He also detected a leak in the bathroom drainpipe, assessed the condition of the pipes from kitchen catch basin to septic and estimated the cost of replacing these pipes. Eric and Dan returned on Friday, 9/30/22 to replace said pipes, and they did an outstanding job. Their work ethic was excellent. Gilbert arrived within the 2-hour time frame we were given when we placed the call, and he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He immediately understood the problem and how to fix it. Prior to starting work, he reviewed the costs of the repair, so we know what we were getting into. The costs were high, but the plugged toilet HAD to be fixed so we went ahead with repairs. Gilbert completed the work, cleaned up the area and we will definitely ask for him again if we need any further plumbing work. Gilbert defiantly gets a 5-star rating!!! The ONLY reason this entire review isn't a 5-star rating is due to the high cost of the repair.

They were careful when probing and digging so that they didn’t hit my irrigation lines, were thorough pumping/pulling out debris and left the area very clean. As someone that didn’t know much about my septic, they were very informative about how my tank looked, and what I should do to maintain it. You have two awesome guys working for you!

Unfortunately, our septic tank suddenly blocked on Tuesday morning and had to be cleaned quickly, so we called Home town plumbing at 7:30AM, and tell them that we had an emergency.
The Home town plumbing employees came to my home very quickly and to clean the septic tank at 9:30AM.
How quickly they went to customer home when they know they had an emergency.
The staff is very professional and they charged the price is very reasonable. I really highly recommend Home town plumbing.

He was a pleasure to deal with and quickly got our sewer line cleaned out and backing business. He even did some cleaning up for us from the mess caused by the backup and offered some great suggestions about how to avoid future issues. They didn't even charge us an emergency fee for the quick response. I'll call Rapid Flow again for anything similar in the future and strongly recommend them.

She got the technician to call me back in less than 10 min. The technician Jason came to my house within 30 min from when I spoke with him. The night before I spent an hour trying to unclog the bathtub with a plunger 🪠 and the drain clog snake. The snake could not go very far down the drain something was blocking it. Jason told me there is a trick and you have to have the right tools as well. He was able to pull a huge amount of hair out and solved the issue in no tine. I am happy I called them. Jason did a great job. Thank you Jason!

Leo is a true professional, with high-tech equipment and great expertise. He rates more than five stars. With his camera, he identified a long-standing problem that had previously been missed. It was a demanding project, but he successfully cleared a major clog, ultimately using high-pressure water jetting. Leo was fastidious about cleanliness. While inside the house, he wore booties and put down protective cloth, and he cleaned up thoroughly when the work was done. Through it all, he was calm, thoughtful, and good-humored.

It was a mid evening crisis and he arrived at our home promptly. We had a blocked sewer line and were worried about potential flooding and an advancement of unsanitary conditions. Leo quickly gained our confidence as he demonstrated such diligence and was cautious in his analysis process. He kept us well informed and educated us regarding our plumbing problem. He used state of the art equipment which allowed us to see what was causing our blockage. We had tree roots in our sewer pipe. He removed all of them. We were able to make the best possible decision towards the resolution of our sewer problems due to his expertise and ethics.

Had problems with our septic tank and they diagnosed the problem, and had to do some technical work to fix it, and clean it out, and now it is as good as new. But more importantly: they were responsive, courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like this was worth every penny, knowing that the septic is in good shape, and in good hands now, and in the future. A totally professional company. These guys worked very hard at a job that a lot of people don’t want to do, but they do it really well and they seem very eager to help people. What more can you say?!

He did not charge additional fee even though he had to spend additional time and effort digging to find the septic tank (and his charge was very fair in my opinion in the market). He was also very patient and spent time to explain the septic system to me and what I need to pay attention to. He was also responsive and nice to reply to follow-up questions that I have via email after the Title Five inspection was completed. Patrick can also perform home inspection, but I was not aware of that when he came for Title 5 inspection and I already scheduled with another company. Micheal Sweet rated it 5/5: Patrick was super responsive to our request for an inspection. He showed up prepared with information from our previous inspections and walked us through everything that he was going to do that day. He walked us through the results of the inspection (we passed!) and talked about the next steps and when to expect the paperwork. He quickly responded to follow-up inquiries (we were under a tight deadline as we were selling the house) and filed paperwork in under 24 hours. He really stands above other inspectors we have used in the past from the preparation before the visit to the timely filing of the paperwork. I would highly recommend him for this service.

That said, they were incredibly above and beyond relative to my situation of being very pressed for time. They delivered on very short notice, and even called me to ask if they should come earlier when it was going to rain on my appt date. The inspector was a complete gentleman, letting me know about some thing which needed to be remediated, something which would otherwise show up on my report…who then came back for 2nd inspection after it was taken care of at no extra charge to me. And then when I made a reporting mistake after everything was done and mailed to the Board of Health already…, and Rosano Davis delivered again immediately, going out of their way to accommodate me. I will never do business with anyone else in this capacity. Thank you

frank younie rated it 1/5: Called on Thanksgiving day, the septic tank was full with the house backing up. The driver showed up an hour and half late, when asked why they were late rosano driver responded " do you want your tank pumped or not?". My mother said yes, (72 year old woman) the driver said wait here, then proceeded to drive away. My mother called me in tears, wondering if they'd be back. I texted the driver, they only respond in text he said i quote, and have text to prove "I can only receive texts can't answer phone call I did tell her to have her original guy pump since that's what she stayed in along with all the other stuff she decided to say I can't help somebody with such total disrespect especially on a day like today"
