Always courteous wearing a mask and covering their boots walking in/out the door. We will be using Eco Plumber in the future for upgrading our house to the latest standards out on the market! Not sure why he wasn't prepared with a hose for the water tank tune up service requested, but he was able to use my hose to accomplish the work without delay. The galvanized pipe he replaced with copper looks great! I had a couple of concerns, but once I made a call, Bert, my technician, came right back and fixed the concern to make sure I was totally happy with the work. Bert's customer service was outstanding!!!

Scheduling was fantastic! I called around 10am and they were here shortly after noon, which was really surprising given it was a non-emergency call and I was expecting to wait at least a week per other plumber's timelines.

As for the service itself, Eric was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed one non-emergency issue and gave me a quote to address it whenever, no pressure at all. He also showed me how to replace the filter in the unit and gave advice on how to decide when it needs replaced. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

Cost at the end was $0, as promised with the care plan, but I was glad to note they didn't have any hidden fees or undisclosed caveats.

This is my second time working with EcoPlumbers and I will be trusting them again in the future

I didnot get to see the receipt that they charge me for the part. And for the the new valve that they install for me, it not go all the way in with the pipe. They said it is okay to put it like that. It is not a big deal. Instead they told me if there is something wrong with the valve, it hav warranty and call whoever to come and see. I hope it is true. Because when they took the old one off, it pretty tight that they have to use some strength to take it out. I paid the full cost cus I expect the work to be done well. And it is not cheap. It is very expensive. Almost 500 bucks for this morning. Probably would think twice if I want to use their service again.

Chris Welch was the technician that responded. I informed him i had been without gas for 3 days and had a newborn in the house. He was honest saving my landlord $600 and got started as soon as he got the green light. He was very professional and and informative on the issues and what needed to be fixed. Highly recommend apex for any plumbing needs.

We met with Todd to talk about our issue and estimate. He was honest and fair. He helped us apply for financing and we were approved same day. Tim, our service tech, and his team were awesome. They worked hard to have our main water line replaced under our house (bilevel home) with directional boring. From start to finish, the job took 6 hours. They called out the city to inspect the line when it was time. I appreciated that they wore boot covers when walking in and out of the house. They made sure that they left my yard and sidewalk the best that they could, they laid out seed and straw.

iNoah Dude rated it 1/5: My experience has been a nightmare that’s lasted over 3 months and keeps getting worse. April 16th I had them out to replace my upstairs bathroom faucet under the home warranty. Job was completed and then 3 days later I come downstairs to water coming out of my ceiling. I called Apex and they got someone there pretty quickly and I learned that the guy that replaced the faucet didn’t tighten a water line. To their credit they did get All Phase restoration out the same day to start the drying process. 8 days later after everything was dry, they told me that the construction crew would be in contact to set up a time to repair the damage to the drywall and ceiling . Fast forward to July 21st after the lame duck construction crew gave me the run around for 3 months- they finally come to install the vanity in the bathroom-they got it in but again left everything else unfinished. I come downstairs this morning and surprise surprise there’s water coming out of my ceiling under the vanity they just put in yesterday. The nightmare basically starts all over again. During this process I’ve had to reach out to Apex after never getting a follow up unless I call first. No owner or manager has ever reached out on their own, until this morning when the situation became unbearable and I had to call again. If the situation somehow gets rectified I will update my review to let people know. Until then please beware of what you’re getting into with this company. 2nd picture is from April, first and last are from today, the nightmare is getting worse.

I had to shut the water off to the house as there was no shut off valve. That was 2pm on a Saturday. I called several other plumbers and was put on a wait list for Monday.
From the first interaction when they picked up the phone there was no doubt they understood going 2 days without water wasn’t really an option. They took all my information and said they’d send the next available technician out. I was expecting Saturday night. He was at my house at 430PM.

He took a look gave me options to fix it. Explained in depth why it broke and within. A couple of hours had water back on

It’s been awhile since I’ve been able to leave a 5 star review. But from initial contact right through job completion was handled flawlessly

He was courteous , very considerate , very efficient and did a great job to avoid excess water on my cabinet floors or on the hardwood floors. Joe Pro rated it 1/5: I was given a price of $2,626 based on the premise that major changes would have to be made to both the cold and hot water lines, the relief valve vent pipe and the installation of a drain line for the new drip pan that is required with the installation, due to the slightly larger diameter of the new tank and the required drip pan. As it turned out, no changes at all were made to either water line other than the installation of a shut off valve in the cold-water line. The relief valve vent pipe was directed into the new drip pan and not to the outside as it should have been since the unit sits in an enclosed space. The new drip pan was installed but no drain line was installed, defeating the purpose of having a drip pan in the first place. After several phone conversations with ARS Recue Rooter and Lowe's, whom I went through for this service, I found out that ARS does not charge by the hour and that the price is fixed before the so called "estimator" even shows up. I was duped into signing what I thought was an estimate, but it was actually a contract. There were no physical papers, just this guy's pad. He never showed me anything on the pad. Very deceptive pricing and sales tactics. The entire job took 1 hour and 45 minutes. After several more phone calls ARS grudgingly consented to refund back to me $500, which I have not yet received.

He has been to my home several times, always wears shoe coverings, and is very friendly. I have had 3 faucets, 2 toilet resets, and a new line to the refrigerator installed. Customer service has always been friendly and worked around my schedule when I had new flooring installed. They scheduled to remove toilets and then came back the next day to reset them. I’m pretty picky and they did the job I wanted and didn’t try to oversell. I will use them to have a new sump pump installed when the time comes. Timothy Alexander rated it 1/5: I really wanted to like this company. However when they replaced my hot water tank several months ago, unbeknownst to me, to make the new, larger unit fit, the tech shortened my washer drain. In doing so, the washer drain isn't tall enough anymore to properly drain, and there is a deeply curved 'trap', (that wasn't there before), that causes the water to rush back up and out of the drain. I had asked the tech at the time about all the 'left over' PVC pipe pieces, but he'd assured me it was from the old tank- when in fact it was actually my working washer drain that he'd removed and replaced with a shorter pipe, with a very curved 'trap'. He did this in order to make the new tank easier to install, or he simply didn't reassemble the drain properly after removing it to install the tank.
The back of the washer/drain/hoses/etc. are all in a separate room than the front of the washer. It's accessed clear on the other side of the house through a tiny door next to the fridge in the kitchen. I've went in there once to change my furnace filter months ago. I noticed the concrete floor was a bit 'damp', so I put a damp-rid in the room and thought nothing more about it- bottom line, my washer has been draining into this small utility room and flooding for months! There is actually mold on one of the wall studs now! I'd noticed my new flooring warping near the furnace intake vent, but couldn't understand why. It's the only place in the house that my new flooring is warped, chipping. I know now it's from the water leaking under the furnace in the utility room and seeping under the laminate flooring!

Am I stupid for not realizing this sooner- yes, I admit I am. Is Discount Drains responsible for their tech tampering with, and ruining my washer drain- yes, yes they are! As well as removal of the resulting mold and my warped flooring!

I have contacted them, and I was told they are sending someone out to, "dispute the mold." Not a very courteous response at all! If they repair/replace the washer drain so it functions properly as it did before they ruined it, and address the mold they caused, I will remove this post, however if they refuse to repair the washer drain that their tech ruined, and clean/repair the mold, I will have no choice but to litigate for damages and will continue to strongly suggest not doing business with this company! I trusted them to do the job right. I'm super disappointed both in their workmanship and response to my issue!

So we were in a panic because our main water was shut off and if we didn’t get someone out ASAP to fix it we were not going to have running water until someone could. Dave and Mike showed up within an hour of calling and gave a quote within 5 minutes of being here. They were incredibly professional and helpful and installed the sink, cleaned up the mess from the counter installation, tested to make sure there were no leaks, turned the water back on and did it all with a smile! I truly appreciated their amazing attitude, professionalism and prompt service! Mike said that Dave is the wizard and I wholeheartedly agree! Thank you so much!!
K D rated it 4/5: I had a plumbing issue and Roto Rooter was extremely responsive and came out the same day. Bobby was the plumber who came out and he was excellent! Very professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication skills, and performed high quality work while keeping me informed during the entire process.
The only negative is the service was extremely expensive and a lot more than I had anticipated. The final total was almost $300 more than what I was told when he surveyed the situation.

The work was excellent as was the quality and communication. I will likely look for another plumbing company in the future only because of the cost.
G William Pratt rated it 3/5: We experienced a blockage of a kitchen drain, so began to call plumbers for assistance. Most plumbing businesses were giving us a 4-6 day wait list. Roto-Rooter said they would be out the next day, between 10am and 2pm on Saturday. At 11:30, we received a call that the plumber was running behind.
By 5:30pm, we received no further word, so I called their office. I was told we were not forgotten. Nothing the rest of the night.

Sunday morning, I called them at 9:30am to see what was going on. I was passed to several different people before hearing that we were again on the schedule between 10 & 2. At Noon, I received a call that the plumber was again running behind. He showed up at 4pm and got right to work. He was very nice, polite and answered all the questions I had. He even provided tips to avoid drain issues in the future.

Then came the bill, which was $440. Definitely not pleased by the wait time, the lack of communication and a stiff bill. At no time did we argue or raise voices. It was an overall polite experience on the phone.

Our plumber was very nice and have nothing bad to say about him. My disappointment was lack communication, coordination and the dispatching of his services. I’m sure he was only following orders.

Still, not sure I will use them again or even recommend them.

Pricing wise it is on much higher side. They charge based on the task. So in 2 hours 3-4 tasks and all charged individually. That makes the cost much higher.

from sewer quest or my insurance company. 8 days after sewer quest said job was complete sewer backed up. hired
another company and they ran a camera in drain and said pipe was broken 3 feet from where sewer quest stopped.they want 5575.00 dollars to finish job right. my insurance company said sewer quest turned in bill for replacing twenty two feet of pipe when they only did twelve feet. the extra ten feet would have solved my problem. trying now to talk to auditor from insurance company. havent heard from insurance company yet, but it has only been one week. they must be busy. pivotol home solutions is my insurance company.

We called a very well know company in town, the tech came out and gave us a quote of $990.00 because he had to have a supervisor come out and use a camera to inspect the drain, what a scam! We said thanks but no thanks. We called CPR and they had two techs out within 4 hours of us calling. The guys were pros, they went right to work and with 15 minutes the drain was clear. They gave a full explanation of how they opened the line and were on their way. Best thin thing is that the cost was 70% less than the person who runs ads on TV all day. Thank you CPR for being fair to customers and getting the job done!
