Three years ago they repaired my sewer line with trenchless sewer pipe replacement. Last weekend the sewer backup to bathroom again. Called their customer service, unfortunately all the serviceman are out at the time, I got a local plumber came right way to clean out the blockage. Next day called Team Rooter reported the problem, a supervisor discuss the situation with me by phone and offered sending a technician to site to investigate. Mr. James Craig came with Cam Video the next day found tree roots break into pipe through a coupler. He immediately authorized a repair job: to break the concrete, dig 3 ft down to reach and replace the broken pipe coupler. Two men crew showed up next day completed the job which could value of thousands dollars but all under warranty. A special thanks to Mr. James Craig, his is knowledgeable and friendly. His kindly smile really comforts my anxiety. I would highly recommend Team Rooter for any plumber problem because rest assure they will come back to fulfill their promise.

Second, AVAILABLE: every other plumber I called had a minimum 2 week waitlist, Red Hat came out first thing the next morning (mine was a non-emergency). Third, received immediate text confirmation of my appointment and then text alerts when my technician was due to arrive. Fourth, ED: what a lovely person and excellent technician Ed is. Everything I was told "couldn't" be done, Ed did, in no time, and with a great attitude. And, at a reasonable price–no nickel and diming–job/parts/labor etc. in one reasonable flat fee. And now, less than an hour later, job complete! I couldn't be happier. So impressed with this company.

The Sewer problem was bit expensive but needed to get done do to the circumstances of the damage of the pipe. But all in all the job was complete and our pipes are not backing up. Our showers abs toilets were clogged due to a sewer problem and both gentlemen explained the procedure and provided me with three options varying in price. Once I chose an option, they got to work and then explained how they fixed the problem. I was given a one month warranty. I would highly recommend this company!!!!!

I had a lot of questions regarding our septic system and he was very informative. Second time, I requested Joe again & got an appointment for 4 days later. However, because we had a bit of an urgent matter, Jeff came to the rescue along with Joseph. Again, very kind and respectful. Jeff was answering g my questions about some future work I plan to get done. He even said he would go ahead and cancel my previous appointment made for the following Tuesday since they were able to make it out sooner. Alex identified the problem which was a broken pipe in our refrigerator. He was able to stop the water from leaking and fixed our refrigerator within an hour.

He replaced all water lines with copper at my 5 unit apt building in Westchester with little to no disruption to the tenants and at a fixed price. One of his employees, Alex is a great plumber and he too will call you if he sees a problem while on the job. I had Alex replace a waste line from the second story and he saw it was connected to the downstairs unit and called me to see if I wanted that replaced while the exterior wall was still open at minimal cost! I'd rather get it fixed once and done right. Craig will call you back even if he's on vacation (he was in Arizona). Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. I believe in quality and value, so does Craig's Plumbing.

Craig came to my house early the next morning and checked every single pipe with Alex, the whole work was completed successfully after 3 days. I am very grateful to Craig and Alex for their carefulness, and I am very relieved to leave all the piping problems in my house to them in the future.

Craig took the time to explain our options thoroughly and allowed us to make a group decision that was far more cost effective than other bids. The other factor that we truly appreciated was the finished jobs appearance and the fact that they cleaned up every dust particle.
Aubree Day Cedillo rated it 5/5: We've had a mysterious odor issue with our downstairs powder room for a long time and, after paying for a variety of plumbing "fixes" that didn't ultimately work, finally looked up Craig's Plumbing and gave them a call. Craig was really responsive, inspired our confidence in his ability to fix the problem, talked us through doing a little investigation and sending pictures, got out to our house quickly and really uncovered the issue. He identified a completely rotted out vent pipe in the wall and other pipes leading to the drain that needed replacing. Craig's Plumbing got the J.O.B. done in just a couple of days, including breaking through the concrete foundation (and preserving the existing tiles for re-installation!), replacing the offending components, and pouring new concrete. He even texted me later that night to confirm that we couldn't smell anything anymore. Everything looks terrific and there is NO MORE ODOR! He was straight up, no nonsense, and ran a clean job. He was also able to make a recommendation for someone to patch up the drywall and reinstall the tiles. I would absolutely call Craig's Plumbing again for any major issue at our house.
*UPDATE: If you had any questions about Craig's character, let me say that after we had a handyman fix the drywall and reinstall the toilet, the smell returned (although not as strongly). When I called Craig he recommended the brand and model of a new toilet for us to buy and then he drove all the way back out to our house early on a Saturday morning to install it himself for no charge. So grateful for his commitment to solving our problem and happy to say the smell is gone once and for all due to Craig's diligence and follow through! This is someone you can trust.
