They allow you to go about your day and give you a 30 minute window in their arrival. I had my water shut valve replaced to my house and my toilet valve replaced as well. I contacted Bumble Bee and they could come out the next day. Even though it was very late in the day, the next day at 6:30 pm, Javier showed up. He was wonderful and explained everything. He spent the next 2 hours working hard to put a new water heater in and give me hot water again. It was worth it to me not to have to go for almost a week without hot water. So, good bye warranty company in the future. I will definitely recommend this family owned business for your plumbing needs.

We called them back out again to repair two other items this week and Lupe was our technician. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very interested in our satisfaction while explaining every step of the repairs. He went above and beyond my expectations in terms of doing what I needed and nothing more and to ensure that the solutions met our needs. In addition, Lupe and the owner Mike worked together to resolve another item of concern I had with the first service, and they stated they would resolve it without any additional cost in order to make sure we were satisfied. Lupe, and the company as a whole, are absolutely fantastic and they earned a customer for life with their service and desire to do what's right for their customers. I called Reddi Services and two other plumbing companies, not knowing if I would get anyone to return my call on the weekend. I soon received a call from Reddi Services and they quickly dispatched Pepe. No return calls from the other 2.

After determining the need for a new tank he told me that if I picked one up that day he would comeback on Sunday to get it installed. Which he did.

I had some restoration work that needed to be done after the installation and each time I needed something done, Pepe was there as promised and was very professional. I would not hesitate to use Reddi Services for any of my plumbing need.

Edward Pfaff rated it 5/5: I have had only positive experiences with ReddiServices. My first introduction to Reddiservices was about 2.5 years ago. I was bringing my spouse home from a chem treatment and pulled into the garage about 5PM and opened the car door and stepped into a pool of water. The hot water heater was leaking. Since we just moved to the Phoenix area I googled plumbers in this area. Reddiservices popped up and they had 7 days a week service. I called them and within an 1.5 hrs Marco Prieto appeared at my front door. I didn’t need a new hot water heater it was a connection that was configured incorrectly when it was installed several years earlier by the previous owner. Marco first stopped the leak and took his shop vac and vacuumed all the water up in the garage,. He then started to reconfigure the hook up to the hot water heater. It was around 9 PM when he was finished. He was just as pleasant and polite as when he arrived and happy he could fix this for us.
I did not need a plumber for another 2.5 years. My spouse had passed away by then and I was returning home on a Saturday same time around 4:30 with my 9 yr old grandson. Yep, i opened the car door into another pool of water. The hot water heater finally reached the end of its life., I called Reddi services once again and around 7PM the doorbell rang and it was my friend Marco. He went to work removing the old hot water heater and had a new one installed by 10:30 or so that evening. Again, pleasant and polite he once again helped us out by installing this new heater and explaining the operations of it etc. Reddiservices does not charge an up charge for weekend or evenings always the same rate. What a great experience .

About a week ago my outside spigot was leaking and the other spigot I could not get the hose unhooked due to it being corroded so I called Friday afternoon and the dispatcher said he could have someone there Monday. I would be away all day Monday and the dispatcher ask me if Saturday afternoon would work. I told him that would be perfect. It was a late arrival which was ok with me and around 7PM Matt Mattox arrived at my front door, pleasant and polite and smiling. How do these guys do that when they have been working all day especially on a weekend. Well Matt just as gracious as Marco went to work on my outside spigots and within 1.5 to 2 hrs he had the old spigots off and new spigots installed., He explained in detail exactly what he did and how to maintain the new equipment to get the longest possible life I could out of them. He did another great job and again no extra Saturday charge.

I will use Reddiservices for all my plumbing needs, no need to look for any other plumber with these guys around.

I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of how to assess the leak source as he bounced back and forth between units explaining every step of what he was doing, why and what he was looking for. He is very bright and personable. He took the time to help educate me about a variety of plumbing issues. We needed a new toilet soon, and he patiently discussed all the options and prices. They came the very next day and installed the toilet efficiently. The only complaint I had was they did not put silicone caulk around the base of the toilet which is really necessary but just a five minute job. I still think they deserve a five star rating! The price was competitive and fair.

They arrived early and took the time to help me call the insurance company when I wasn't sure how to handle the situation I was in. Albert was AMAZING! He helped diagnose the problem, gave me great advice on how to get my repairs fixed and what steps I needed to take to get the help I need. Chris was quick to arrive with the camera for the sewer line and they were able to identify where the issue is. I cannot say enough good things about how much they helped me formulate a plan and set my anxious mind at ease. But with Armando he carefully explained prices over the phone and situation where the prices would change. This is a very rare occurrence in the plumbing industry. It’s a huge value to customers. Armando arrived on time, actually earlier than quoted, but of course they called me ahead of time to make sure it was OK. Quality work that they clearly take pride in. Just look how amazing clean their trucks and their uniforms are! Thanks for your help! I have found a plumber for life.

Additionally, they helped connect an old gas line so we could use a gas stove and offered a MUCH better price than the other big company plumbers we got quotes from.

We gave five stars because we prioritize the quality of the work done over promptness. Occasionally, the crew was late or it was difficult to get a response on a tedious issue (separate project details needed for permit), but EVERY time they delivered solid work and resolved the issues.

We appreciate having a company that we can trust with the more foundational projects of the home, because, let's be honest, no one wants backed up pipes 🤢

Him and his crew came in to fix a cracked sewer line and some old messy copper lines that went to my water heater. They knew I was worried about my floor but they fixed everything with extremely minimal damage and maximum cleanliness. Complete dust control which I was very worried about due to my allergies. My messy copper lines are now tightly fitted to my wall and look very nice compared to the chaos I had to look at before. Vicente and his crew go above and beyond to bring the best quality and service. 10 thumbs up from me and my entire family:)

If he left for a part he let me know. Super friendly, got the fix in a timely manner. Cleaned up after himself too! Never had a better plumbing experience. Thank you champion plumbing for sending your employee, so professional so helpful. Would highly recommend again.

Saul and Trevor were outstanding in everything!!! While Trevor was doing the 50 point inspection, he noticed one our toilets was not bolted down all the way and we asked if they could fix that as well, which they were happy to do! There are just no words to describe how wonderful of a job they did , how professional they were, and transparent they were with everything! If we could give them 10 stars, we definitely would!!! We totally recommend Plumbing Masters!

From the first step, even though they write the service for $30 on the website, they charge $49.95, and after doing the work, they don't deduct it from the total amount, and then they charge you unfairly, I just I had a leak under Disposal, but he said you should replace it, the price of Disposal is 139 dollars, but this company charged me a total of 532.36 dollars, they are really cruel.

A leaking sink (that was previously fine) after their tech messed with it. Paid to have a circulator put on to improve time it took for hot water in the master only for them to install it on the wrong line. My partner called to have the issues addressed and the person we spoke with was unsupportive and argumentative.
