Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the service professional I talked to for the appointment but he was courteous, professional and asked questions helping to figure out the problem. He was able to schedule me within a day. Next day Lester showed up and did an awesome job researching the problem, explaining the situation, costs, and next steps. He also listened to a detailed explanation of the problems the leak was causing and eventually found it and able to fix it during the same visit. He was respectful and professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

During the excavation process (digging under my home) to remove and replace a "drum trap" technicians plugged up my air conditioning condensate line with mud so water wouldn't leak into their work area however they failed to inform myself and the tenants who continued to run the A/C causing water to back up into the house and damage floors in the hallway. I've informed the technicians and called the admin office but haven't heard back from anyone. I'm guessing damage caused by Roto-Rooter isn't covered by company policy which is unfortunate being you will pay a premium price. I was charged over $8k and ended up with damaged floors costing me another $4k.

Mats were put down, but didn’t work. My wood floors buckled and will need to be replaced (something I was trying to avoid and was told would not happen). To top it off, the tape they used for the mats ended up taking off the finish of the wood floors. Paid $1300+ for nothing! Will be reporting to BBB.

I had home warranty come out and a week and a half later, they decided they weren’t going to pay for it. So a week and half of water leaking into my yard, I called Mr. Rooter as soon as I found out about the home warranty. They acted so fast, was at my house in a few hours, identified the problem and fixed me back up better than it was before in about 2 hours. Couldn’t be happier with this company. I had 2" of water in my downstairs bathroom when I called. They came out promptly and assessed the situation. The main pipe that runs the length of our home (underneath) had apparently gotten clogged and the weight of the water and the pipe caused it to break away from the straps that were holding it up. It then broke away from the pipe that led to our septic system. It was a horrific mess and I really began to panic, wondering if this was something I'd have to activate my homeowners' insurance for…

They alleviated the pressure in the pipe that day and returned the next day to affect the main repairs. They did so promptly (whole thing took less than 4 hours) and they did so CHEERFULLY! This is a company whose people genuinely care about what they do. I am so glad to have found them and am looking forward to calling them back to fix the jobs less able plumbers have done on our home! It was also very reasonable and I was able to leave my homeowners' insurance out of this.

I trusted HD to come clean out the septic tank while I was at work. But was still getting a clogged pump from garbage that was apparently not completely cleaned out. $500, I would not recommend.

So why then, am I being charged for a quote which took all of 10 minutes?? The guy kept talking about nothing, and did not even have his tools with him when he performed the quote. And, if I had been told there would be a charge, then I would not have proceeded. Switch and bait tactics. LIES.

Let me say this company lies on the regular. They told me they would come out one day and waited all day and never showed up. Call back again to see where they were and the guy comes by and is here for 10 minutes and is billing me for $190 "service call". There was no service, we asked for a quote (which they said was free) and we had to call them multiple times for the quote. Them not showing up or even calling to say they were going to be late should have been the first red flag.

When we told the guy what we wanted he just kept going on and on about it, so basically running up his time. Horrible business practices and dishonest. No, do not use this company for anything. If they lie and try to steal such a small amount, imagine what they will do for any sizeable job. Lies, lies and lies. I will be contacting the BBB and possibly the tv stations about their dishonesty.

I replicated a French Quarter atmosphere on the patio of my ranch style home and tried to model it after Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop. I needed a metal awning over my grill area and sought out several contractors. I am by no means critiquing any of their work or abilities since I was not interested in the stock corrugated awning material that they planned to use.

I had contacted Jason at C T Trainer for a different job in the past and upon nearing the end of available resources, I had him evaluate my job. Jason immediately understood what I was trying to accomplish in keeping the rustic old world appearance, yet sturdy enough to meet today’s standards.

Jason took the project and ran with it – even to the point of procuring black iron hardware to support the structure.

To say that I was pleased would be an understatement. Jason far exceeded any expectations I had in accomplishing my ultimate vision. If you are interested in seeing his work first hand, contact Jason and have him coordinate the visit with me.

The scheduler was local, friendly, compassionate and efficient. Although they promised to send a team within 12 hours, the emergency response team was at my site in Metairie within the hour and completed the repair very quickly.

Great job. Although one never hopes to need a plumber, I would recommend CT Traina to anyone that does.
Travis Harmon rated it 5/5: Our capacitor went out at some point yesterday evening. We called C T Traina as well as a couple others, but I'm slightly ashamed we didn't call C T Traina first. They came out less than 2 hours after we called, and had the capacitor replaced in no time. The 2 guys who came couldn't have been nicer, and they knew what was wrong immediately.
In the dead heat of the summer, in New Orleans, during hurricane season, and they were still able to get us fixed up in no time while everyone else we called couldn't make it until next week.
At 80 degrees in the house, we would have been miserable for nearly a week if not for C T Traina. Truly great service, and I'll likely be a customer for life.

After searching for some time, I found Cooper Septic Service. Upon the initial service I learned roots had grown throughout the spetic tank itself. Ther service crew took pictures and explained what should be done if I decided to use them. Since the company is local and I love using local companies, I went with Cooper Septic. They conduct large jobs on the weekends, which is a great idea. The cost of the job was much less than what I had been quoted in the past. When I arrived home, the area around my spetic was not in shambles. I was thinking I would come home to large ruts and dirt everywhere since they had to dig up the lid, but that wasn't the case. After removing all of the roots, Cooper Spetic pumped the spetic and completed their job. One last thing to point out, the owner, Troy, was there the day service was completed. You don't see that anymore. The entire staff is amazing in every aspect. 10 out of 10, I have found my go to company for future spetic needs and such. Thanks Cooper Spetic!!!!
