James T rated it 2/5: Pretty disappointed. We booked Ease Your Panes based on their stellar reviews, but we weren't impressed with the quality of their window cleaning and professionalism. While the window glass was cleaned satisfactorily, the dirty water from the cleaning landed on the sills and casings on the inside and outside of the house for just about all of the windows. I'm not sure if that's technically supposed to be included in the scope or not, but it seems like it should be.
After notifying the business of the issue, we never heard back. We ended up cleaning the dirty water stains off ourselves for all the affected windows. They were also quite hard to reach with scheduling in the first place, with lots of phone calls back and forth initially. Suffice it to say, we won't be booking them again.

Mr. Fraser had to unscrew, by hand, 350 linear feet of guards, clean the gutters, and re-screw the guards once again. With the guards, we only need cleaning about every 5 years, but it is an incredible extra amount of labor. Now our gutters/ downspouts are working perfectly. Also, he inspected our roof and found that animals had eaten the rubber boots around some vent pipes and water would have come into our attic. He covered those holes with tarps.We had those repaired by a roofing company, but would not have known without his free inspection. I hope we find other home maintenance companies like Fraser Gutter.

I’ve had my windows cleaned by other companies and none of them were even remotely close to the quality of work. The two gentlemen that came to our home introduce themselves, reviewed the work to be done to ensure we were aligned and review things at the end to make sure I was satisfied. They showed incredible sensitivity to the things that I called out. Bottom line, they were spectacular. This is the only company I will use going forward.
Private rated it 5/5: We were referred to this company by a friend. At first we were only going to do exterior windows but decided to do them all including the screens. It hadn't been done in I don't know how many years. I'm so glad that we spent a little extra to have it all done at once.
The work was outstanding!! The men who came were polite and experts at their job. There were a couple of windows we weren't sure about, and the kind person on the phone let us know that the cost would be adjusted if the number of actual windows cleaned was fewer than projected. (This gave me faith that they were trustworthy.) Turns out, they were able to get to all the windows and they did an excellent job.

Our windows have never looked better! They are sparkling clean. I'm so happy to have found a company who manages the business side (estimates, appointments, returning phone calls) well AND the work itself. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Called the office and they sent someone out to take care of everything. They did extra washing in areas I asked them to go over because of deep staining on the stucco. They were very polite and personable and we will use them again for sure.

All of the employees and my co workers have been very friendly and professional. I love the flexibility and how understanding the owner can be when it comes to family emergencies or personal issues. I've never had to worry about losing my job when taking a day off or calling in. We recently had a employee appreciation lunch that was awesome and this is honestly the first employee appreciation that I have ever had at a place that I've worked for. This is a great company to work for whether you are looking for something full-time part-time or temporary. We offer Good pay , flexible schedules, benefits with FT employment and a respectable working environment here at Fleet Clean Denver!

Somedays you may work 12 hours and some days if you hustle and work hard you might finish in 6. Your work week usually does equal out to about 40 hours and the pay is competitive. It's the best hourly rate I had received from an employer in 8 years. This is a second chance company and the owners are great people that will work with you and treat and coach you respectfully on a human level and not as some employee number.

Avoid at all cost when there out of work due to snow they’ll try to get you to do snow removal for the same wage when there’s other company’s paying plenty more. Less then 40 hours a week even if you work a 6th day. Owners and there family are cool but everything else is not so good. They have about four employees that are great but the rest rush there job and do what they feel like instead doing the job correctly. When I told them about me not getting my 40 hours every week they said they’ll get me my 40 but still where putting me on shifts that where less then 4 hours… what a waste of a day and time. If your looking for work look somewhere else this is a good place if your a felon or one of those people that no one wants to hire
