Clearwater is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

They take their time with the details and will send a picture and bio of the technicians that will handling your request. I've never worked with a company that provided that level of detail.

From beginning to end Royal Flush Plumbing was the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. I have posted a picture during the work and then after the work was completed and it looks like no one ever dug a 200ft trench through my yard and driveway, and a 35ft tunnel underneath my house. They were incredibly professional and started the work within days of giving me the estimate (when all other companies were 2+ weeks out).
I recieved 15+ estimates and after speaking with all the different companies Dustin and Wes made me feel like I could trust them more than anyone else. They explained everything in detail and tried to give me the most fair price they could. In the end their price was half of any other estimate I received, I asked what the odds are that price would go up and they said it would Not. Less than 2 weeks later and several unexpected costs the bill stayed the same and the work was done flawlessly. I could not be more happy with experience and hope anyway who replaces their sewer lines calls Dustin and Wes at Royal Flush Plumbing

After paying $180 for a disposal clearance (10 min max) they quoted me $410 for a 30 minute water filter change… and I had the filters already purchased. I know surgeons that don't charge this much per hour (they price per job….way too much). Buyer beware….looking for new go-to plumber.

I explained to him again and again that no one hit the water tank and the crack occurred by itself but Dustin just did not bother to listen.

zhouli yuan rated it 1/5: The toilet water tank cracked. Dustin from SWAT showed up and immediately accused us broke it on purpose by force so it would not be covered by home warranty. I explained to him again and again that no one hit the water tank and the crack occurred by itself but Dustin just did not bother to listen.

However, they didn't put the lip back on so it was pretty easy for me to look at how much was left in the tank. It was about half full. So yea pretty disappointing.

Won't use this company again. Use B&B.
