Kailyn Robert rated it 5/5: Kelly was truly a miracle for us. We've had a very rough move-in and didn't have a functioning kitchen sink for over two weeks, and once Kelly showed up we knew we were in good hands. He was so dedicated to helping us and got our kitchen sink completely fixed in under 24 hours, even working late hours to help us. I just can't stress enough how great he was and how grateful we were for his help!

Most relevant reviews:

  • Jason Dunnagan rated it 5/5: Roto-Rooter provided the most professional employee for a water heater replacement (Caleb M. #5505). Showed up on-time with a courtesy notification to inspect the leak, confirm the issue and was back with a new unit to install in 1.5hrs. My crawlspace is essentially a 3ft tall torture chamber with a small concrete pit… Caleb managed to get the old heater out with zero rust-water spills and new heater in without a scratch. Very knowledgeable on code requirements; best contractor I've let into my home.
  • Thai Pollard rated it 5/5: They came hours before the appointment time which was amazing with my schedule. The technician Zack was professional throughout and courteous. He kept me informed throughout the installation of my toilet. Thank you Zach I now feel comfortable in my new home purchase. I will use you for all my plumbing in the future☺️.

  • scott bass rated it 1/5: Called Customer service and was offered same day appointment. Tech never showed. Called back after assigned window and was told the appointment was never made and was not in the system. I was then told I probably called a different company and it happened all the time. Which I can understand that, but… it doesn't take 10 minutes to get that point across. I explained that the clean out was in the crawl space and need the proper accommodations for it and was told they could accommodate it. I tried to get some pricing ahead of time for standard sewage cleaning and was told they couldn't do that. Finally I got a real confirmation for the following day in my email. Following day the tech shows up early, which is fine. I explain what I need done and I explain that the clean out is in the crawl space. He tells me he has to take apart his machine and could take 2 hours and would require another person. So goes back and forth to his van making phone calls. Lastly he tells me bad news his machine wont fit or his partners wont fit. That they recently upgraded their machines and they are taller. So he is going to have to charge me extra to remove 2 toilets upstairs or just scope the pipe. I told the tech that I wont be requiring their service any longer. I am very disappointed in how this was handled from the first call to the tech leaving. I was hoping to have my issue taken care of by a business that is at this time 4.7 stars. But ill be looking else where.
  • Chad Austin rated it 1/5: Summary of disappointments:
Rescheduled, last minute, on me three times and my next day repair wound up taking place 3 days later.

Charge was shocking. Genuinely. We were told they are an emergency plumbing service and they charge higher rates. See my last point. What’s the emergency when the repair is rescheduled twice? Customer service representative told me, when scheduling the repair, they could not share “any idea of the prices for services because they were not provided any guidance on pricing.” After seeing our bill, I can see why.

To add insult to injury, a hole was cut in our ceiling for the repair. The plumber told us he would cut the whole so we could easily cover with an air vent. He then left. He left behind a crooked cut out that was off of the measurements he promised we could cover with a reasonably sized air vent. Nope. No we have several hundred dollars of dry wall repair.

This experience is the worst I have ever had in calling in a repair service. When asked to explain how the plumber arrived at the exorbitant fee he said, “That’s just what we charge.” No breakdown of parts or labor nor comparison to market standards. We genuinely felt taken which is not a good feeling.

  • Caitlin Morissette rated it 5/5: The technicians were on time, friendly, and professional. They worked as quickly as possible and were reassuring in the face of some unexpected issues. They cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done and put my heavy garden rocks back for me after the excavation! The project manager was responsive and helpful with the details that our insurance adjustor requested. This company also charged much less than the amount that another big company wanted to charge us, for what I feel was excellent service. Thank you!
  • Shane Moran rated it 5/5: I called Mr Rooter and was able to get a same-day appointment. Worked with Carter, he was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. He even gave me a couple tips for next time. This is the second time we’ve called Mr. Rooter (unrelated issues, don’t worry) and both jobs were done thoroughly by genuinely nice dudes who clearly take pride in their work. Reasonably priced for quality of work, great experiences both times.

Carter and Kyle, the two installers were extremely professional, courteous, and performed the install flawlessly. I couldn’t be more happy with what happened yesterday with the response from Mr. Rooter and the two super super installers. I also really appreciate the great discount provided to me as a veteran. Thank you thank you thank you.
  • Kevin Green rated it 5/5: I called Mr rooter to get my kitchen sink plumbing unclogged. I was quoted a fair price which is exactly what I paid. No tax no hidden fees. Benjamin called 15 minutes before he was supposed to get here. He arrived on time. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. He was clean. He wore booties whenever he was in the house and made sure that my laminate flooring would not get damaged. He unclogged my drain and ran water through it for a long time to make sure that it was clear. Cleaned up all of his mess which was very minimal. All in all this was literally the best plumbing type problem I've ever had. I will definitely be using Mr rooter in the future.

They were both kind, attentive, personable, and intelligent!

Everyone in the neighborhood recommended them and now I see why! Hopefully, we will not need plumbers in the future but if we do, we will definitely be calling them!!

  • Phyllis Goss rated it 5/5: The technician Daniel was extremely knowledgeable at his craft skilled technician. Daniel educates the customer on not only what is wrong and needing fixed but takes the time to explain it. He was thorough in fixing another technician from another company mistakes. Daniel was able to easy see the errors (there were many) and explain why they were wrong and how he would fix them.
Because the toilet was done incorrectly he took the time to check the faucet and the other person had installed it wrong as well. He has proven he and his company to outstanding work. A satisfied customer thank you
  • J.P.Speers SRES-CDPE Your Realtor For Life rated it 5/5: I cannot express how professional and honest the service was that we received. Not only were they able to accommodate our very tight schedule, but they also saved us a substantial amount of money. A previous plumbing company quotes us an insane figure to fix a broken water main valve that was leaking. Then BullsEye steps in and shows us that the valve wasn't broken at all, but that a loose nut down the line was in fact the problem. Where others would have taken advantage of the situation, to make a big pay day, this company stuck with honesty and resolved our issue they day of. Thank you very much for your incredible service.
  • Heidi Jackson rated it 5/5: BullsEye installed a new gas line for my gas dryer in my laundry room. In order to do this, they had to work with the natural gas company to increase gas line pressure to my home. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. They took care of all the hard work for me. Everyone was on time, responsive and the quote was very close to the final price, which was actually less than the initial quote. I will definitely be calling BullsEye if I ever need services in the future. They were an ideal partner!

The team at Leo's is experienced, professional, and always puts the customer first. They're also very reasonably priced, which is always a bonus. Meagan Dial rated it 5/5: A++! After a 2 year long battle of back ups from a toilet in our new-build home and our warranty company trying to convince us the toilet was fine, we had Leo's come out to do an independent scope of the toilet. Jeremiah was fantastic: professional, efficient, thorough, and very experienced in explaining to us what the scope showed. In less than an hour he was able to find the construction defect that had been causing all our issues, among other things to possibly address. He also got all the initial reports back to us in less than 24hrs for us to be able to submit to our warranty company at a meeting we had scheduled the next day. 10/10 recommend them!

  • RYAN EELLS rated it 5/5: After getting outrageous quotes from several other plumbing companies to clear a block in our main sewage line we were fortunate to find Leo’s. They offered by FAR the lowest pricing and did a fantastic job. Richard was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The issue was resolved quickly and in time for visiting family. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any plumbing work!
  • Ocean Eyes rated it 5/5: Ismael and Dustin did a fantastic job! Ismael referred me to their business and I called today, and they showed up quickly! My three year old had flushed a toy down the toilet and these guys only took about half an hour to get it out( including having to take the whole toilet off and getting it back on). They were professional and friendly and I’ll definitely be using this business for any future needs.Thank you Leo’s!

  • Frank Tims rated it 5/5: Excellent Service! We had our sewer line cleaned out and we are so happy with their service and attention to detail. Richard was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything to us and even sent us a video of the line after it was cleaned out. I truly trust this company. I highly recommend you call them before you get ripped off from another company that says the pipe is broken when it's not. The ladies in the office were also wonderful so attentive scheduling my appointment and letting me know when they would come. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
  • Emma Lysek rated it 1/5: If you need to do excavation DO NOT USE THEM. Leo's services was a nightmare. A job that should have taken 1 day spanned over a week. The lead for excavation projects Brian is never in the office and never picks up his phone. He take a week to get back to you via email. They broke our water intake pipe while they were replacing your sewer line. We had to pay over 10k to have the whole job completed. The workers left trash everywhere, broke the stone walkway in our backyard, parked the heavy machinery on our lawn rounding the ground, and didn't compact the ground properly when they were done, leaving a sink-hole looking thing very close to our house. I had to demand they come back and fix my backyard and re-assembly our fence (which they took apart). The whole thing was a nightmare. The only redeeming trait was getting a boss involved, Johnnie, who was more responsive and helped got the men to come back and fix my yard.

B&L Plumbing is a highly rated plumbing company based in Colorado Springs, CO. Customers say that they are reliable, affordable, and provide great customer service. They also note that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and that they were able to quickly and easily resolve any issues they had.

Brandon Robertson rated it 1/5: Do not use this business! On 12 August my wife and I contacted B and L plumbing to clear a blockage in our toilet that was draining into our bath tub. They came out 13 August, had to pull the toilet and 500 dollars later the plumber ran water through it and told us it was clear. Fast forward to 17 August when I contacted B and L plumbing to inform them that the toilet was clogged and still emptying into the bath tub and talked to a Chelsea who said she would call me back after talking to the plumber. Two hours later she got back to me and told me they would not warranty the repair since there is no way to know what was flushed down the toilet between now and then. I told her the toilet had not been in use as none of us had used it or were home that week due to a family outing and my birthday. She told me that she could only do something with the information provided and that it would be another 300 to 500 dollars. I am a disabled veteran going to college and am on a massively fixed income and can not afford another 500 dollar bill from a predatory company like B and L Plumbing.

  • victoria mcghee rated it 5/5: Called about 15 different companies and B&L got back to me and was able to help out the same day, Kevin was the plumber who helped me out and he was very nice and professional, 4 drains in my house including the kitchen drain were backed up, he fixed the kitchen drain and told me what was wrong with the rest. Had a really great experience with this company. Thanks again Kevin!
  • Amber Lundy rated it 5/5: I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a leak in my ceiling coming into my living room and couldn't figure out where it was from. After calling a different plumbing company out first we quickly sent them away due to their poor service and outrageous prices. B&L was very responsive and sent someone the next day. Stuart helped us out and had to come and go a few times over a weeks time to get the repair done. He was very knowledgeable and sympathetic with our "bad news" on the repair. Even the ladies in the office were super kind each time I called and moved appts around. Kudos to this company for hiring such amazing people. Thank you Stuart and B&L for all the help and repairs you did. We can sleep better at night now!
  • Troy Goeckerman rated it 4/5: Called B&L Monday morning for an electric water heater replacement. They were able to schedule me in the next day between 8am – 10am. They arrived first thing at 8am, assessed the situation then ran to their warehouse to pick up the proper water heater for replacement. They got right to work when they returned. They were professional and did a great job and finished up around 12pm.

My only surprise was the sticker shock of $2,650 they billed me for the service. There was no itemized receipt for any of the charges. I can only guess around $1,400 for labor and $1,000 for the water heater. I don't know. B&L won't disclose that information to customers.

If you're on a tight budget, shopping for a lower price might save you $700 or $800 dollars or more,

Hopefully this new water heater will last 18 years like the old one they replaced.

  • Daria Awusah rated it 1/5: I do NOT recommend this company! To attempt to charge someone $1,000+ to disconnect and later reconnect a water supply valve and cap the water supply line is simply unconscionable. I had B&L Plumbing come out this morning to shut off a water valve/supply line in advance of a new kitchen counter and sink removal. I also previously scheduled their return visit in two days to reconnect after the new counter, sink, & faucet are installed. I was quoted $1000+ ($364 for today’s visit to shut off the water supply valve and cap the water supply, and $300 to reconnect water supply line to homeowner-provided faucet, and $350 to reconnect water supply line to owner-provided sink & basket in two days). Upon hearing these charges, I canceled the appointment for Thursday informing him that the $1,000 total price and even the $364 for the 3 minutes it took him to shut off the water supply line and cap it today was excessively high. I informed him that the price he is quoting me is over $700 higher than the national average, Home Depot’s estimated pricing available online, and what had been told to me by the granite counter companies who work with licensed plumbers daily, as well as many home flippers who likewise do the same. Upon calling a family member who has flipped homes for over 40years and having a conversation about being ripped off in his presence, B&L’s plumber then agreed to lower the price for the 3 minute water shut up (10minutes total home visit) appointment to $264. Again, to attempt to charge someone over $1,000 to disconnect and later reconnect a water supply valve and cap water supply line is unconscionable. As such, I would not recommend B&L Plumbing at all! I shared my above concerns with Chelsea, who, in my two interactions with her was very professional. She simply asked that I include in my review that her plumber eventually lowered the price AFTER I told him it was excessive.

David Magar rated it 5/5: Mark was great to work with! I had a very clogged up main sewer line and Mark was able to make an after hours visit to help me out the very evening I had my issue. Everyone else I called wanted another day or two before they could make it out.

Mark worked with me that night to get the line unclogged and was very thorough in showing me in my pipe where the clogs were, and how bad the root growth was. The further along he got, the more worried he got about how badly clogged the pipe was. He didn't have the industrial sized drain auger head he ended up needing with him that night, so he got the line clear enough to work, and then came back the next day to finish cleaning out the pipe.

All along the way he showed me on the drain snake cam all the issues, and any time he found anything new he was sue to make sure it was all cleared out. Once the pipe was clean he did another quick run through of the length of the line to the street to make sure I could see that he had thoroughly cleared it out.

The previous owner had covered the outside cleanout valve so he also used the sonar on his snake to help me find where the outside clean out was so that I could dig it up if any future issues arose.

He worked with me on pricing and I felt he was fair for the amount of work he ended up having to do. I highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

It was next to impossible to get anybody else out, but Mark was able to come by same day. Greatly appreciated and would definitely use again for other plumbing needs.
  • A E rated it 5/5: Mark came out on short notice within the same night to find and clear out a mainline blockage. After working for several hours, our piping proved to be challenging and he returned the next evening to successfully clear out several root balls as well as making toilet repairs on his way out. He is communicative, knowledgeable, and an outstanding professional who remained patient throughout a difficult job. Thank you for your time and excellent work!

  • Amelia Black rated it 5/5: I moved into a new home a week ago and found myself standing in water in my kitchen. I called every 24 hour plumber in town. Mark was quickly responsive and the only one who would come out overnight. He was forthcoming about cost, very professional and proactive about identifying the problem, showing me what he found, and fully resolving the problem. He took pictures along the way to show the progression and his findings. And he shared everything with me. I would definitely recommend Pro Power Rooter for your plumbing needs – especially those emergencies that can't wait. You'll be in great hands!
  • Krystal Duckett rated it 5/5: Mark was responded very quickly when I reached out needing a water heater repair on a weekend, in the evening. My dog had chewed through multiple wires and the damage was worse than we initially thought. Despite the difficulty of the repair, Mark was very upfront and reasonable about costs the entire time. He was also very kind about teaching me/ telling me what he was doing along the way. I felt as though he did quality work and did his best to ensure long-term solutions. Great guy, great work, super reasonable prices and HONEST service.

Samantha Oppenheimer rated it 5/5: Jason really know his stuff! I am so glad to have a plumber to call that I can have confidence in. His pricing is fair, he always shows up when he says he's going to, he does thorough but quick work. I have issues I've had other plumbers look at and they didn't know what they were even looking at. Jason knew right away, what it was and how to fix it.

  • Bill Carver rated it 5/5: Based on 4.8 ratings on Google reviews, I called Green Plumbing. No answer……..I left a voicemail explaining the situation. Before I could hangup, Jason was returning my call. I explained the leaking pipe connection problem and got a long pause to the point I thought we lost the phone connection. What a surprise to hear him say, "I can be there in about 30 minutes". And he kept his word. Very pleasant and business like……didn't try to up sell or "blow smoke". Diagnosed the problem and had the part on his truck. 15 minutes later no more water leaking. I understand not every situation is going to be a fortunate as mine. This is now my "go-to-guy" when I need help with plumbing.
  • Jack Brown rated it 5/5: Jason came and installed new shower fixtures and put in a new gas line for my range. He did an incredible job! He did the shower in a way that I didn't need to do any tile work, the gas line was done super fast and he even gave me a bunch of advice on a water meter issue he noticed and set me straight about my water heater (I thought I needed to replace it but he showed me that it was totally fine). I whole heartedly recommend him for any job and the next time I need a plumber calling green plumbing will be a no brainer. I wish I could give more than five stars!
  • Grant Pallas rated it 5/5: I called green plumbing after dealing with many “professional” companies. I talked to Jason who genuinely gave me the time of day and completed a residential project for me with care and pride. It’s hard to find honest plumbers who take pride in there work. All American 🇺🇸 and genuine human, a rarity these days. This is a family owned company, understand they are booked so make sure you schedule and brick a time. I would recommend to friends and family.

  • Justine Gurule rated it 5/5: I called priority plumbing as soon as we found a leak under our house on a Sunday. They were one of the only companies to answer right away and sent Paul out the very next morning. Paul was great when it came to finding the problem with our sewer line. He recommended a mitigation team to come out and clean the area before he could do the plumbing work and he set up the appointment for us. The mitigation team was out cleaning up the next day on Tuesday and Paul came back out about an hour after everything was cleaned and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company and their timely responses to an emergency situation!

  • Adam Wilkinson rated it 5/5: The technician was super nice and extremely helpful. We just bought our house and he showed us more efficient ways we could run some of the plumbing. Also had a leak in the pipe to our yard sprinkler, and because it's winter, he shut the valve and offered ways to fix it in the spring. The house call was $49 and very affordable considering no actual work was performed.
  • Gregory Roberts rated it 5/5: Aaron was Polite, Professional, Precise, and Extremely knowledgeable. Priority Plumbing will forever be the #1 plumbing and heating team my brother and I will recommend to our new home buyers all thanks to Aaron. Aaron renewed my faith in quality and reasonably priced service. Thank you Aaron!
  • Jon Snyder rated it 5/5: Bob was amazing and completely professional. I called several places and no one would help with my water heater in my mobile unit. I spoke to Bob and explained I need a plumber. He came within the hour and had everything fixed and tested working perfectly. Bob even called 3 hours later for a follow up to make sure everything was working as intended. Hands down the best plumbing company. I was charged accordingly which was what I thought it should have cost which was very reasonable. Thank you Bob for everything!

Rebekah Graner rated it 5/5: While showing me the video of the sewer line scope during my home inspection, Fred noticed what looked to be a small crack in the pipe towards the edge of my property. He provided me with a couple of options but highly recommended that it get replaced in the near future. It ended up being more damaged than what was previous thought, so I'm very grateful that he recommended replacing the pipe right away.
During the repair, a member of his team kept me informed throughout the entire process. The team also managed to complete the repair in a only few hours (including digging out and then re-filling part of the street). I would definitely recommend A Team Excavation to others!

  • Jodi Rae Randa Realtor rated it 5/5: Fred and his family owned business are A+ for sure. Being a single women in a new area it was scary to try to get this sewer fixed. The sewer scope people I originally hired missed a big problem because one of the cleanouts was buried. Fred was quick to expose the problem and was able to fit me in, in less than 48 hours. Also my insurance company first denied my claim because they focused on the first sewer scope from the other company which missed the big problem, Fred and his team were so amazing they talked to the supervisor at the insurance company and wrote a thorough report and now my claim is APPROVED:) I could not be more grateful. As a Realtor of 17 years I will make sure my clients hire Fred & the A team for their sewer scope and sewer repairs needs.

  • Cody rated it 5/5: Fred and A team fixed my sewer line last Oct, reasonable pricing and excellent professionalism. He uses high quality sewer pipes that are not foam core. Would recommend to anyone needing a sewer replacement. No issues since my line was replaced, it only took a day to fix. Also Fred is honest and will tell you the truth of what needs to be done, instead of what can make him the most money.
  • Ashley Payne rated it 5/5: Fred and his team are incredible to work with. We called them with an urgent repair to our water line and he was able to complete all repairs the same day! Fred and his team are courteous, professional, and honest. Their job site clean up is phenomenal and thorough. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly cares about the community they serve and strives to do the best thing for the customer, not just their bottom line. Other reviews are accurate, this team is truly the “A-Team”! Thanks so much Fred and crew!
  • Haelee Engel rated it 5/5: Backhoe Fred and The ATeam is my go-to sewer contractor! Fred is so knowledgeable, professional, on time, and friendly. He is able to do everything from a sewer scope to cleaning a line, to full excavation or pipe bursts and "sleeves". So, when a problem shows up in a scope, he can give you a couple of options plus a ballpark estimate right on the spot. I have never had Fred try to upsell me on any of the jobsites that I have worked with him on. I have also never had him not honor his bid. And to back him up, Alana is a rock star in the office…equally knowledgeable, available, professional and SO HELPFUL! Realtors….if you need a reliable teammate for inspections, this is the one you need!!
