Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the service professional I talked to for the appointment but he was courteous, professional and asked questions helping to figure out the problem. He was able to schedule me within a day. Next day Lester showed up and did an awesome job researching the problem, explaining the situation, costs, and next steps. He also listened to a detailed explanation of the problems the leak was causing and eventually found it and able to fix it during the same visit. He was respectful and professional. During the excavation process (digging under my home) to remove and replace a "drum trap" technicians plugged up my air conditioning condensate line with mud so water wouldn't leak into their work area however they failed to inform myself and the tenants who continued to run the A/C causing water to back up into the house and damage floors in the hallway. I've informed the technicians and called the admin office but haven't heard back from anyone. I'm guessing damage caused by Roto-Rooter isn't covered by company policy which is unfortunate being you will pay a premium price. I was charged over $8k and ended up with damaged floors costing me another $4k.

Mats were put down, but didn’t work. My wood floors buckled and will need to be replaced (something I was trying to avoid and was told would not happen). To top it off, the tape they used for the mats ended up taking off the finish of the wood floors. Paid $1300+ for nothing! Will be reporting to BBB.

I had home warranty come out and a week and a half later, they decided they weren’t going to pay for it. So a week and half of water leaking into my yard, I called Mr. Rooter as soon as I found out about the home warranty. They acted so fast, was at my house in a few hours, identified the problem and fixed me back up better than it was before in about 2 hours. Couldn’t be happier with this company. The technicians Paul and Devin crushed it. I will continue to refer business to this company and if ever I have any plumbing work in the future, they will be on speed dial. I had 2" of water in my downstairs bathroom when I called. They came out promptly and assessed the situation. The main pipe that runs the length of our home (underneath) had apparently gotten clogged and the weight of the water and the pipe caused it to break away from the straps that were holding it up. It then broke away from the pipe that led to our septic system. It was a horrific mess and I really began to panic, wondering if this was something I'd have to activate my homeowners' insurance for…

They alleviated the pressure in the pipe that day and returned the next day to affect the main repairs. They did so promptly (whole thing took less than 4 hours) and they did so CHEERFULLY! This is a company whose people genuinely care about what they do. I am so glad to have found them and am looking forward to calling them back to fix the jobs less able plumbers have done on our home! It was also very reasonable and I was able to leave my homeowners' insurance out of this.

When I arrived home, the area around my spetic was not in shambles. I was thinking I would come home to large ruts and dirt everywhere since they had to dig up the lid, but that wasn't the case. After removing all of the roots, Cooper Spetic pumped the spetic and completed their job. One last thing to point out, the owner, Troy, was there the day service was completed. Jerome and mr Harold along with the construction crew, down to the lady answering the phone was really helpful and professional if I ever need any service again I will def use them the only thing I think they need to work on Is scheduling, I do not like the one day notice other than that wonderful work and great representative’s throughout.

Office staff was extremely professional and walked us through the entire process with follow up calls to ensure that we were please with the service. The Workman were courteous and did a outstanding job of leaving my property as they found it. I would highly recommend them to others.

Estimator did a great job calculating the amount of sand I needed and workers showed up the following day on time. Very courteous and worked quickly. When they were done, they cleaned up and showed me exactly what they had done and told me how to make sure sand doesn't wash away. The sand is clean; free of debris.

I hate that she was not satisfied with our service and felt we were rude. When she informed us she was filing suit against our Company, we were advised not to speak with her until we had our day in court. That day came and she failed to disclose, we were found free of any fault. We followed the rules and regulations set forth by the State of LA. Please know we are a small company, we did not have an attorney represent us because we knew our company's work was done by the letter of the law and we go above and beyond to please our clients.

Angele Croop rated it 1/5: They never showed up then after a week I called and the girl said they didn’t come bc they had the wrong address so they were just waiting on me to call before trying to contact me. After scheduling another appointment they did show but never sent documentation to the parish after I asked over two weeks. The parish finally received the documents but then they charged me a second time. I tried to resolve the issue and the woman yelled and cursed me after saying to never call again. They stole my money and who knows how many more they did this to! There is no reason my card number should have been kept after me paying over the phone.

Working through Cameron Kitchens and Bath, Bourgeois Plumbing installed Shower and Tub drains below slab and upgraded the drain vent into the attic as per Code. A plumber can't help with a 4" broken sewer line? I think they are just like my sewer pipes. The real answer is they did not want the job and did not have the balls to say it after I sent them a picture. Why would you want someone working for you that can't be honest and shoot it to you straight?
