They really are incredible. In fact, we typically schedule on an as needed basis and they go out of their way to get us on schedule if possible sometimes even last minute. On the occasions they can't sneak us in, we have used other cleaners and the others aren't nearly as good 4 Senses. Highly recommend. Best cleaners in Madison without a doubt.
Yasmine Reis rated it 1/5: run AWAY from this company. We hired them last year to complete a deep clean of our home after not having a cleaning service throughout the pandemic. We maintained our home, but it definitely had lots of work to do. They charged $1200, which for our 4bed/4bath house was a bit steep but after the reviews we saw on google we thought it would be worth it. They sent 3 people to our home to do all three floors (finished basement included). They did not step in to the basement, at all. They did not even open the door to go down there. In addition, other than vacuuming and a light swipe of surfaces, they did nothing. They then "discounted" the price to $600. To do nothing.
They were to wipe baseboards, they were obviously never touched. They were to clean windows, there were clear prints on nearly every window. They did nothing that was supposedly included in this "deep clean"
I did include a cleaning of the oven and microwave, which they did a fine job with, but other than the upsell and a basic wipe down, there was nothing done. I don't know what they did in the house for that long other than maybe pet my dogs.
We had to hire different company to do an actual deep clean a few weeks later, who we then hired on as our permanent cleaning company and have loved every cleaning of.

Please take your business elsewhere and run far away from this one.

If you are staging cleaning, definitely have the siding washed first, and then the windows. WOW was very reasonably priced compared to the other bids we received. We will definitely use them again.

He responded quickly to set up an appointment and texted a confirmation, an appointment reminder, and a final ETA right before the appointment. He had a flexible brush auger type device that easily went through my 18’ of “S” curves, etc. and got the vent all cleaned out for us. He even checked the airspeed coming through the outside vent before he finished up. I was very happy with him and his service and would highly recommend him. He even has a nice online portal for paying the final invoice. Impressive.

The one good thing that I can say to their credit (and the reason I'm not leaving a 1-star review) is that they did make the situation right in the end. That said, working with them was not worth the time it took to project manage their people on what should be very straight forward work.

It took multiple visits from their technicians to actually clean my gutters because I was not willing to accept leaving the debris from the gutter on the roof directly above the gutter as "cleaned". The technician also broke one of my window screens and thought it would be sufficient to tell his boss about it. When I called to let them know that I wouldn't be paying my invoice until it was addressed they were unable to come up with an idea on their own re: how they could fix it. I offered two solutions, replace the screen, or discount their services by the price I would pay to replace the screen. They chose the former and several weeks later I have a new screen and their invoice is paid.

He worked alone and was diligent with his work. When he finished he walked around with me and explained what he had done and any trouble spots he had encountered. The outside of our house, which had never been washed in the 20 years we've been here, looks very clean. We were very pleased with the results. I didn't know who to turn to to get this job done, and I'm quite happy at having found and hired DiamondClean Pros. I highly recommend.

Inquiries were answered promptly and when Jonathan came out to look at the job, he was very knowledgeable (I learned a lot) and easy to talk to, and the estimate he gave was very reasonable.

Was easy to set up, easy to gets quote, easy to confirm, and on the day of the power washing and outside window washing, he was very quick, but also very detailed and complete. The only little thing was that Jon was a bit late to get started, but he stayed in touch by phone to give me updates on when he’d be here. It all worked out just fine.

The boss is only ever concerned about herself. Don’t work for this company unless you wanna go into debt trying to get there everyday. Don’t get your house cleaned by them either they suck

Before you get the job they tell you guaranteed full time once you start working there you get off hours early before the end of your shift. The coworkers are just as bad. Don’t get your house cleaned by them they will use your personal ideams and they don’t clean how they should! WORST COMPANY EVER
