trash bin. So happy to check this off of my to-do list.
