I finally made it down my list to Roto-Rooter and when I called I got a real person on the phone who took my number and informed me that the plumber on call “Roger” would be calling me soon. Roger did call me and let me know he would be here in about 2 hours. He then called about an hour later and told me he was on the way. Roger was respectful, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem I was having. He immediately got to work and within an hour my problem was solved. Thank you to Roro-Rooter for your immediate service. If I have any more plumbing issues they will be the first on my list of plumbers to call.

It turns out the main tank lid was under a concrete sidewalk that previous owners had put over it… Robert very carefully cut the concrete where it wouldn’t harm it and where it wouldn’t be visible and then put it back perfectly when they were done pumping the tank. We’ve also hired Elitte to come identify where all of our field lines are because we wanted a pool installed. Time and time again, they’re the best company to work with! We will never call someone else.

It became apparent that they were not capable of getting the job done and only had excuses. Poor customer service and very low quality communication. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Called another Septic company (who scheduled SAME DAY!) and sure enough EVERYTHING that sunshine asked for WAS NOT NECESSARY! I suggest you call ANYONE but Sunshine Septic Cleaning..and in my opinion they should change their company name to Sh*t Storm Services because that’s what you get.

The other company left us with no options due to the placement of our water heater (next to washer/dryer in a small closet) and essentially told us that there was no way to fix it. We felt completely hopeless after our experience with them and tried calling around to see if any company would be able to help us.
Master plumbing of Tennessee was very, very responsive and helpful! The receptionist on the phone assured me that they would do their best and would not leave me without any help as the other company did. Glenn came to our house immediately and worked tirelessly to help us fix our water heater! We explained the situation and he was able to help us move the washer/dryer, fix the water heater, and replace the washer/dryer. Glenn stayed with us for hours to resolve our issue. We felt as though he knew how desperate we were and worked to help ease our anxiety and fears. We are eternally grateful to have come across a company that is fair, hardworking, and CARES about the customer enough to go the extra mile.

We recommend this company a MILLION times over! The service goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and we can't rave about them enough.

After calling around and getting different pricing’s I decided to go with Master Plumbing and I’m so glad I did. I spoke with Jennifer who setup the appointment and got me the quote. She was super friendly and kind throughout the entire conversation. Glenn who came out to install the new toilet was great as well. He was very friendly and was willing to go out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly. From my experience this is why I love dealing with family own businesses. Even though the original quote did end up increasing due to unavoidable necessary repairs, Nathan did his best to repair what was existing. He did a great job to finish timely and patiently walked me through all repairs and ensured that I was 100% satisfied before leaving. I appreciated that he took the time to listen and explain all options for the additional repairs and I did not feel pressured when making final decisions. We now have all issues fixed and I feel confident that his quality workmanship will last years. We had some delays due to weather but he got out here and got it done when we got backed up again. He always kept in touch about delays which was nice.My yard could’ve been put back together a little better but the septic lines are fixed and for that I am thankful.

They dug down a foot to reach the septic cap and when completed, replaced the dirt as neatly as possible. I could not be more pleased with the service and will definitely call Allgood again in five years.

I called last week and was greeted with a cheerful conversation and was able to get scheduled within a week which was great! He called ahead of time and was on time- even a little early. Our system was pumped and inspected and the access hole was minimal and all the dirt was put back and no mess- which I greatly appreciate. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a great service.

Nathan Newbold rated it 1/5: To start, I've used Allgood twice now. The first time was roughly 3yrs ago when they pumped our tank and installed a riser and then recently again for another pump of our tank. Both times they were nice and had no complaints. The second time we had them out was more of an emergency as we had a drainage issue. Allgood mentioned if the issue came back then they may need to dig to explore and figure out the issue. Well fast forward 3 weeks and here we are with the same issue, so I gave Allgood a call.
I called Allgood and a gentlemen answered with a very quick "hello?". I immediately asked if I was speaking with Allgood since he didn’t state the company name when he answered. His reply was, very rudely, "yeah but we closed at 530". This is when people reach out to companies, after hours, in a time of need. The time that I had called was only 30min after this period (and I did not know prior that they closed at this time). However, on the same note, why answer the phone if you aren’t open?

I informed the gentlemen of the returned issue and would like to see about scheduling to have them come out to inspect and determine what needed to be done. He asked where I lived and then replied saying that he returned to my home after the recent pump (which he did not as I have security cameras) to confirm the issue had returned and was not a job that he wanted to take on and would "pass".

While I completely understand a business has the right to take on and choose what they want, the manner and attitude in which this gentlemen had was the rudest I have ever encountered by a company.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. After this rude interaction, I would seriously consider whether or not this business would ever hold true to their word. I contacted another septic company shortly after the call with Allgood and had the best experience and understanding by them and were out the very next day. The way you speak to your customers says a lot about your business as a whole.
