They always arrive within the time window, typically right at the start of the window. Very conscientious workers, minding my plants and sprinkler heads, and exceedingly warm and friendly. Truly, this organization stands out for its overall high level of professionalism. Price is also quite reasonable for the amount of time spent on-site, and very high quality of work. He cleaned up all the areas on the ground around the house and carried off all the debris. We are very happy with their service and we are now on their maintenance program so they come twice a year to clean the roof and gutters and they also clean our screens and windows in the spring.

All the northwest green scum is gone; the trim and the gutters are white again. The soft wash on the deck brightened the boards right up ready for me to stain. And our newly washed windows will glint in the sun as soon as it starts shining in the northwest again! Marcos answered all my questions about process and products, and he took great care to remove hanging glass ornaments we forgot to move ahead of time. We cannot say enough good things about him and his work, and I will ask for him again for future projects.
Johnny Tsunami's front office deserves high praise as well. Kai responded immediately to my query with a visit and a quote, and Erica worked extra hard to make a suddenly difficult scheduling issue seamless for us. Thank you all! Johnny Tsunami made our house shine again!

I even emailed asking when they were going to install – Once I approved the estimate it was crickets from them. I called today to see when I was scheduled only to be told that they are booked for the season and would not be doing my lights. WORST experience with a company.

They also took care to ensure that all of the organic debris that was on my roof was collected and deposited into my yard waste bin and my decks and windows were all washed down once they were finished cleaning. I also had them do some minor repairs/reattachment of my gutters that had partially separated from my roof lines due to the snow, ice and windy weather this winter. Finding reliable contractors who do quality work on your home isn’t the time for going with the cheapest option if you value having the job done right and using equipment designed for the job being performed. This is my second service with this company and I will call them again when I need to have this job performed once more on my home.

D C rated it 1/5: We hired this company for gutter cleaning. Terrible work!!! We added on for the upcharge to clean the exterior…which they did not do at all…only made more of a mess to clean up! When we talked with them they agreed it was awful work and would make it right and send someone out to take care of it. We waited 2 hours and no one showed up. Highly suggest using a more professional company.
Stefiena R rated it 1/5: We scheduled to get an estimate for gutter cleaning at 2pm, but they showed up at 9am without any notice that they would be showing up that early. The only person at home at the time was my grandma who doesn’t speak English very well and didn’t know what was going on. An employee came and talked to my grandma but she didn’t give any permission yet to go to our backyard.
While my grandma went back inside to ask us about what was going on, we caught on our cameras that the employee opened our fence gate from the outside and basically broke into our backyard. We had a carabiner lock on the gate so he took that off too and improperly put it back on. You would think that having a “beware of dog” sign and a lock on the gate would mean that you would ask for permission and have us open the gate for you first. Then he just left without saying anything. Luckily for the employee, our dog was inside and nothing happened. For the safety of your own employees and our pets, please be more careful. This was honestly just very unprofessional and we were very uncomfortable with the situation.

I am very happy with the quality of work in all facets of this project and the pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend JD and Clear Skies Cleaning to neighbors, friends and family.

On the day of my appointment, Kyle worked quickly and was respectful of the property. I waited 24 hours to review the work and compared to how the windows looked before, I'd say they were at least an 80% improvement. With the sun shining on my windows the following day, I noticed there were streaks in some windows and the corners looked like they were missed.

All in all, I was happy with the service, price and experience.

We had a few crossed wires on the quote and scheduling but they were really good about ironing it out. Called me a few times to make sure we were on the same page. The crew was also fast, courteous and did a beautiful job. I didn’t get the “deluxe” package so wasn’t sure what to expect, but the final job exceeded expectations. Even little details like how a bulb is centered on the roof peaks. Wouldn’t have thought about that beforehand, but makes the job look professional. Highly recommended.

The tech that installed my lights was very efficient and friendly. The lights look great. I would totally pay a little more to have more options though (different color lights, trim for windows and garage doors, larger fully light wreaths or bows). They do offer live swags and wreaths, but that’s not the look I was going for.

You can own a triplex on a very steep slope, for example, where the only viable means of window cleaning is repelling from fall protection anchors at the apex of a steeply curved roof. Add to that, concern with getting the job done right, reliability (twice a year, right on schedule Kiro shows up), combined with a fair price and you have my reason for a 5-star recommendation.
