Kim Taylor rated it 4/5: Quick response and good diagnostics price seems very high. $450 to get rid of a clog where we already knew where it was, quoted $5500 to have a pipe 15ft pipe replaced. Think the guys that came out were wonderful and efficient but do not like the price and would not recommend to someone if they asked for a plumber

  • Nicholas Kelley (Nakblue) rated it 5/5: Austin with Roto Rooter did an amazing job replacing my leaking water heater and his professionalism and customer service was truly exemplary to say the least. Austin did not only do the installation but was insightful and willing to educate me on the issues that needed to be address, as well as patiently explain to me how the overall system operated so that I was better prepped for my own preventative maintenance. I got way more than a new water heater but knowledge about what makes it tick.

In addition to his openness to educate he was overall genuinely easy going and a joy to talk with. He made the whole experience which normally would be aggravating and overwhelming more personable and engaging. I could not speak highly enough to my friends and family about the experience and the superb service that Austin provided. I hope to avoid any future plumbing issues in the future but without a doubt I know who to call when it occurs.

  • martin harris rated it 5/5: Mr. Wayne was very professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. He was able to resolve the plumbing issues. We are a repeat customer and Mr. Wayne has provided services all three times. Thank you so much job very well done.
  • Qarol Price rated it 4/5: Adam arrived more than two hours earlier than promised. Our toilet would not stop running so the sooner we stopped flushing money down the toilet the better. Appreciated that, but was a little stunned by the quote of $600 labor for work that was completed in under 30 minutes. I was immediately given a 50% “discount” which was designed, I’m sure, to make the $300 dollar charge seem low. Still, I was thankful that they were available on a Saturday only hours after I called and Adam cheerfully delivered exactly what we needed.

  • Sara Annichiarico rated it 2/5: I have to leave a mixed review for Roto- Rooter. We had a supply line water leak on our toilet that caused extensive water damage. A plumber came out on Labor Day weekend within a few hours and wanted $300 to replace the water supply line ($7 part and 10 minutes labor). Plumber was friendly, but that was a pretty high dollar amount for that repair.

The water mitigation team that came was also friendly. There were some last minute changes in times for them to show up and appeared to be lots of staffing issues. They removed wet flooring and removed our toilet and sink in the bathroom. All in all everything went well until it came time for us to put our toilet back. The tech had put the toilet in our garage and covered with a black trash bag. We didn’t think anything of it, but apparently the toilet tank lid must have broke or something during the process and instead of telling us, they appeared to cover it up and left me scrambling more than a month later to try to find a new tank lid.

I would not recommend them as plumbers due to their high pricing, and I would not recommend them for mitigation after finding out they either broke or took a piece of my toilet and didn’t tell me. I understand that things break, especially during demo but not telling me was the issue.

  • Stephen rated it 5/5: First time I've used Streamline was yesterday for an urgent hot water heater replacement at a rental property. I called around 8am and they had Tom out before noon. Tom was outstanding. Extremely friendly, genuine and likeable guy who obviously knew his stuff. They were respectful of my time allowing me to go about my day while the work took place. So I spent maybe a total of 30 minutes on site for the entire day. Would certainly recommend Streamline!
  • Christine Fox rated it 5/5: We've been using Streamline for a few months and have been very happy with their service. Josh was very helpful in explaining the challenges with our current system and arranging to have John come out (same day) to discuss options and provide a quote to replace. Within 48 hours, Tyler and Cole arrived to install our new system. They were on time, diligent and responsive to questions. We appreciate their overall service. Thank you!
  • Lee Acosta rated it 5/5: We were having trouble with our kitchen under the cabinet lighting, we contacted Streamline for service, they sent Ron Jaime, electrician technician, he arrived within time we were told, Streamline's communication keeping us posted on his arrival was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional and was very thorough. We decided to get all new lighting fixtures in Kitchen and Laundry Room, switching to LED lighting. We just finished the job yesterday, we are so happy with these LED fixtures, also very happy we'll never have to replace bulbs again! I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. Many thanks for a smooth transaction from start to finish, so happy that we converted to LED lighting!
  • Kenny Langley rated it 5/5: After a phone call, a technician was at our home in two days and communication was excellent. Cameron was great – professional, kind, and explained everything he was doing along the way. Did a great job checking two light fixtures and installing a smart light/cam over the driveway. Cleaned up everything afterward, too! Price was higher than expected, but isn’t everything these days? Overall, I recommend.

They just repaired an expansion tank for my water heater – simply a pleasure to work with these guys.

  • John Fields rated it 5/5: William Parrish replaced all of our plumbing under the house due to acidic water. He also installed a water treatment system and a new bladder tank. Would recommend his company anytime. Great service, took care of a couple of minor issues quickly and always kept us informed of all the work and appointments. Price also was the best for the work done. Very personable and knowledgeable.
  • Ben DeMarco rated it 5/5: We had a hot water heater leak that required and emergency fix and WP plumbing was excellent. They were responsive and sent someone out same day! Scott quickly diagnosed the problem and walked through the repair with me before getting the work done efficiently. I was a first time customer but would definitely use them again!

  • Eric Hart rated it 5/5: Austin came out to replace our hot water heater. While the installation cost was higher than I expected, it was on par with similar quotes I received from others.
Austin did a superior job installing the new heater, cleaning up the connections and cleaning up after the work was complete.
Very responsive business, very professional with a strong work ethic.
    Would recommend.
  • Jim Roof rated it 2/5: Tech was clearly very competent and the job (Installing four new valves waterline valves and reinstalling two spigot/faucet sets) was done well. No complaints there. However, he was at our home for less than three hours and did not even have to deal with access as sinks were not installed. The bill we received was over $1100.00. We were stunned. What plumber makes over $350/hour? Bottom-line is that we feel we did not get a reasonable deal and will not use this Company again.

First septic company to ever dig up and open the second part of the tank to address the problem and how to resolve it. Have had companies come out and pump the septic over the years some had to come back with in a month to pump it again due to backing up. Never once did anyone of them ever tell us the problem as many of them charged for a inspection 🧐. Will definitely use them again!! Thanks

I was very impressed with the owner Matthew’s responsiveness over email and willingness to go the extra mile to help me feel comfortable with this project. Tyrie and Norman did a great job removing and installing my gas water heater.
  • Mike Riccitiello rated it 5/5: I hired Matthew's Plumbing Solutions to complete a rough-in plumbing installation for a bathroom addition to the rear of our home. It required a completely new drain line to be installed from the rear of the home to a clean-out at the front (75 ft. run). Matthew's was extremely easy to work with from the initial contact through the completion of the work. The office staff communicated everything in a timely manner, the on-site crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with, and Matt the owner stopped by to make sure things were going well. On top of that, their price was very competitive. All around it was a great project, and I would highly recommend them.
  • Christie Sullivan rated it 5/5: I am so glad I’ve found Matthew’s Plumbing. Matthew and his crew replace the piping in our house in 2018 and now I use them regularly for water heater maintenance and any other repairs. They are responsive and able to fit me in quickly. They are also knowledgeable and affordable. Highly recommend!
  • Jack M rated it 1/5: Big mistake. Zero stars. Charged me $455 to run a snake, find the blockage and then NOT clear it. Tech didn't even try to cut through with the snake. They wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $800 more on top of the $455 to come back and jet the line the next day. They were already talking about needing to dig it all up ($$$). When I complained, they offered to give me a partial refund only if I would commit to even more services from them. No. I called a different experienced company who came the next day and cleared the line in short order without issues. Avoid.

D Ashmore rated it 5/5: Our water heater split the bottom seam on a Saturday and was leaking for 2 prior days in the basement. Part of the basement is finished with carpet so the carpet soaked up the water and I stepped into the room to find 1.5 inch water. When I called Jennifer answered immediately, was sympathetic to my situation, calmed me, assured me they could help. She walked me thru the process to stop the water running, and recommended and called an emergency water damage company to get them out to start the clean up. Lane communicated constantly with me on availability of a replacement parts, costs and their arrival times. The crew was prompt, efficient, thorough, polite, respectful and it was very obvious they knew what they were doing.

The entire disaster was in process of being resolved in 8 hours.

  • Richard Smith rated it 5/5: We had a pipe burst in our finished basement during the evening. The receptionist (I forgot her name – Sorry!) was very helpful and caring in all of our interactions with her over the next 3 days. Mr. Lane even answered the phone himself a couple of times, and recommended some restoration folks to handle the cleanup! Nelson arrived first thing the next day, and the following day to make repairs and replace several corroded fittings. The problems just kept growing, due to the poor original construction of our home's plumbing (brass fittings on well water). It became a monstrous project and he took it all in stride. He was terrific! We then discovered several more corroded fittings and Lane sent Daniel out on the third day. Daniel was especially outstanding in every way, helping us find all the corroded fittings that we could possibly gain access to. He also suggested some other fixes to help us avoid problems in the future. It was a HUGE undertaking for both servicemen, but they both performed exceptionally well with their knowledge, kindness, professionalism, patience, and expertise. Three days sounds like a long time, but they both worked quickly and efficiently. It was just an incredibly tedious job as we got further into it. They probably replaced 50 or 60 fittings that were all corroding badly and in danger of bursting like the first one. They were more than willing to do the job, and do it RIGHT the first time, even as we kept finding more problems. They cleaned up well after themselves and were very courteous. Lane Plumbing is now on our speed dial for any future problems or regular maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They actually answered the phone! The lead plumber was able to troubleshoot and even give a range estimate over the phone and send someone out to solve our issue that very day! Everything is running fine, it cost what they said it would (on the low end), So grateful! Highly recommend.

  • Brian Dean rated it 5/5: Used Lyons septic tank service for the first time this week and service was excellent. I called and they were out the next day to pump our septic tank. He was on time and made sure everything look good. Great local family owned business, will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you!
  • Jane Hop rated it 5/5: In years past, I had 2 previous companies come out and pump our septic, and truthfully was NOT happy with either. This time I went with Lyons based on their great reviews. They gave me an appointment within a couple days of my call. They're a family business, and have been for many years. They did a thorough job, answered all of my questions while they were here, about how to maintain the septic system. Their quoted price was exactly what they charged. They were on time, very nice, professional, and did a great job. I'm very pleased, and I'll be using them for sure next time.
  • Ann Hahn rated it 5/5: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lyons ! We were having issues with our toilets backing up so we assumed that the septic tank needed to be cleaned. I called and he fit me in the same day ! They obviously value customer satisfaction because Greg was extremely courteous, responsive, and validated that my issues were resolved before leaving. Their price is much lower than what one of my neighbors recently paid. Thank you Lyons!
  • Bei Ye rated it 5/5: Lyons septic tank service is the best of the best in triangle area. They are very professional and in reasonable price. They put customers in first place and meet customer’s’ expectations and schedule. My work schedule is crazy. Lyons Septic Tank Service is willing to communicate with me over the phone. They took pictures of my septic tank and show me the parts that need to repair. They make my life easier without worry about overflowing tank while I stuck at work. They even agreed to add my house and my neighbor’s house on their busy schedule. They replied my messages in timely manner and patiently answered my endless questions with great attitude. For their professional, honesty, friendly and trustworthy, I highly recommend Lyon Septic Tank Service.

Megan Hunkovic rated it 5/5: My tech was Adam, he was awesome! On time and personable. Showed pictures of our tank, the before and after and was very thorough. I was worried (as with any company when you schedule maintenance) that they would find TONS of things needing repair. There were a couple finds, but he was not pushy or "salesy" he seemed genuine with the services his company provides and was done in a timely manner. Very nice, super professional and even was super chill with my aggressive chihuahua barking at him the entire time. Will definitely utilize these services again!

  • Rojo Gaming rated it 5/5: Very professional and informative. He worked quick and made sure I understood the process.. will definitely keep this company.
  • Justin Sellars rated it 2/5: *Edit update – Just had my septic drained yet again a year later AFTER the fact. Followed all of the suggestions and still needed service. Called another vendor and got taken care of for a fraction of the cost and a whole lot quicker as well. I dropped my rating due to the fact that I shouldn't have had to drain my septic a year later after its already been serviced. I live in a house with just my wife and pets. Our next service date should have been 3 – 5 years…. Even after using the septic blue liquid as directed crust build up and overflow occurred. Never going to use service again. Also for the price tag I paid for service was extremely disproportionate to what local vendors charge.
  • Phillip Mcconnell rated it 1/5: The driver got stuck in my yard. After I brought it to Management's attention his only solution was to have the driver come back out and work on my yard. So I guess they also do landscaping.

Patti H rated it 1/5: We had restoration that needed to be done. They installed a temporary sink in our kitchen by the request of our restoration company. I received an invoice for over $200 and I made payment on it not aware that they also invoiced the restoration company for the same amount and they also paid. Fast forward a few months and I get another invoice for almost $300 for subsequent work on this temporary sink to which they also invoiced the restoration company. I am due a refund yet their response to me is “no ma’am no ma’am no ma’am you absolutely will not get a refund” Proof of payment on both of our parts have been sent to Swartz and they will not respond to me to give me my refund. I would not use them I would not recommend them I think they’re extremely Rude and unprofessional.

  • Alexander Biermann rated it 5/5: I had a very easy initial phone call to set up a plumbing appointment for repairs I needed in my home.

Earl came to my house on time and provided a call 15min ahead of arrival. He came by to look at a few plumbing repairs and was very friendly and honest. He removed a kitchen faucet for me where I had a tough time doing the job myself and then installed the new faucet I had purchased from Lowe's. He also looked at two toilets of mine that were leaking and provided his assistance at a complimentary fee. In addition, he left me with a new fill valve and stopper for my use so that I can make the replacement myself to help save me some extra $. I appreciated that he was willing to teach a new homeowner how to diagnose problems and make the repairs to avoid having to call a plumber next time. I would recommend Earl and Schwartz Plumbing to a family member or friend.

  • Faye rated it 5/5: I had Schwartz reroute a leaking main water line and repipe my entire house due to polybutylene pipes. They got me on the books quickly and finished the work in 2 days, for a better price than competitors. They were more than happy to make a couple extra trips back to address some of the issues that came up from such a big job. I'm very happy with their service and I'll be contacting them for any plumbing work I need done.
  • Diane Clinton rated it 5/5: I have used Schwartz Plumbing since 1993 and the consistently prompt and professional service has continued over the years. Pedro replaced two toilets and ran a camera to check for any line problems. He actually arrived early, explained every aspect of what he was doing, educated me about best practices for care of my plumbing without making me feel inferior. Pedro was great!! My favorite thing about Schwartz Plumbing is their integrity…I always feel they are honest.
  • Christine Hall rated it 5/5: Schwartz has completed a couple of plumbing jobs for me – they are timely, prepared for the task, professional and polite! They also keep the work area clean and neat.
