From making the estimate appointment, all the way to after he finished the first job, Patrick has been professional, respectful, and patient (especially compared to other estimates I received). He is very detailed and asks the right questions. He always answers your call or responds quickly. The windows also looked amazing to top it off! Our building looks brand new. We will keep going to then monthly for maintenance as well.

He was very thoughtful, thorough, and considerate of our time and that of our neighbors. He came for an early morning appointment, treated our balcony with a disinfectant as well as washed our glass doors. We are very happy with his work. Patrick also gave us recommendations on how to paint the balcony once it dries from the power wash. We will definitely use his services again! We highly recommend Patrick, you won't be disappointed!
