  • Kellie Cranfill rated it 5/5: I was connected with Pristine Plumbing after numerous unsuccessful phone calls to numerous companies. I had NO water! I was calling before 8 am on a Monday morning. Not only did Natalie recognize my emergent need but she was able to get someone to my home in less than 90 minutes. Ron & Ronnie asked a lot of questions, checked my equipment in the crawl space and come up with a quote in less than 30 minutes. Sump pump and well pump not working after 25 years. I was afraid they would not be able to get it fixed right away. Not only did I get moved to the top of the line, I had service in about 2 hours. Derrick was prompt, efficient, and immediately got to work to replace all my worn-out parts. I had water that afternoon. Derrick had to come back another afternoon to finish a few miscellaneous things and got everything wrapped up. I spoke with Natalie over the phone numerous times. She was very positive and reassuring each time. EVERY single person I had contact with during this event was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! Always polite, explained all phases of their work, and provided everything they promised. I truly felt like I was a valued customer. I can't thank this group of people enough. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

  • Louella Monte rated it 5/5: Pristine Plumbing is efficient and very professional! My technician, Jake showed up on time and was knowledgeable about the issue that I had. He explained and showed me the problem that my toilet tank had; presented the solutions and options very clearly. Once I made the decision, he was quick in getting the job done; all in a couple of hours. Great job, Jake! Thank you for being honest and courteous.
  • Gene Hasan rated it 5/5: Nathan was very nice, professional and knowledgeable as well as Terri abd Natalie (in the office). I think the price was reasonable for the work we had done. I really appreciate the payment plan option. We intend to call Pristine when we have more plumbing repairs. I highly recommend them!
  • Frank W rated it 1/5: I had a service call from Pristine Plumbing on 11/8/22. Upon showing the technician that my water softener was constantly draining to the backwash, he showed me a picture of what he thought was the defective part. This part had been replaced in the past 3 months so that was likely not the problem. The technician then went to his truck and called his "boss" to see what might happening. When he returned, he proceeded to tell me I need to replace my water softener and they could complete the job for $2,400! There was never any diagnostic work or testing done to my existing unit so I don't know what the purpose of the service call was for. I called the office the next day to provide this feedback and they said that they would "pass it along" but never offered to make this situation right. If you want a new water softener, call Pristine Plumbing. If you want a service call, I suggest you go with someone else.

  • Burt Beck rated it 5/5: Andrew was awesome! He was honest and quick to figure out the issue. He and Jason were willing to come out in the freezing rain and fix and replace a mainline water pipe to my house. This company was also very fair and very reasonably priced. In fact, they were literally $7000 cheaper than a quote I got from another plumbing company for the exact same work! I would highly recommend and cannot thank them enough!
  • Joyce Carter rated it 5/5: Drew came out to give an estimate for a job I need done. Identified sources and knew how to complete the work to make a safe and efficient end product. I got the estimate at the visit and will use this company for the work. Follow up review after the work is completed. To be continued..

  • Lance Vascura rated it 5/5: 100% A++++ Satisfied Customer!! Had a major issue with the sewer line. After Googling some plumbers in the area, Mr. Rooter popped up. Read the reviews and gave them a call. So glad I did! Technicians Randy and Damon were out to the house later in the day and assessed the situation. Randy explained that the clay tile sewer line collapsed where it connects to the inside of the house and was upfront on how they would go about to repair it. Got a very reasonable and detailed quote of the work they would perform. These guys were awesome! Very professional and polite through the whole process. They were able to repair just a section of the sewer line rather than replacing all of it, saving a ton of money!!! They also scoped the rest of the sewer line. Then cleared out a few sections of very bad blockage and showed me the before and after – holy wow! They went above and beyond from the start of the process to the end. If you are in need of some plumbing services, don't hesitate to call Mr. Rooter!!!
  • Melissa Cole rated it 5/5: We called Mr Rooter to assist us with a homeowner that we were not able to get to right away. Mr Rooter was amazing in being able to send out their tech Aaron and assist us with the homeowner. Not only did they wow us, but the homeowner was so grateful to the team at Mr Rooter for their outstanding work and professionalism. Olivia and Aaron are stars in the Rooter family!
  • Nate rated it 5/5: Aaron was fantastic in getting our drain cleaned out. He was very friendly towards my children and pets.

Not to mention, Sarah in the office was such a huge help. They were booked a few days out, but when another job finished up sooner than planned, they called me back to schedule a same day visit.

  • Debra Simmons rated it 5/5: Mr Rooter is amazing! They are respectful of your home and their pricing is outstanding! Randy did an awesome job! I had been using a bucket to drain my kitchen sink for years, not anymore!! Thank you so much!!!

Rick Dennison rated it 5/5: I called Acme around 9:30pm on a Friday night because my septic was backing up into my house. The lady I talked with took my information and sent it out to one of their service technicians and within 5 minutes he called me saying there were no empty trucks and he didn't know if he could get to my house untilearly. Saturday morning about 8 o'clock he called again saying he just dumped and was heading my way. Arrived in 45 minutes or less. Drivers name was Michael and I tell you what, I've never seen someone so polite, informative, and willing to help any way possible. Some things didn't go his way with my riser and something got broke and he was so worried about it even after I told him several times not to worry because I was putting a new one on anyways. He even offered a couple if times to provide new parts cause he didn't want me to be put out or anything. Once again I declined and told him it really wasn't a big deal because as I told him earlier, I was putting new on anyways. I paid my bill, he left and I went to run around town. Got home a few hours later and that dude had brought me all the brand new stuff I needed for my new riser and left it by my garage, no charge. I called to thank him and again tell him he didn't have to do that. He just said he didn't feel right leaving me like that knowing I couldn't get my new parts till Monday.

I've never had a better experience with a company and especially with an individual employee. You don't find people like that anymore so I wanted to share. I will call them for any septic system need.

Michael is the type of guy you hope to work and deal with in any type of company no matter if it's home service needs or even someone working in a grocery store. Gave me a little faith in humanity with the screwed up world we live in these days and all the POS people wandering around.

  • Sonja Garnett rated it 5/5: Very happy with their service! Thier price was reasonable and we got service the next day. I called with a small concern and they took care of it same day. James was our technician and we cannot say enough about how comfortable we were with him. Not your average pushy sales tech, he did the work himself and worked late to get it done, stayed in communication with us the whole time. Everyone at the office was helpful and so nice. Very good experience! We used them to connect our city sewers years ago so we called them back and we are happy we did. Highly recommend.
  • Krystal Crawford-Zimmermann rated it 5/5: We are so impressed by the professionalism and the knowledge that comes with the technicians at ACME! We personally had an awesome (as awesome as sewage can be) experience in dealing with Michael!! He was incredibly on point when it came to what our issue was and his plan of action got us up and running the same day! He was super nice and came back the next day to finish the job (considering he was here late, after dark, on a Monday evening). We are very thankful for his expertise and weren't completely taken back by the cost! Extremely affordable! We HIGHLY recommend using them for all your plumbing, sewer and septic needs! We also HIGHLY recommend asking for Michael! He's great! Thank you, ACME!

  • Tim Wylie rated it 5/5: We called ACME after noticing our water heater leaking. They came out the same day and installed a new water heater 2 hours later. Tech was friendly and informative. Would recommend and will use them again.
  • Brandon Stillman rated it 1/5: Called for an initial septic tank pumping. Was told there was good and bad news. Good news everything seems to look real good. Bad news there might be an issue with the baffle. We'll send out a technician for free quote. Got the best case vs. worst case quotes stated to me as 2 separate quotes. Best case $3700. Worst case scenario $6500. At no time was it stated to me that the $6500 would be in addition to the $3700 for worst case. Agreed to the numbers of what I was lead to believe was either $3,700 or $6,500 according to what was stated to me before getting to see the contract or fine print. READ THE FINE PRINT,
and don't agree until you've seen the contract. Work was started and found out it was worst case scenario of what I believed was $6500. Agreed to have it done. Come time to pay, total was best and worst case scenarios together. Over $10,200 for 4 hours of work. For transparency, the quotes should have been written either by itself for best case or combined for worst case and stated as $3700 for best and $10,200 for worst case scenario combining the two numbers stated and written. $10,200 never was stated to me verbally or in writing until it came time to pay. Very misleading and a huge punch to the gut financially for a family of 4 on teacher's salary and 2 toddlers. Be VERY VERY careful with this company. Workers were nice. More like wolves in sheep's clothing.

Reinhard Pollach rated it 1/5: I called out Gurney Bush to clean a main drain at a home my wife and have owned for about 20 years. We had them out last year in June for the exact same service to open a the main drain through a clean-out in the basement and the technician Scott did a great job even vacuuming the floor drain with a wet vac. at a very reasonable $85. This time we had a similar problem caused by sanitary wipes or something like it and the technician that came out left a big mess behind after snaking the line; telling my wife that she should call MR. Plumber and they could clean up the mess around the floor drain. The cost was $270. After bringing this to the attention at Gurney Bush I was told this was their charge and the technician were on commission and had lots of freedom in how much they charge the there was nothing else they could do.

  • Kathy Ladavac rated it 5/5: My husband & I have been customers of Gurney Bush for maybe 6+ years. They are a quality organization with individuals who work hard to please their customers. I have never been displeased with the service I’ve received through the years.
Although I was told yesterday we needed to have pipes jetted to release whatever was going on with sewer backup, this morning Justin & Dave arrived & actually said it wasn’t necessary. They worked to clear up the situation thereby alleviating the need for the expensive jetting. I so appreciated their honesty.
Also, I’d like to mention Scott & Charles. Both extremely professional individuals who have jetted the pipes as a preventative to keep sewer from backing up in basement. I have peace of mind knowing they perform their job very well.
Thank you always, Gurney Bush professionals.
  • Laura Schweikert rated it 5/5: After another company claimed parts of my sewer line would need to be replaced due to tree roots clogging it, I called Gurney Bush. They were able to remove over 98% of the tree roots and said the cleaning should last for 5-10 years and found there was not damage to the pipes that would require repairs. They were quick, honest about the problem, and saved me thousands in sewer line replacement costs. Will absolutely do business with them again!
  • Marjorie Worrell rated it 5/5: Matt and Jarred came out late in the evening and did a great job cleaning out my drain which was backing up. They were respectful and informative. They were very courteous. I highly recommend them!
  • Jordan Choate rated it 1/5: My husband did the work not Gurney bush inc . They took the 150 and the technician told me he didn’t do this type of work. I asked questions and he said I don’t know I just stuck a pole down and it was full . I told them what my husband did and then they claimed they did part of what my husband did . So we paid 150 for 5 min service . The guy said I didn’t need to pay the 150 but came back 5 minutes later and said his dispatch is making him get the money . This is my husband before and after and the guy was wrong the technician was wrong it was not full and did not not cleaned . I am just upset about the lieing . The company could of refunded money but just sent me to warranty company to deal with them but I didn’t pay them . The technician said he didn’t feel he did anything so didn’t think he needed to collect 150 and the lady at place said she took 150 thinking they were going to come out and clean the septic but we called them and told them we fixed it so no one came out to clean . I just hate the lieing .

Will definitely call them first next time! Thank you all!!!
  • Georgia Hatcher rated it 5/5: Our 50 year old water line from the well failed and we were in a fix! It happened on Sunday and Mr. Blair came personally to assess the situation on Monday. They ran into multiple obstacles along the way, but had the expertise to successfully navigate around each issue and get us back up and running in a reasonable amount of time. The job was way bigger than any of us expected, but was handled very professionally and we are happy customers.
  • Dustin Ziegler rated it 5/5: These folks will be our go-to from now on for any and all well needs. Timely, accurate, knowledgeable, and reliable are how I would describe them. Appreciate their timely response and getting our water going again after we’d been without water since Christmas Eve.

After coming out within an hour of calling in the late afternoon to having a well pump and well pressure tank installed and in working order before lunch the next day. I was in shock how quick and how thorough the team performed the work. Not only did they do a great job, but I felt so comfortable asking questions and learning more about having a well. Super great team and I am looking forward to using them in the future for any needs.

Kolby O'Banion rated it 5/5: When I bought my house in Anderson a couple years ago, I didn’t understand much about septic tanks. I used a local company last year to clean my septic, and turns out they didn’t do it properly. My plumbing backed up earlier this week and I called Powers Septic. They came same day and were even early! They explained to me how my septic works and quickly found the proper clean out, which was buried (something the last company didn’t do). They were fast, professional, and friendly, & answered all my questions. I am so appreciative they not only fixed my issue but also helped me understand my septic system better. I would 100% recommend this company, thank you guys!

They were responsive and quickly came out and emptied it, getting the job done within a half hour. Their truck was clean and the crew was friendly and professional. The price was exactly what they quoted on the phone. They answered all of my questions and are highly recommended!!!!

They had two techs out to our house by 9:30a, and were completely prepared for the issue we had on hand. We had our septic completely drained and help unclogging our main line. The two techs were done with the job in about 30 minutes and let me ask any questions, call my husband, etc. They were wonderful and had incredibly fair pricing! I really appreciate their help, especially so quick around the holidays!
  • Ian D. rated it 5/5: Great service and very knowledgeable. They knew the problem right away, and took care of it. Also took the time to explain everything. Even replaced the incorrect screws in my riser that the original contractor put in. Great price as well. Would highly recommend.

  • Stephen McCauley rated it 5/5: I have used Mac's several times to pump my septic tank. They are always professional, reasonably priced, and come out faster than most. I used them most recently to repair the main drain pipe from the house to the septic. They were half the price as anyone else that quoted me a price. I called them after a few plumbers, not knowing they repair pipes as well. They came out the same day I called them, gave me a the best quote I had been given out of 5 plumbing companies and did the work right then (the other companies wanted to schedule weeks out). Amazing company, I usually have his son that has came out, but two other guys have came to pump as well, they are all great people and a pleasure to do business with. I will always call them for my needs. Definitely a company you should try, once you do I bet you stick with them.

  • Baruch Lawburgh rated it 5/5: Excellent service, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable.

Had them pump our septic tank out. I looked around for quotes by other vendors on Google. Others were more expensive and surprisingly hard to get ahold of. Knox didn't even return my call. Mac was affordable and set up a time that worked with me. The driver was on time, super professional and nice. He was also extremely knowledgeable with my tank and gave me lots of insight, which was helpful. I did not expect this process to be so easy and helpful. Highly recommend this company, and seeing by their reviews, I'm not alone. They have my future septic business for sure!

  • Ryan Kunkel rated it 5/5: This septic service was great. They communicated well to make things eady for me and they did not lie to me and say I needed thousands of dollars of additional services. The technician at my house did more than the minimum and helped me as much as he could. Low price compared to the other companies who have come to do the same.
  • Rachel Solano rated it 5/5: This is my second time using Mac's to pump out our septic tank. Their price is $90 less than any other company per 1,000 gallons and the guys who I've worked with are fantastic. They are prompt, professional and provide suggestions on servicing our septic system. I will use Mac's for all my septic needs in the future and you should too!

  • David Josephson rated it 3/5: Nice people on the phone, but feel duped. Needed Max Haas to provide a septic system inspection.

Tech came to home and said he couldn't find the septic tank. Part that is tough to swallow is that we were charged the septic system inspection fee and needed it paid before Max Hass would let us know they could not perform the inspection.

Feel that the Tech was just unqualified for the task needing performed and they should not have taken the money for him to drive out and not do any work.

    very odd and out $

We hired another Septic company in area and they found the tank with no issue.

Edit – Angela with Max Haas has made this right. as stated before…very nice to talk to. Tech just seemed unqualified for this task.

  • Mandy Gilpatrick rated it 3/5: Michael, the owner, came out in June and did some repairs on the septic. He was very nice at the time and told me to contact him with any issues or if the repair didn't fix the problem. After a dry summer, the issues didn't show till late fall. I called multiple times to tell him the repair didnt work. He never returned my call. The receptionist said she gave him 3 or 4 messages to call me and he wasn't responding so she gave me a number to call another company. The issue is I think the current problem is due to the June repair. Now I have to start over with someone else…
  • Daneisha Carter rated it 2/5: We had a frustrating experience. The woman that answered the phone was super nice and helpful. I told her we were checking pricing and i would call back. I called back within 5 mins no answer. Ive called 6 or 7 times in less than 24 hours hoping we could get an answer to get scheduled and no one has answered or returned my messages i left. Unfortunately we had to schedule with someone else.

Charity Sherard rated it 1/5: We are selling our home. After a suspicious dye test on the septic system, septic inspections were scheduled. Company owner came to property somewhere around 4pm. Boyfriend/homeowner and buyer were also in attendance. I was inside in the room adjacent to septic access. I heard company owner say total septic system failure and it would cost 15k – 25k to replace. Boyfriend came inside and proceeded to tell me the company owner stuck a probe into the ground one time, pulled the probe out, then stated total septic system failure and it would cost 15k – 25k to replace. He determined this after the largest 2 day rainfall we have had this year with a septic tank that was full and scheduled to be pumped and without doing an actual inspection. The following day a different company came, probed the ground repeatedly marking the entire drainfield as well as the distribution box location, and viewing the hole where the septic access had been unearthed. Their report came back with no deficiencies and not suggesting any repairs. This was also before the tank had been pumped.

  • Vicki Henson Driver rated it 5/5: Integrity. I have found very few people anymore that still have old values and work ethics, with integrity still attached. Without a doubt and all my dealings with the gp and service providers out there, this guy still has these creditionals flowing through his veins. There was no double talk, nor hidden agenda. Complete the job by actions or professional opinion of resolution to problem and move on to the next. These traits are usually inherited by strong work ethic parents and passed down through teaching our next generation, by strong parenting and receptive children. Something that truly isn't taught within most homes anymore. After numerous conversations and payouts with other professionals, he is definitely, my number one choice for this work and I highly recommend this company, hands down. When looking for professionals, make sure the owners are involved with the business.
  • Lee Little rated it 5/5: they was excellent, found our junction box had to be replaced, and the main feed pipe replaced as well. this company was in and out in approx. 3.5 – 4 hours. Didn't leave a mess, extremely polite, and knew what they was doing. if you are having issues with your septic system I strongly recommend using them!
