Every step of the way — it was always positive, helpful and responsive dealing with everyone from this company. At our home, unfortunately we had a major outdoor Main Line water leak. We were informed by our water company, that we were leaking hundreds of gallons a day from our main like break. It was incredibly stressful for our family as we rushed to try and contact plumbing companies for this major job. From the first scheduling over the phone (we were also informed we could schedule a No-Fee estimate appointment) — to interacting with everyone from Impact Plumbing — we were blown away by their professionalism and the time they took to explain everything to us. He gave us options to best solve our problem with a 60 yr old house based on his assessment after a thorough examination. He cleaned up his work are leaving it cleaner than it was before his arrival. He fixed our sewer line and drains perfectly. He showed us the tree roots found in our sewer line and recommended a Hydro clean in the not to distant future to prolong the life of the drain.

    Dr. Maria Gutierrez and I are very impressed with the quality of work preformed by Elijah and honestly feel Rotor Rooter gave exceptional service for the reasonable expense of the service. We will call them for future plumbing needs.

Out of the gate, they were gold. By the time I kicked them off my properly, they belonged in a plastic bag at a dog park. This time I waited until every spec of dust was cleared before the review. Let's go.

    My wife scheduled, so I can't speak to the initial contact, customer service, etc., but she is very difficult to please and seemed happy.

    Kyle came out, was EXTREMELY personable and came correct with everything; professionalism, communication, explanation and setting realistic expectations. He was there for a water leak/pipe issue but noticed a toilet that was in need of repair. I mentioned we were buying a new one that weekend and he offered his price for install. No pushing, no selling, literally just information for me to do with what I wanted. I'm going to go on record right here and now saying my wife and I have been in Las Vegas for almost seven years and we have just had horrible after horrible experience with 95% of all service people we've either spoken with or hired. Disillusioned is putting it mildly. I said this to Kyle and I'll tell y'all…he single-handedly turned that around. I have never been happier turning over money like this. NEVER. Kyle gave us a clear and concise estimate…no what if's or if you wanted to add this as well junk. PROFESSIONAL. He gave us a clear and concise plan, telling and showing us what needed to happen, what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and what it would cost. Not anything about, 'well if we run into this, remember…it's just an estimate' junk.

    Side note, we would up getting a toilet and having him install it as well. (We robbed them blind…that toilet was a beast to install and should have cost more. Kyle is a ROCKSTAR.) Everything came to what was estimated, everything was explained as he was working…it was like having a good friend come into your house that just happened to be a master plumber. Was a mess left like most others leave? No. NO. Kyle even cleaned the walls around the toiled when the old one was removed and used HIS name brand disinfectant/cleaner because he is that proud of his work…and should be.

    I can't recommend Plumbing Solutions enough. Granted, we've had one experience with one plumber, but as you've read, the experience was literally life altering. That said, I also can't recommend Kyle enough. I'm not saying we're going to name our next baby after him…but also not saying we haven't already.

    Oh, forgot to mention…they came in at a third of a previous quote as well AND did next day service.

They originally came out because the shower was leaking but the moment I used my shower again, now it’s making a weird noise when it’s on and it takes forever to get hot (never did before) and my shower used to have amazing pressure until they messed with it. Now there is barely any pressure. 10/10 do not recommend this business.

I would call again for them to fix it but I just don’t want them touching my stuff anymore. They’ve done enough damage.

Last July we had a re-pipe done on our home by another plumbing company and the difference in the work is mind blowing. Mike gave us a final quote and there were no surprises or overages. The work was done in 2 days and was done beautifully. His crew cut the drywall correctly and numbered all the pieces of drywall taken out and the places they came from so when it came time for our drywall and paint guy, it was easy for them and came out great.
    Their cleanup was fantastic! Everything was cleaned up and even sprayed with water so it looked even better than when they started.
    On our home last July the drywall was cut like a 2 year old did it and the pieces were thrown away costing an extra $900 in drywall repair costs.
    They did not cleanup at all and left huge piles of debris for us to get rid of.
    And, the best part of all with Star 5 is the price. Reasonable and fair and not gouging us. We got quotes from 3 other companies as well and they were all way too high for the work. One company asked us to consider what type of materials were being used in the lower quote by Star 5. Since we had already re-piped our other home, we had already done our homework and Mike's quote included the name of the pipe to be used which we knew was good. Best of all, we passed inspection by the city and the inspector said that companies that specialize in re-pipe (like Star 5) usually do a great job and work on volume.
    We're so happy with the job Star 5 did, we've hired them to do additional plumbing work for us now and we will definitely hire them again in the future and we've already begun telling neighbors in our large community that Star 5 is the best. Thank you Mike and Crew!

He was quick and efficient and so very nice. He even pointed out some potential issues in a couple of areas of the house that could cause problems later on if not addressed. I highly recommend using them and Robert especially.

  • Joe White rated it 1/5: We were referred to this company by our property manager to install a Hot Water Heater. The comes to install I and turns the water off to do so. He forgets to turn all the valves ba k on so all the songs in my shop are back working. I call them to let them know and the owner acts as I they never did any work for us at all until we sent him his own invoice he left us. I wouldn't refer anyone to do business with this company. They are very unprofessional and the owner likes to hang up in paying clients faces. I wish they had a 0 star rating. I would use it.
