I received polite customer service quick and easy scheduling and they showed up on time. The plumber wore a mask which was complying to the CDC face covering recommendations. The pump out was performed professionally, all solids of the tank was pumped, filter was fully cleaned . Pricing was great if not lower than most plumber companies but service was great!

A gentleman called Felix arrived as scheduled and immediately found location of septic. That was the easy part. The home was built in 1955 and it was not an easy task finding the opening for the tank. Litterally the entire tank needed to be exposed. Felix did not give up in finding the opening. It had three seperate slabs of cement that were sealed. Once opened (ewww), it needed a good cleaning! Septic was in good condition. I will definitely call back to have an easy access lid attached for next clean out. I definitely recommend this company to others that need this type of service. Thank you Luis & Felix for a satisfied experience. 😊👍🏼

But everything else, especially the communication from start to finish was a headache and half. One employee tells me one thing, another one tells me another thing and it just became stressful. If I had a question they tell me to call different people every time and I had to explain everything over and over. They didn’t assign a specific project manager for my job and they don’t communicate amongst each other to be in sync. Also Seemed that after 4pm there’s no one in office so I had to wait til next day to get an answer. Frustrating. If they can clean up their customer service, no pun intended, they’d get 5 stars.

Sewer solutions made one visit and professionally filmed the pipe on close circuit and provided an estimate on the spot as well as schedule the four day process.

Here is the key takeaways – the cost was 15% of what replacing the pipes would be. The staff was exceptional in terms for professionalism and their skill/knowledge. This is not easy work and we are so impressed by the team and the product.

Alexei V rated it 1/5: Sewer Solutions replaced my broken tankless water heater few months ago. Ever since they installed it, the lights in my house would flicker every time hot water was running.
Two electricians came to troubleshoot and they both confirmed the problem was with the newly installed water heater (I paid for those visits out of my pocket).
I called Sewer Solutions and asked them to replace it. They took it to their shop and returned the same unit claiming the problem is with my wiring.
I asked to speak with the owner. After three days of me following up he finally called and said that he can recommend a good electrician. I said I could do it, but if the problem is with the water heater that they installed, he would have to pay for the visit. He said he would call me back.
That was 4 days ago. I called him 3 (three!) more times. Every time he picked up the phone and told me "I will call you back in 5 minutes". Still no call back.
Stay away. They rip you off.
I am going to report them to BBB as well.

They don't have the license/permit to do plumbing but they'll do it anyway. They'll do it wrong, putting yourself and your property in personal/financial peril. That's what happened to me. A simple water heater replacement ended up costing me 2 months time, numerous calls asking for update and double the normal cost.

Let that be a lesson.

I'm posting their work they've done for me. Ask any plumber you can find because i asked 3+, they'll tell you how wrong it is.

They were awesome enough to resolve said issue and that was the end of it. Later on they did send me an email with before and after videos which was a great bonus. marty hartman rated it 1/5: In June our condominium complex had underground damage to our sewer lines, and had to reline them. Rooter360 agreed to do a video inspection of the line. We agreed to an estimated contracted. After the piping repairs were completed a new video revealed lining was 15 foot shorter than the original estimate. After becoming aware of the problem Rooter360 recalculated the error and refunded the difference. Their prompt response was commendable. Thank you for you responsible service.

Also after inspection, the"verbal" report was done in "human" language so very easy to understand and get back to your client with a clear concept of whatever issue was there.

But in this case, I should have read those reviews. A man named Scott refused to give me a ballpark estimate on a job requiring 3 feet of pvc pipe installation. Understandable at first, these jobs can certainly be complex.

I agree to the $125 "non-refundable" fee in order to get an estimate, under the agreement that his workers arrive on time to fix the urgent matter. Instead of arriving at around 3pm as agreed upon, his workers arrive at 7:45pm that day. His workers show me proof that Scott gave them an incorrect address to my house by mistaking a digit in the zip code. They were sent 1hr and 20 minutes in the wrong direction.

Upon arriving, I explain the situation to the plumbers. They tell me they have the materials on hand but that it's too late to do the job. On top of that, they tell me they could do that job in two hours otherwise, and for a cost of materials of about $350.

But Scott is brilliant, and affirms the $350 materials cost, but suggests the job would take 2 days of work to do and therefore the cost of the job is $1800. Hmm. His workers claim $650 is what they could complete the job for, in a matter of a few hours, but Scott in his omniscience not only disagrees with that fact, but proceeds to call me "cheap" and ignorant for daring to reason the price of this plumbing job despite "not being a plumber" myself.

I keep my temper throughout the process of being repeatedly insulted by a man who claims to be a honest plumber with utmost professionalism. Despite politely asking him to waive the initial cost due to the errors and inability to satisfy my emergency needs as promised, I am met with insult after unreasonable insult. The only promise this man agreed to keep was the one where he robs me of my $125 fee "whether I like it or not." The cherry on top is his promise to send "recordings of our conversation" to American Express when I notify him that I will indeed dispute the charges.

It almost seems like strong arming his customers for profit is his true business model. Beware

None of the toilets in our house were flushing and a previous plumber lazily blamed it on our septic tank being full (turns out this wasn't the case). Mike was willing to show up after hours, then proceeded to go up on the roof in the dark and run the snake to clear our plumbing blockage. Fair price. Will definitely come back to Mike next time we need something.
