I thought of a few companies I know that specialize in this type of service and as I began calling down my list all I got was an answering service telling me “all agents are busy at this time”. I finally made it down my list to Roto-Rooter and when I called I got a real person on the phone who took my number and informed me that the plumber on call “Roger” would be calling me soon. Roger did call me and let me know he would be here in about 2 hours. He then called about an hour later and told me he was on the way. Roger was respectful, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem I was having. He immediately got to work and within an hour my problem was solved. Thank you to Roro-Rooter for your immediate service. If I have any more plumbing issues they will be the first on my list of plumbers to call.

We have given Raymond an extraordinary amount of business (septic tank pumping) only to find out he was taking advantage of our ignorance and way over-charging as well as lying about the amount of gallons being pumped out of our tank. When we mentioned this to Raymond, he slandered other companies saying they don’t follow legal procedures for dumping. We reached out to these companies and have confirmed that they follow procedures. It is Sunshine Septic that does not follow procedures. In Raymond’s own words, “We do everything by the book unlike these other companies”. We will not go further into detail, but trust us when we say this company will take advantage of you if you do not know anything about septic pumping. I definitely do not recommend them to anybody. NOBODY pays $1 per gallon for septic pumping. Save your money and call any of the other local companies with integrity.

I work in property management with hundreds of tenants and properties, Mr. Rooter is my first (and only) call anytime we have a plumbing related issue in residential or commercial properties!
They have fixed everything for us including exploding (literally) toilets, backflow prevention, sewer clogs, to the tiniest drippy faucets and running toilets. Everyone I've met from the company is an absolute pleasure to work with! Highly highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could!

It turns out the main tank lid was under a concrete sidewalk that previous owners had put over it… Robert very carefully cut the concrete where it wouldn’t harm it and where it wouldn’t be visible and then put it back perfectly when they were done pumping the tank. We’ve also hired Elitte to come identify where all of our field lines are because we wanted a pool installed. Time and time again, they’re the best company to work with! We will never call someone else.

We had a sudden backup of water in our tub and needed someone to come out ASAP. Raymond responded immediately and put us right into his busy schedule. He came out within a few hours and fixed our problem. He gave us good advice about how to avoid the problem in the future and how to save some money too. Truly a wonderful experience and we will be recommending him to anyone who asks. Thanks again, Raymond 🙂
Deidre Foulk rated it 1/5: Not only were we pushed off MULTIPLE times in less than a week for scheduling a simple inspection, but Raymond called with stipulations that changed DAILY to even request a service. It became apparent that they were not capable of getting the job done and only had excuses. Poor customer service and very low quality communication. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Called another Septic company (who scheduled SAME DAY!) and sure enough EVERYTHING that sunshine asked for WAS NOT NECESSARY! I suggest you call ANYONE but Sunshine Septic Cleaning..and in my opinion they should change their company name to Sh*t Storm Services because that’s what you get.

After talking with the previous owners of our house, it was definitely time for a cleaning. Cody Blue rated it 5/5: My septic sewer system was backed up so I called Sunshine septic. Raymond called me back at 8:40 at night to give me advice for my SEPTIC system said he would happily come out and service the system after hours but that we may not need to if the system drains itself over the weekend from possibly being oversaturated and could save us some money. Was nice as could be. After two days we tried to shower but the water was still clogged so we called him again. On a Sunday afternoon an hour before the Superbowl this man came out and serviced our system and was as friendly as could be. Happily gave me advice and knowledge about the system and what Maintenance I may need done in the future. I'm a small business owner myself but I can honestly say I've never been so blown away with how professional and courteous Raymond was and completely fixed our issues quickly. Cannot day enough about the quality of service. If you have any issues Sunshine and Raymond are the people to call. Trust me!

Who knew bleach is bad! Thanks for cleaning our tank right before a holiday and even coming twice because we could not locate the access for pumping initially. He tried to help us with no luck.
