Not only did they do high quality work, they came back the next day to clean some windows again that got dirty when a bird hit the window after it was cleaned.
Sky Rhoney rated it 5/5: We had a crew come out for Labor Day for a full cleaning which included the inside and outside of the windows plus screens and windowsills. When we called to schedule the appointment our main concern was removing the overspray from our recently sealed brick.
The guys that initially did the cleaning were only prepared to use purified water to clean the outside of the windows and therefore were unsuccessful at removing the splatter. They also forgot to clean the skylights or wipe the windowsills on the upper level so there was dirty water bugs/dust left behind.

Empire sent another crew back a week later and one of the guys (Mike) washed the skylights and went over every single window to remove all traces of the sealant. He left every window looking brand new! I would highly recommend Empire, they stand behind their seven day rain and satisfaction guarantee.
I’ll definitely be requesting Mike in the future as he is an extremely hard working and conscientious young man. His coworker turned ill roughly 2 hours after arriving and had to return to the truck but instead of rescheduling, Mike stayed 5+ hours (until 8pm) and completed almost the entire job by himself. These days it’s nearly impossible to find employees or contractors with that kind of work ethic.

When I ran across Summit Wash Pro's name on the Next Door app, I checked the website and read reviews. It seemed Dustin, the owner, to look very professional. I got a quote on line and it was, in my opinion, very fair, so I scheduled an appointment.

The appointment was quicker than I thought, he was on time, has unbelievable equipment, and had my driveway looking brand new within 45 minutes. He even did my stairs, stoop and porch at no extra cost!

I was extremely satisfied with the work, price and ease of booking. I would highly recommend Summit Wash Pro and will use Dustin again for future pressure washing jobs.

Very unprofessional way to run your business. Extremely disappointed to have to leave this review as we were happy with the part of the job he completed. Maybe he’ll see this and actually call back! They did a great job and another thing that was awesome was they didn't have to wake me up to tell me they were here or give me a bill or anything. They came they got right to work they were fast and VERY EFFICIENT and they emailed me a bill when they were done. My gutters are dang near spotless and not to mention this is the first time since I built my house 10yrs ago I've had them done. Communication was awesome as well. Fast forward to the end of October. I wanted to schedule a gutter cleaning in advance because I figured they would be busy and I wanted to wait until after all of the leaves fell. They said no problem and got me scheduled for November 21st. Well, November 21st came around and they told me they were behind but they would get to my house as soon as possible. Never heard from them. I called a couple times and they said they sent someone out but the leaves were frozen and couldn't do their best, so they scheduled me for that Wednesday morning. Again, never heard from them. Now, it's been almost two weeks and they haven't answered any of my numerous phone calls or messages asking when they would be out and have not received any type of communication as to what is going on. Very disappointed. They do a great job if you are actually able to get them out to your house.
