Machines all tend to work well, there's a long handled brush in each stall as well as a foam gun, and a pressure washer. Each machine takes quarters, or now card as I saw last time we washed. The options for your wash include, various washer sprays, a tri-foam, a tire cleaner, a wax, and a regular foam wash if my memory serves right. The pressure washer is also on a rotating gantry, so you can hit all corners of your car. There are also areas to vacuum behind the washing stalls.

He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We have had our carpet washed about 5 times since we have lived here and he was able to remove stains all the previous carpet cleaners told us they couldn’t remove. If I could give them 10 stars I would, he got the job greatly done and for such a good price.

The young lady that made my appointment was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They reconfirmed my appointment the night before, Alex, the young man that was to do the work, called about 1/2 hour before he was to arrive. He did a quick walk through, asked about spots etc. and then went to work. He was dressed appropriately, neat and clean, super nice and very thorough. Alex did his work in a very timely manner and was in and out within the hour. The company truck was in great shape, also clean and that tells a lot about the company you just hired. My carpets look amazing and they were dry within a few hours unlike the last company that left my carpets so wet it took two entire days to finally dry. I think I have finally found a company that will be taking care of my cleaning needs from now on.

And, I can't say enough good things about Alex on their delivery team: he was courteous and careful in our home, came late in the evening return the rug at my request (when rescheduling would not work), and adjusted the placement until it was just right. Will definitely hire for future rug cleaning needs!

Theresa was able to quickly locate a handyman who was willing to come to my home (same day and during quarantine) to assist. The referral Theresa found ended up being able to assist me over the phone (walking me through the steps to fix the relatively simple problem). They have workers install GPS on their car and bill you based on how long the car has been parking in front of your house. NOT the actual time the works are doing their job! Workers can park their car at your house for extra 30 minute and do nothing. You will still be billing for the extra 30 minute!

From beginning to end the service was professional yet personal. Vitaliy has a great work ethic – he didn't stop until the work was completely satisfactory. He was very courteous and meticulous and didn't leave a mess.

I had my driveway, front porch, stairs and side of the house (which had years-long mold growing on it) removed of stains, dirt and mold. I can't believe the difference! Every time I walk outside and see my clean driveway and walls, it makes me feel clean too! I've never had power washing done before and know there are other power washing companies out there but Ecotech is unique because Vitaliy told me they conserve and recycle all their water which is so important during this time in California's drought.

I highly recommend Ecotech. Great service. They're family owned and local and I love supporting that.

* Convenience. The office administrator, Viktoriya, who was pleasant and friendly, gave me a quick estimate over the phone by looking at my house via Google Earth. Hence, there was no need to schedule an appointment for someone to stop by my home to give me a quote. The job contract was done via email.
* Very competitive pricing. The job estimate was exceptionally good compared to those of other companies that I had called.
* Prompt scheduling. The cleaning was scheduled to be done within a few days–no long wait for the work to be done.
* Professional servicing. The service technician, Victor, arrived punctually as scheduled, and was also friendly and courteous. He did not rush the job, was very efficient and thorough in doing his work.
* Extra effort. Victor checked for leaks along the gutters and for additional problems in the roof tile along the eaves.
*Before and after pictures. EcoTech provided me with before and after pictures by email after the job was done. Again, I appreciated this extra effort which allowed me to see for myself how sparkling clean and free of moss and debris my gutters now are!

A very frustrating experience with a vendor who does not honor their commitments.
