  (However, the lead was more interested in his phone.)
  They said they need to treat the roof and let it soak and they would be out next week.

  Over 2 weeks later, they texted to schedule the follow-up visit. I took off from work to be at the location. Which, they do not show up for and said they would call back to reschedule.

  About a week later, I get a call saying they are heading over. So, I have to drop what I'm doing and head over to the house.

  They finished up, and I walked around, and everything looks okay, but there is one side of the roof I just cannot see from the ground.

  A few weeks pass, and I'm finally at the right angle and I can clearly see that the roof still has moss all over it! I took a picture and questioned them about it.

  Their response was the following:
  First was, that side of the house was never in my quote. So, I send he the message back to him showing that, we never discussed any exclusions.

  Then he said, that verbally, he said he didn't do that roof. Which we never discussed that. Why on earth would I only want 3/4 of my roof cleaned when I paid for the entire house and roof to be washed plus tip ($900)? They are refusing to come back and correct the problem, so I will have to have someone else come out and finish the job.
